Seaside Los Jameos

What can I say! I was well and truly looked after. The service was 10/10. My light was out on my balcony it was sorted straight away. Anything I asked for in addition to my stay, again was dealt with promptly. The staff...the friendliest I've ever experienced. It was my birthday and they all made a big deal :)
The food plenty of choice and absolutely everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. There wasn't 1 thing that i didn't enjoy and i can be picky. The room was a lil dated but they are undergoing renovations over the next few months. Rooms cleaned daily. Location great. Beach,shops and bars not even a 2min walk. Overall I had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning especially as I promised the bar staff ;)

You can catch a lot of shells along the beach, the kids love it!

I recently stayed her for the weekend and this is my second time at this hotel. This is the most welcoming amazing hotel. The food is great, the drinks are great, the entertainment is great the staff here are amazing. The lady on the steak/chicken griddle is so lovely and is amazing at cooking a perfect steak. Honestly there is nothing to complain or moan about. It’s lovely and quiet and just perfect for a relaxing break. Thank you to everyone who made my weekend stay relaxing and stress free and I will be back again for many more stays.

Stayed here last year with family. It has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Lots of guests said they return year in year out because of the food and boy, were they right! Fabulous food, wide variety and cooked right in front of you. Pools were great and loved the pool bar. Hotel is situated right in the centre of a busy area, but you wouldn’t know. The gate opens out to across from the beach. Will definitely be returning with more family members.

Wonderful stay at this incredible hotel. The food is really very good, a different theme each night and the quality of the food is exceptional. We did half board.
Only downside is the restaurant does get very busy, but it’s a big hotel, so that’s going to happen.

The children’s entertainment is good, the mini disco is lovely, perfect timing. Really enjoyed our stay and the area is immaculate. Thank you all so much. You have a very special team of colleagues 💕💙

Best 4 star hotel!!

Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.

The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.

We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.

The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.

It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.

If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

We stayed for 5 nights with a 2.6 years old daughter and she love the place( the pool, playground both indoor and outdoor, arcade, daily kids club). Every night entertainment for kids and adult which we enjoyed it too and a relaxing ambience just a short walk and you have the front beach of Puerto del Carmen. A top notch food service especially we include the Half board (free breakfast and dinner) and the food are sumptuous with different variety to choice from. I definitely recommend the place.

What an amazing hotel and service. This was my first trip with family and the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant, right by the beach and just 5 minutes drive from airport. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay, swimming facilities etc. We traveled during Christmas and we were surprised on Christmas day with gifts in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Lanzarote.
