We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Is a nice hotel,but the beach is 1km away and the boulevard is a joke. Room are very good but no privacy on the toilet and shower in the room. View is magnifiek

Very good location, when I booked I didn’t see the information that from the hotel you can take an elevator down directly to the path that runs along the ocean and to Puerto Rico beach is about 300 meters in total, and in the other direction to Amadores beach is only a little over 700 meters! Google Maps in pedestrian mode does not show this path, they force you to take a detour 😨

Been coming to this hotel for 20 years. Love the place. Great entertainment crew. All Staff in the hotel are friendly!! Rooms are cleaned regularly. Just returned from wonderful stay at Marina Suites. Room was clean and spacious, lovely views from 4th floor overlooking marina. Breakfast was ample and pool was bliss. Only negative was people reserving beds by 8.45am. Would return again

Just returned from a weeks holiday staying in the Marina Suites, Gran Canaria. I want to go back already! Excellent service from start to finish. Food fantastic, staff polite and friendly especially Pablo very welcoming on check in! Our room was fantastic, clean, well equipped situated on the 7th floor with an amazing view. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is one of the best I've ever been to. Great staff, lovely rooms, pool area is so well kept and really chilled and quiet. Didn't try the restaurant but the bar was great and the lunch food we ate was always brilliant even for two veggies!! Could go on all day about this place, just excellent!!!

A little worn down and nothing in the room is straight, cold pool and the toilet flush every now and then, you wake up from your shower, as the luke warm water appears inbetween the ice cold and very warm water shocks. Apart from that, the service is excellent, it's quiet, I love the view, the cleaning is good and and the breakfast is perfect! Thank you for a nice stay!

The rooms and showers are very good. The food is very good and varied. The cooks, waiters and reception are very nice and attentive. And I really liked the covid safety check. Hammocks were disinfected every time someone left and the pool's maximum capacity of 23 people was constantly monitored. We will be back!!

We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

All the staff were awesome and friendly, the rooms top notch (would recommend the luxury rooms on floor 3 and above as all have pool and sea views plus lots of extras included). The place is nice and they have a great pool area. But you have to pay to use the Jacuzzi, and the kitchen area in the appartment we had was small and ill equip. What i really liked was the amazing view we had from our balcony.
