Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. The maids were great could not fault them. Food was very nice. Drinks are very expensive and entertainment was ok. The experience that you get is that the place is inside botanical garden. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. A great place for a family holiday. Lovely gardens around all the pools. The quiet pool is especially beautiful to look out from and relax. The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

we had a lovely few days, the staff were friendly, the hotel was close to good restaurants and walking distance form the beach and the marina, the pool area was lovely with enough sun loungers, the pool restaurant service was very good . lovely views from our apartment too, all in all a good stay, we will stay here again

We were in the refreshed LIVVO apartments and self catering. El Alcalde de Peuerto Mogán/The Mayor needs to get a proper panadería/bakery in the Port. We found nowhere to buy good bread/pastries to match the Venetian delight. Such a shame. In mainland Spain superb artisan bakers are to be found everywhere these days! Otherwise our stay was a perfect 5 star.

We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

We stayed in a twin roomed apartment. Rooms really very nice with a great kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Is very quiet so you can sleep well here. Very Lovely Staff and a very lovely place prices are excellent for a somewhat cheap getaway only problem is the very steep hill up if you go down to the beach to eat (if you also drink you would probably require a taxi up the hill which costs around €8-€20 depending on how busy it is.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The beach is also in walking distance, but you probably want a rental car to go to proper supermarkets and restaurants.

Apartments 4* ~ area 2* This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.

Great position just opposite the beach. Very spacious, air-conditioning throughout, 3 bedroom duplex villa. Pretty much everything you could need is there. Short distance to beach shop and only a 15-20 minute walk up to the larger supermarkets and mall.

Had a amazing stay. Really nice apartments near the beach. Only the parking slots are a little bit small and can ne annoying some times. But it seems like they are buildin ne bigger parking slots there.

Great for families! We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. We had a great stay in Mogán. The rooms were specious and we can recommend the breakfast and dinner. Even though therr were many families in the hotel, we still had a relaxing time at the quiet pool. Mogán itself is quite small, so for us 3 days were enough.
