We loved our stay here, big shout out to the very hard working and friendly cleaning team, room was spotless and cleaned every day. Room was nice and spacious, we opted for a room with large balcony and whirlpool bath which was lovely. Breakfast was good, plenty to chose from. We only had 1 lunch and 1 evening meal in the hotel but both were great and good value. We had late flight, there was a luggage room, we kept our towels and soaked up the sun on the large sun deck for the afternoon, access to a shower before pick up was great and the lovely lady on reception sourced us some clean towels, nice touch. To walk into town there are a lot of steps to navigate but plenty of reasonable priced taxis available for the trip back up! Would stay again.

Absolutely blown away by the service received during our stay. First of all, I had booked the best room in the hotel, but unfortunately, two days before our trip, I was informed that there had been a mistake and the room had been double booked. Although I wasn't too happy with this, the hotel offered me a very similar room and made a deduction in the cost of our stay. Also, to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a FREE evening meal, for our entire stay, that's 10 nights! The room was well laid out and equipped and the view was lovely. there was a bit of noise from the town at night, but once the windows were closed, you couldn't actually hear anything
The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the moment we entered reception, right up until we left, we were always met with friendly, polite staff, always smiling, courteous and pleasant. A big thank you to Jennifer Cedres in the dining room and to Leonora on reception. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very well looked after.
The food quality at breakfast was good and it was always fresh, there was an excellent choice available, including GF options for my wife. Evening meals consisted of a three course meal, starters and desert were buffet style, (they even had Tapas every night), with the main course A la Carte style with a great selection.
The onsite gym was really well equipped, although it could do with a water dispenser. I used the complimentary spa a couple of times too, it was okay, but sadly, some of the spa stations in the spa pool were not working.
The pool deck area was never over crowded and no-one reserved sun beds, which is refreshing.
We will be heading back next year for sure.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite with jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We love to walk so a jacuzzi bath on the balcony was a lovely addition for tired feet. It was also nice to have our own loungers on the balcony, should we want to sunbathe in the comfort of our own space. The pool area during the Easter holidays (UK) was lovely and quiet. No need to research sunbeds or rush, as there are plenty available. Definitely make use of the free spa facilities as another option for relaxation. We stayed half board. The breakfast was lovely, lots of cooked and continental options, with fresh omelettes and pancakes being a real bonus. The dinner menu was also delicious-as main meals are cooked fresh for you. We ate out a few times whilst being out exploring, but commented a lot on the hotel food. The location is ideal for walking into Puerto Rico and the nearest beach is only a ten minute walk away. We enjoyed staying in Puerto Rico as it gave us a good base to explore surrounding areas by bus, whilst having a good mix of relaxation and entertainment. The staff were all lovely and would go above and beyond to help. We would happily return again!

My wife and I staid for a week on 8th floor in a Junior suite with jacuzy tub on the balcony. We used it every day and loved it. The room was spacius, the beads were great, confortabla and just the right stifness. Would have loved one big bead but there are 2 singles put together. The room need some TLC. Some paint and some litle refurbisment in the shower. The room was spottlesly cleand every day by the lovely maids. 10/10 for clenlines of the room. We were b&b and the breakfast was so good, they maked fresh ommelets every morning for US. We did not eat dinner so can not say anithing about that. The pool was great and no fighting over sunbeds. The hotel is upp in the hill and there are a lot of stebbs upp and down, so if you have difficulty walking this might not be hotel for you. All the staff we meet were so nice, allways service with a smile. We did not use the spa ( we just used our spa on the balcony). But saw many gest go there. There is a bit of noise coming from the C.C. at bottom of the hill butt with the door closef and the AC on it did nott bother US.

Absolutely 5 star plus. Fabulous apartments, wonderful staff nothing too much trouble and the solarium is fab at night. Honestly think this is the best place you could stay in Puerto Rico. Even when we had a late checkout we were looked after.

