Amazing hotel, amazing staff and good food will be back

We had a lovely stay here.

Only downside was that we booked all inclusive but on arrival realised there was an ultra all inclusive which was £18 pp per day extra. I enjoy my cocktails on holiday so was disappointed that the only ones I could get all inclusive were so sugary and more like juice than anything.
The ice cream / coffee shop by reception is also not part of the all inclusive so worth noting.

Besides that we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely clean and modern, friendly staff, mimosas every morning with my breakfast. Great that soft drinks, beer, wine and sangria are self serve at certain locations so it’s quick to get a drink.

Definitely more of a family hotel would say. Evening entertainment aimed more towards children. They all seemed to really love it.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from shops and restaurants but this didn’t bother us.

Adult only pool areas were fab and sun loungers and beds were so comfy.

This was our second visit. We liked it so much last year, that this time we brought another family. They also loved their visit. We were all sad to leave.
Staff were so friendly and always happy to help. They make the hotel run seamlessly.

We had the family suit again , this time with a sea view. It was definitely worth the upgrade. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.
Food and drink are get!
The animation team are amazing! They work so hard around the clock to keep everyone entertained.

Last day today after a weeks stay with a party of 9. Absolutely lovely hotel, beautiful views, very clean rooms, amazing food and drinks and lovely staff. Davis from the animation team was our favourite, so pleasant and funny and very entertaining. We’ve had the best weeks holiday and I will most definitely be returning g in the future. 👏👏👏👏👏

Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. Also two out of three elevators were broken 😡 which I think should fixed asap same day where 90% of rooms needs them.
Still 5 stars as it was a great stay.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Super clean, visually stunning, lots of amenities and great food. Lots of sun loungers so no need to worry about space. Always saw workers clearing empty plates and cups. Beds were very comfy, only downside was that they were twin beds pushed together. Glad they had the adults only pool as an option. Little bit of a walk to our room and quite the trek back up the stairs due to how high the hotel is, but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!

Different pool areas available (also adults only) with very nice view of the sea. Food was good for a buffet of that size, the entertainment in the evening was very good. Room was spacious and had Netflix. The beach is a little bit difficult to get to but was made clear beforehand. Quite a lot of families with children but can be avoided in the adults only pool area.

Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids.

From the moment I entered, I wish I had booked my whole holiday here.
I wasn’t happy with my current accommodation so I booked my day here. I paid all inclusive for 5 hours before my flight. I enjoyed the room, pool bar and food. It was 100 worth it and would have been a similar price to a day at a beach club.
I’m going to book this hotel for me and my family in a few weeks
