I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise.

The food was mid, which is impressive for such a huge hotel. Rooms were small, but had seaviews. Location is very challenging on top of a massive cliff with sheer walls. The pools were the shallowest ever, and very busy. Overall, nothing luxury at all. Basic and workable.

We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Just arrived back from a 10 night all inclusive holiday family of 4 one teen and an 8 year old. We found the the room to be clean on arrival. The beds ain't the most comfy and for the kids sleeping in the living room there sleeping area was rock hard we can to get mattress toppers for the kids. Been coming here for 7 years, but may be my last time. And the one reason is the music by the pool. It used to be lovely, now it's just boom boom boom !! That's ok of an evening and dont get me wrong I love music but to much for a day time, it's nice to just be able to chill and relax.

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. We had a lovely stay here. Only downside was that we booked all inclusive but on arrival realised there was an ultra all inclusive which was £18 pp per day extra. I enjoy my cocktails on holiday so was disappointed that the only ones I could get all inclusive were so sugary and more like juice than anything. The ice cream / coffee shop by reception is also not part of the all inclusive so worth noting...

Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

We stayed in a twin roomed apartment. Rooms really very nice with a great kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Is very quiet so you can sleep well here. Is a fair 15 to 20 min walk to some decent shops and about 25 min walk down to the beach restaurants. Pool though is quite small and they are very strict about what you can do in the pool. Very nice hotel for both adults and children. We stayed in the villa with private pool, which was super. This was our third stay in a row and we highly enjoyed it. Nice staff everywhere at the hotel and good service. Highly recommended for other guests and will return again.

Nice place to stay It’s a nice place. And quiet, easy to get to the beach And to the shopping center. The sun terrace is an extra bonus as you are protected from the wind.

The location of the hotel is by far the best in Puerto de Mogan. All staff are helpful, courteous and friendly and able to communicate in several languages. The Service Team was impeccable! They make you feel home and twnd to every wish. Food also great and the garden / Pool activites. Direct access to the ocean to swin. Unfortunately We had Bugs in the ground floor Pool view room every night. Little beetles and cockroaches. Too much for my Taste.

Apartments 4* ~ area 2* This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.

This place is wonderful. It has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The treatment of Juan and Elvira is magnificent. They are super friendly and close and make you feel at home. A little worn down and nothing in the room is straight, cold pool and the toilet flush every now and then, you wake up from your shower, as the luke warm water appears inbetween the ice cold and very warm water shocks. Apart from that, the service is excellent, it's quiet, I love the view, the cleaning is good and and the breakfast is perfect! Thank you for a nice stay!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at the Sol Amadores in the jetted tub room 102. Brilliant big balcony and excellent facilities. It’s become our second home. Particular thanks to Isabel who goes over and above to look after us. Will be back in 6 months.
