Great family run hotel with a rich infrastructure, nice rooms and good service. Nearby are shopping centers, cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel is recommended for active families and young people.

It's one of the best hotels you can come to. Always made to feel welcome and like your a VIP, especially the team on the bar at star prestige brilliant and again more than welcoming. Always remember us and what drinks we like and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Exceptional service, great location and lovely staff, especially those at the Star Prestige pool bar. You can tell everybody loves their jobs. Especially impressed by Charaf, Jan and Brahim who were cheery and nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming again!

The bar staff at the Star Prestige area are absolutely brilliant. Next to none service. Always friendly and bubbly. You will always be greeted with a smile.
A credit to the hotel to have staff this willing to do their job and ensure you are happy and feel welcome always.

We moved to the Iberostar from the Tu Blue Flamingo Beach next door due to the poor quality of the latter hotel. We were welcomed at the walkway leading up to the hotel and a member of staff offered to take our bags. This was greatly appreciated as we had to carry them from the previous hotel and due to travelling with a 2.5 year old and a 3 month old had a lot of luggage. We were sat down in the reception area and offered a cold towel and a drink of our choice. Overall I could not fault the staff, they were both polite and attentive. As we arrived in the morning were were given access to all the facilities and lunch before our room was available to check in. The food was amazing all week. With the selection and the quality were the best I have had at a hotel. In particular the pastries each morning were the best I have had anywhere. The layout of the hotel allows easy access to everything and is design to provide shelter from the wind (much needed in July!). The entertainment both through the day and evening were engaging and enjoyable for all ages. After such a poor start to our holiday at the Tui Blue this was a savour and we left having had a brilliant holiday.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be looking to go to other Iberostar hotels on my travels in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making this such an enjoyable experience for my family.

We are at the end of a fantastic week here. The room was terrific, we were upgraded to a junior suite and had star prestige access to the adults only area and restaurant. From there we could access the main restaurant and all food, facilities and everything else was great. The best thing about the hotel is the staff - the service was always first class and all of the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. The location of the hotel is great, it is perfectly situated and while it’s tempting never to leave the hotel grounds it is just a short walk from the town and the marina is just a little further. It is a hotel we would look forward to returning to again!

Great hotel that caters for families & has a separate more exclusive area for adults. I went with young grandchildren & the kids pool area was great for them & the kids disco kept them entertained. Rooms were spacious & cleaned daily with towels & bedding changed on request. There was also various other entertainment, some indoors & some on an outdoor stage for adults & children alike. It's a good location for a local beach & the ferry terminal to Fuerteventura is only a 10 minute walk away. The shops & bars are about 15 mins away, but there are a few watering holes on the way.

Just returned from a wonderful week here. The hotel is immaculate. Our room was in the Prestige area which was perfect; sea views, great rooms and balcony. The maids were wonderful-nothing was too much trouble.Food was outstanding:-smoked salmon for breakfast,fillet steaks,salmon,sea bass all cooked to order. Choice and quality were outstanding. Well done to all involved in catering for guests.

The hotel restaurant offers delicious meals with a diverse menu and the Star Prestige Pool bar the best cocktails!
Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Star prestige is a fantastic upgrade.
Top-notch pool and the bar staff at the pool is a tremendous resource! Always taking care of your drink and making sure your glass is always full. SPA facilities are nice. The fitness center features modern equipment and is well-maintained . Counting to be back again!

What a fantastic hotel. Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms and amazing food. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. In particular, the team who run the star prestige pool bar really make your holiday special. Special shout out to Jan and Raul for their professional yet fun and high quality service - they helped make our holiday one to remember! We hope to visit again soon.

The stay until now is amazing. We are staying in the Star Prestige part and will absolutely recommend this to everybody. Especially the staff is the factor that makes this hotel so special. They are fast, seem always happy and can make drinks/food like the best.