My friend and I visited this hotel the middle of march. We had a jacuzzi room which was really lovely and big with the jacuzzi on the balcony. There was also sunbeds and a table with 2 chairs. The room has a small kitchen area and it was lovely having a kettle in the room with plenty of plates and cups etc. You also have a microwave, toaster and a hob. The hotel is on the hill but only a short walk to the main centre with all the bars and restaurants in. It does go on until 4am so can be quite noisy however that never bothered us. If you turn right at the shopping centre you come to a lovely area with more shops and restaurants and dancing fountains. It was lovely getting away from all the noise of the centre. If you turn left you can walk to the beach and harbour which takes about 10 minutes. There are some lovely restaurants and bars there. We ate in the Greek restaurant by the harbour and the food was amazing. Back to the hotel and there food. We were half board. Breakfast was a standard buffet with all the normal breakfast bits and was really lovely. The evening meal was buffet starters and dessert then menu main. My main complaint about the food was a lot of the buffet food didn't have any labels either explain what the little starters were or their ingredients. Im a vegetarian and couldn't work out what things were sometimes. If you have a particular allergy you would struggle to know if you could eat them or not. This has been the only hotel where the food has not been clearly marked with labels of ingredients and it really should be. Its the same as in the main menu there is no description of certain foods or ingredients. There were a few vegetarian options but they wasn't marked only 1 vegan choice was . There is a lovely waiter who serves you in the evening who's English is brilliant and was always a laugh but sadly we never got his name but he was so helpful and even got the chef to make me something that wasn't on the menu. Drinks are fine they could do with more comfy seats inside by the bar area this time of year for the evening as it was slightly windy and chilly at times. Pool area is fine with lots of sunbeds and a jacuzzi. We also used the spa and had massages done. Our only real complaint was the last night of our holiday. A couple of days before we were due to leave we found a massive cockroach in our bedroom which we flicked out and informed the maid. We didn't think anything of it as we know the canaries are known for them. When we came back the following night we found a small one. Again it was disposed off. Our last night we came back to the room to find 3 of them sat on the floor and they were babies. We went down to reception to inform them but as it was 1am the guy on the desk said he couldn't do anything and gave us the spray. We went back up to our room and found a couple of more babies which we sprayed then found ourselves having to pull the beds out and the sofa now gone 1am. We found what w

We chose this hotel for our March trip celebrating our anniversary and birthdays mainly because of its close proximity to all the bars and restaurants so everything after that is a bonus A beautiful hotel massive clean modern suites a nice restaurant bar and snack bar with plenty of sun loungers around the pool area. Check in was painless and quick dealt with professionally and politely We where given two rooms on the 5th floor with wonderful views of Puerto Rico they were beautiful clean large modern suites with a large bathroom with walk in shower the bedroom was open plan with a kitchenette and a lounge area with a sofa which leads onto a spacious balcony with magnificent views The restaurant We where bed and breakfast so can only comment on breakfast which we found was plenty full lots of freshly cooked food fresh bread omelettes cooked to your preference all the food and drinks we had here where lovely no complaints from us at all The pool A nice pool surrounded by plenty of sun beds the pool doesn’t open till 10 so no need to be taking towels down at sunrise and to be honest there’s plenty of loungers The bar We only used it a couple of times during happy hour lovely cocktails and sangria There is also a shop on site which is ideal and the prices are more than reasonable I had walked down the hill too the hill dino for sangria and it was cheaper in the shop on site All in all this is a wonderful hotel and we will return some day in the future thank you for having us we loved it

We have just arrived home from a week here On arrival we was told our room which was on 8th floor Room was lovely we couldn’t fault it Spacious beds are comfortable and bathroom was big and shower was good Balcony was great had sunbeds and table and chairs along with hot tub Lovely little kitchen area with fridge and hob and microwave Maids are lovely do a fab job Roof terrace was nice and relaxing (most of time ) Breakfast was fab plenty of choice always kept clean and tidy staff are lovely and welcoming Pool bar is reasonably priced and lovely food Pool is ok plenty sunbeds Check out 12 We gave our room back about 10 so maids could get room ready for next holiday makers now if I’d of known where we was to shower as we was not being picked up Till half 5 I wouldn’t of as there is no courtesy room so had to shower in gym which is totally not private people walking in and out also a man was getting dressed in where the suitcase are kept which is totally unacceptable Maybe they need to look into a room where you could book to get ready to departure On an all would I return yes definitely

We have just come back from a week here for my partners birthday! We stayed on one of the top floors with a jacuzzi balcony and the room was lovely! Very spacious, clean everyday, extra bonus as the sun was always on our balcony so we could sunbathe when ever we wanted up there! Staff are lovely, very friendly, the breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday. Food & drinks at the pool bar lovely also! Location was perfect for us, just a 10-15min walk to the beach. Commercial centre is 5 mins walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from. Amadoras beach is a taxi ride and is beautiful!

Overall an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!
