IG Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol by Servatur - Adults Only

We have just stayed here and had a fabulous time. We feel we were missold this at a 4 star rating. As seasoned travellers we would give it 3.as does the Yaizasol itself we discovered on arrival. On the whole the apartment was lovely just a little jaded in parts. The kitchen is very basically equipped and could do with being reviewed to be more user friendly.
Positives great views from the balcony and very peaceful. Excellent air conditioning. Beach and great local entertainment in the Shopping Center and the bus station are all within easy 7/8 minute walk away. Great bus service to visit the Island. Swimming pool small but very pleasant. Would we go back? Yes very much so!

We payed for superior apartment but not sure if it actually was as the balcony was enclosed and small not like the pictures. so you couldn't sunbathe. Location was great only a short walk to the beach or the shopping centre. The towels were very old and scruffy and some towels smelt of an Indian restaurant/ curry. The place on a whole was very clean and not noisy or rowdy, we enjoyed our stay and would come again. No smoking on the balcony was slightly annoying as I like to sit with a beer and have a smoke while I'm waiting for my girlfriend to get ready, we didn't eat or drink so can't comment on the food.. our apartment had everything we needed. No english TV channels and the TV remote didn't work.

The hotel is good, the rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are good, and the balcony’s are also good size.

Positives -
The rooms are provided with a small kitchen space including utensils which could be needed such as a bottle opened, pans, glasses bowels and cooking utensils.

The rooms have goof lighting throughout and spacious rooms including a sofa and other chairs

The pool sun beds do not get taken up all at once, we have been down at 12pm and still been able to choose from the sun beds.

The restaurant menu is very good and cheap for the portion sizes.
Negatives-

We were on level 1 above the restaurant so in a morning if people are having breakfast it’s very loud.

The cleaners are also loud at times and also you can hear any movement outside the door. The doors are heavy so when people let them shut on their own it’s also extremely loud. And also the staff in a morning on the ground floor.

The balcony light does not turn off at night so it can get bright.

Their is music been played through the restaurant/reception at night making it noisy with a constant beat been played throughout the whole night.

The bathroom floor gets soaked when showering, but should be provided with a bath mat ect and also there is no extractor fan making it warm up the whole room/bathroom for a while.

The drinks at the restaurant bar are expensive for what you get. They do have a happy hour however multiple occasions they ran out of certain ingredients and replaced them with opposites, but was still charged full price.
