Just back from a week at the Cordial, truly excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the whole hotel seems very well looked after. This was our first time holidaying in January and we will certainly be returning next year.

Lovely hotel. The main reception area is really quirky with waterfalls and palm trees and a clock that chimes on the hour. The staff are all great, nothing is too much trouble. Room was very nice but a couple of things could do with updating but otherwise very good. Would definitely come again

I went with my family to this hotel and we were fretted with welcome drinks and great service. The ordinary restaurants were great but the buffet wasn’t very good and very over priced. It had amazing activities to do such as the two pools and gym which we used. However it could have advertised more since we found out there was also scuba diving and cycling. We have visited mogan many times and usually opt to stay in the old town. This hotel is situated approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. It's a big hotel that caters for all ages. Good rooms and quiet at night. There is a small shopping mall with bars and restaurants quiet close and very good food and drinks. We would stay here again.

Second time at this beautiful hotel - we LOVE it! The setting in the botanical gardens is amazing. You feel like you've landed in paradise! Everything is spot on: the hotel is gorgeous inside, the food is good and the restaurant area is SO well organised, it runs like clockwork. I love this hotel. I'd been many times in the past with my late husband. I'm now a solo traveller and feel perfectly fine here. Everyone is so polite, from checking in at reception to all the dining room staff and especially the lady cleaning the room. The food was mid, which is impressive for such a huge hotel. Rooms were small, but had seaviews. Location is very challenging on top of a massive cliff with sheer walls. The pools were the shallowest ever, and very busy. Overall, nothing luxury at all. Basic and workable.

This would be a 5 star hotel if the rooms were maintained. Can't fault the staff. Always helpful, service is something else! They are there to help you. We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Been coming to this hotel for 20 years. Love the place. Great entertainment crew. All Staff in the hotel are friendly!! Rooms are cleaned regularly. Pools are well looked after and never had a problem getting a sunbed. Food is always great. Never had a problem with the food. We normally stay 3 weeks each stay and still don't want to go home!!

My wife and I staid for a week on 8th floor in a Junior suite with jacuzy tub on the balcony. We used it every day and loved it. The room was spacius, the beads were great, confortabla and just the right stifness. Would have loved one big bead but there are 2 singles put together. The room need some TLC. Absolutely 5 star plus. Fabulous apartments, wonderful staff nothing too much trouble and the solarium is fab at night. Honestly think this is the best place you could stay in Puerto Rico. Even when we had a late checkout we were looked after.

We payed for superior apartment but not sure if it actually was as the balcony was enclosed and small not like the pictures. so you couldn't sunbathe. We stayed here for a week in the Vaizasol top floor one bedroom apartment. The staff are incredible and the location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk from town and a €5 taxi home up the hill. Good hospitality great room and view good place to stay

We had a lovely stay here. Only downside was that we booked all inclusive but on arrival realised there was an ultra all inclusive which was £18 pp per day extra. I enjoy my cocktails on holiday so was disappointed that the only ones I could get all inclusive were so sugary and more like juice than anything. Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Staff even helped us to book covid test. The hotel has a mini shop if you ran out of stuff

Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

We stayed in a twin roomed apartment. Rooms really very nice with a great kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Is very quiet so you can sleep well here. Is a fair 15 to 20 min walk to some decent shops and about 25 min walk down to the beach restaurants. Pool though is quite small and they are very strict about what you can do in the pool. Very nice hotel for both adults and children. We stayed in the villa with private pool, which was super. This was our third stay in a row and we highly enjoyed it. Nice staff everywhere at the hotel and good service. Highly recommended for other guests and will return again.

The location of the hotel is by far the best in Puerto de Mogan. All staff are helpful, courteous and friendly and able to communicate in several languages. This place is wonderful. It has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The treatment of Juan and Elvira is magnificent. They are super friendly and close and make you feel at home. We are leaving Marina Suites today and have truly had the best family holiday. We didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is excellent. This is a nice hotel at the upper end of hotels for facilities and cleanliness but there are one or two things worth knowing before booking. We had a select junior suite with pool and sea view on the eighth floor, the view of the pool is a distant view and is obscured by vegetation and is beyond the adult only area immediately below our room. John from the animation team was fab and made the holiday great fun!. We enjoyed daily aqua aerobics, a scare / escape room (it was Halloween) and lots of activities through the day. A little worn down and nothing in the room is straight, cold pool and the toilet flush every now and then, you wake up from your shower, as the luke warm water appears inbetween the ice cold and very warm water shocks. Apart from that, the service is excellent, it's quiet, I love the view, the cleaning is good and and the breakfast is perfect! Thank you for a nice stay!
