Chatur Costa Caleta Mini-hotel

The hotel is a little run down but nothing major. There is no goa cocktail bar as stated in their website, and no rooftop jacuzzi.. there is a rooftop dip pool.
The food was not good. I had chips most of the time.. went out a few times for dinner. Hardly any desserts and the pool bar food was awful. I won't be returning

Came here with my sis as she had been here a couple of years ago and said it was great!
There are a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel with certain things being repeated.
The holet is tired looking in a lot of areas. Our bathroom needed replacing, it was old looking, we stepped into a bath for a shower, this may not be the case in all rooms.
The beds were really comfy so that's a plus.
Food is plentiful but very repetitive, large cold selection even in the evening. Food counter need organising better so food types are together. We ate out for 3 nights as it seemed to be evening dinner that was hit n miss.
There's no child friendly food section i.e nuggets, pizza etc.
Loud music most of the time in the pool area.
People smoking just outside the restaurant.
Long queue for drinks at night.
Coffee machine turned off at lunch and dinner time, and the one by the poor was always out of milk or wasnt working correctly.
White wine ran out quick in the dining area and took ages to be replaced.
The staff are lovely and work very hard to please everyone, as others have mentioned they seem short staffed.
The biggest grip is the single toaster, I note this has been mentioned way back in other reviews. I'd of thought it would be a simple fix to stop people moaning!

The location of the hotel is great and the area is beautiful.
On checkout (12:00) we had our wrist bands cut off, so basically unable to have any lunch. If we wanted lunch we had to pay an extra €10. Considering we didn't arrive until late on the Friday night I think this is a very poor to scimp on a luntine meal.
I won't be returning.

hotel like a hotel. There is no fridge in the room to cool drinks. Food is so-so. What annoys me the most are people hanging out by the pools where there are non-smokers and children. Smoking at tables outside everywhere where meals are eaten is awful. There should be designated smoking areas and that's it. That's why only two stars.!!!! They require a dress code at dinner but they can't designate a smoking area.
