I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise.

Good hotel. Stayed over the half term holiday. The main problem with the hotel is that it clearly struggles when it's full and the sun is out. The two swimming pools were saturated with people, sun beds parked very closely together and generally all occupied (or towelled) by 10.30am. I love this hotel. I'd been many times in the past with my late husband. I'm now a solo traveller and feel perfectly fine here. The food was mid, which is impressive for such a huge hotel. Rooms were small, but had seaviews. Location is very challenging on top of a massive cliff with sheer walls. The pools were the shallowest ever, and very busy. Overall, nothing luxury at all. Basic and workable.

This would be a 5 star hotel if the rooms were maintained. Can't fault the staff. Always helpful, service is something else! They are there to help you. We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Just arrived back from a 10 night all inclusive holiday family of 4 one teen and an 8 year old. We found the the room to be clean on arrival. The beds ain't the most comfy and for the kids sleeping in the living room there sleeping area was rock hard we can to get mattress toppers for the kids. Been coming here for 7 years, but may be my last time. And the one reason is the music by the pool. It used to be lovely, now it's just boom boom boom !! That's ok of an evening and dont get me wrong I love music but to much for a day time, it's nice to just be able to chill and relax.

What a fantastic hotel! Absolutely loved our week here. We stopped in a one bedroom apartment and there was everything you needed and more You could always get a sunbed and a slushie & Malibu. We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

We stayed in a twin roomed apartment. Rooms really very nice with a great kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Is very quiet so you can sleep well here. Is a fair 15 to 20 min walk to some decent shops and about 25 min walk down to the beach restaurants. Pool though is quite small and they are very strict about what you can do in the pool. Very nice hotel for both adults and children. We stayed in the villa with private pool, which was super. This was our third stay in a row and we highly enjoyed it. Nice staff everywhere at the hotel and good service. Highly recommended for other guests and will return again.

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. At my request they allocated a room on the 6th floor which featured a Whirlpool bath on the balcony (had a problem with it on my first day, but it was fixed within an hour) and good views. I should have done my homework firstly as I didn’t realise how high up the hotel was…ok walking down hills but needed a taxi to get back so didn’t venture out much….where the hotel is situated is right above the main ***** so very noisy at night until 4 am. Been here quite a few times, clean hotel, lovely breakfast and friendly staff Only downside is the bar now closes at 6pm and you have to pay £100 deposit with them when you stay. Also need to sort showers as the water goes all over the place.

If like us you got e mail to say they is construction work going on outside the building. Don't be alarmed to change hotel. Its hardly noticeable and we have only heard a little during the day and its our 4th day in to 10days. It as not affected our stay whats so ever. Just got back from there last week, room was always cleaned properly, service was phenomenal from all the bar staff and receptionists. The location of the hotel is by far the best in Puerto de Mogan. All staff are helpful, courteous and friendly and able to communicate in several languages. The rooms are well designed but could be improved by the addition of a "grab handle" in the shower. The cuisine is truly international and the choice of wines more than adequate. This is the most wonderful and clean hotel with the most amazing and hardworking staff, it’s in a beautiful location with many places to choose from and settle down, we were here last year and it was just as incredible. Honestly I had a fantastic stay here, we're looking to come again next year because it was so good. We stayed from the 1st September to the 8th September and had absolutely no issues with sun loungers at all, there were plenty although some were getting reserved. We have just returned from a 10 day stay here and it was amazing. The food was excellant with so much choice for adults and children. The room was well maintained with a stunning view. The pool area was kept clean and the daily activities were fun. The drink choice and availability was good. We had the AI+ that provided a wide range of enjoyable cocktails. Apartments 4* ~ area 2* This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.

This place is wonderful. It has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The treatment of Juan and Elvira is magnificent. They are super friendly and close and make you feel at home. This is a nice hotel at the upper end of hotels for facilities and cleanliness but there are one or two things worth knowing before booking. A little worn down and nothing in the room is straight, cold pool and the toilet flush every now and then, you wake up from your shower, as the luke warm water appears inbetween the ice cold and very warm water shocks.
