Was in this Hotel and lost my Airpods in the room at the end of the trip. After sending an email they confirmed that they found these. Luckily a friend of my was still there and went to the reception to pick them. But, they said, that they dont have these AirPods which was a lie because i had their email with the confirmation and i saw it on my Apple search. Never Go there!

No hot water at 6am nor at 8 am ...
Breakfast is not served before 8am.

TV is blocked with the volume at minimum, you could barely listen to any program, and then we received a complaint that we turned the TV too loud and disturbed! really!???? 😡We will never come again! (too bad for the beautiful pool and the kind lady at the bar ☹️

It's very warm and no air conditioning inside !!!
No fridges inside the rooms, if you wanna drink cold water for example at night, you should go down to the bar and pay for glass of water!!

And, just one in reception speak English.
It was too difficult to communicate with them.

Lovely hotel at a great price. Breakfast buffet was always at a high standard. Highly recommended.

Okay breakfast, but all the tables I tried were unstable. Very friendly staff. Annoying that you had to wear a wristband 24/7 during your stay. The AC gave off a very slight high frequency hum. The door had the thickness of paper and it felt like you had the door completely open, the sounds could be so loud. Sometimes I could hear the kitchen doing their dishes for a long time.
But overall a clean and good place to stay.

Hotel very clean and modern. 10 minutes to the beach and shops. Food appropriate for a 3 star hotel.

No fridge. No ice cubes at the bar for the room even if you want to pay for. So enjoy your drinks warm!
Edit to response: We were in five hotels at our stay to the island. Every hotel had a fridge AND had a few ice cubes for us. And yes we bought some drinks at your bar. So you wont get broke with us.
