Servatur Puerto Azul Hotel

We truly love this hotel and are definitely coming back again! My family and I stayed here twice this year (February and September 2025), and we are already planning to return in February 2026.

The absolute highlight of our stays has been the entertainment team. They are simply amazing, and we have grown to love and appreciate them enormously. A special shoutout to Jesus, Adam, Delano, Nayara, Alex, Chris, Geri, Orsi, Ines, and Nienke – we really hope to see all of you again when we return.

We also want to mention Ivan, who is clearly a great manager with charisma and presence. The only downside is that in his new role, he seems to spend less time with guests during activities – and we really missed that personal connection. Back in February, David was also part of the team, and we missed him in September as well.

We can’t stress enough how much fun we have with the entertainment team. Whatever activity they invite us to, we always try to say yes – even joining the mini disco dances for kids, despite our son being 10 years old and a bit shy. It’s just too much fun not to join in on songs like Chu Chu Ua and Baby Shark!

The food and service are good, but for us, it’s the entertainment team that keeps bringing us back. Their shows are always full of energy and joy, and they clearly love what they do. In comparison, the external shows (when the entertainment team has time off) are not at the same level. Many of those performers seem like they’re just “doing a job.” That said, Walter the singer, the guitarist, and the circus chair-balancing act were very enjoyable.

We also want to highlight Geri’s incredible singing voice – she is truly talented! It’s a pity that only she performs vocally, because we know there are more great singers in the team.

The only reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the issue with smoking around the pool area. Despite signs being posted, many people smoke there and toss their cigarette butts around the palm trees and showers. This not only makes the area look bad and smell unpleasant, but it also really affects the poolside experience for everyone else. We hope the hotel adopts a stricter smoking policy by the time we return.

Overall, this hotel has become a special place for us. The entertainment team makes every stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back in February!

This is the most wonderful and clean hotel with the most amazing and hardworking staff, it’s in a beautiful location with many places to choose from and settle down, we were here last year and it was just as incredible. If you’re couples only and prefer peace and quiet I’d recommend skipping the school term times as it can get quite busy. Very hardworking staff and they deserve all the recognition, the food is excellent!! Highly recommend x

Honestly I had a fantastic stay here, we're looking to come again next year because it was so good. We stayed from the 1st September to the 8th September and had absolutely no issues with sun loungers at all, there were plenty although some were getting reserved.

Hats off to the cleaners, this place is very, very well kept and cleaned constantly. Pools are checked and repaired in the morning as well by the staff. We had an issue with our toilet and a technician was sent out to fix the issue within the hour.

I noticed a fire alarm panel had been knocked off a wall whilst walking to get lunch, when I came back to my room after lunch they had already repaired it.

The food was great! the breakfast/lunch was very similar each day but dinners changed up most nights. I loved the Asian/Chinese food they were cooking and couldn't get enough!

My advice if you're from the UK and want a quieter time to go without getting a school fine would be to go at the start of September so the kids only miss a few days at the start of school.

Anyway great place to go with the family, weather was fantastic as well and well done to the staff here you were all amazing.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay here and it was amazing.
The food was excellant with so much choice for adults and children. The room was well maintained with a stunning view.
The pool area was kept clean and the daily activities were fun.
The drink choice and availability was good. We had the AI+ that provided a wide range of enjoyable cocktails.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff and good food will be back

We had a lovely stay here.

Only downside was that we booked all inclusive but on arrival realised there was an ultra all inclusive which was £18 pp per day extra. I enjoy my cocktails on holiday so was disappointed that the only ones I could get all inclusive were so sugary and more like juice than anything.
The ice cream / coffee shop by reception is also not part of the all inclusive so worth noting.

Besides that we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely clean and modern, friendly staff, mimosas every morning with my breakfast. Great that soft drinks, beer, wine and sangria are self serve at certain locations so it’s quick to get a drink.

Definitely more of a family hotel would say. Evening entertainment aimed more towards children. They all seemed to really love it.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from shops and restaurants but this didn’t bother us.

Adult only pool areas were fab and sun loungers and beds were so comfy.

This was our second visit. We liked it so much last year, that this time we brought another family. They also loved their visit. We were all sad to leave.
Staff were so friendly and always happy to help. They make the hotel run seamlessly.

We had the family suit again , this time with a sea view. It was definitely worth the upgrade. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.

The animation team are amazing! They work so hard around the clock to keep everyone entertained.

Last day today after a weeks stay with a party of 9. Absolutely lovely hotel, beautiful views, very clean rooms, amazing food and drinks and lovely staff. Davis from the animation team was our favourite, so pleasant and funny and very entertaining. We’ve had the best weeks holiday and I will most definitely be returning g in the future. 👏👏👏👏👏

Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. Also two out of three elevators were broken 😡 which I think should fixed asap same day where 90% of rooms needs them.
Still 5 stars as it was a great stay.
