FAY Victoria Beach

An absolutely stunning hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces, had the most warmest welcome when we arrived late at night. Reception was so helpful with the buses ,times and stops. Gave us some ideas on activities to do or places to see. Very clean and well maintained hotel. It was great to have the beach literally 5 steps away from the hotel. Also a lovely, various selection of restaurants and bars along the promenade if you’re not eating at the hotel every night. 10/10 recommend and will be going back again.

Rincon de la Victoria is a beautiful and safe destination, brimming with activities and renowned for its beautiful beach and friendly restaurants.

Just back after a 4 day break. We visit a different country every month for a 4 day stay and this is the second time we’ve had a room with no access to drinks. We’re used to having a kettle with tea and coffee provided even in the cheapest most basic hotel. There was an empty fridge. The bed was comfortable and soap and shampoo is provided. The room safe is €1.50 a day. Breakfast was ok, though the hotel doesn’t cater for visitors from the uk it’s very much a Spanish residents holiday destination so lots of meats and cheeses, fruit , juices scrambled eggs , lots of bread . We enjoyed our stay even with the torrential rains. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and public transport is good though be aware you do need cash for the local buses. The bus from the airport accepts card payment. The hotel is on the beach from the rear with loads of bars and little tavernas. The front of the hotel is a busy road with lots of shops etc. it really is a lovely area with lots to do. Plenty of choices for eating out. WiFi in the bedrooms is hit and miss, we found that if we opened up are phones and connected to the WiFi in the lobby it worked in the bedroom. I’d definitely visit the area again, nice to be on the beach with no road to cross. Only 3 negatives id say 1) the lack of refreshments in the rooms 2) the overwhelming smell of lemons in the reception, it takes your breath away 3) the scruffy staff uniform they definitely need smartening up , jeans are for cleaning, painting etc not for work wear

Well renovated hotel by the sea. It is better to take the rooms on the sea side. Very decent breakfast for the price. To recommend.

Scores out of 10 . 10 being great. Staff 10 , cleanliness 9.99999 . found 1 hair on my balcony table ! Breakfast 10 . Not full English or hot food , if you want that stay at home . Good fruit juices , tea , coffee , tuna , eggs selection of meats , selection of cheese , fresh fruits , selection of pastry 's , selection of breads , selection of milks and cereals .. Location 9.9 , I'm mostly in a wheelchair and could get around the hotel and surrounding area . Some of it a little challenging but good area for disabled people ! Only little niggles is that disabled ramps in Spain and including the hotel are too steep. Other thing that may bother some is that the street view rooms can be noisy from 7 am . Did not bother me. This is a very clean and tidy hotel with great staff , breakfast , cleaning . In a Spanish tourist area I would guess as the locals did not speak much English , as I mostly ordered a beer I could manage fine . Huge thank's to all the staff for a great stay and I intend to return

I can't comment on the food.

The staff is super good in all aspects, we were in room 605, the room is new because they are undergoing renovations and we liked it, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable.
Highly recommended...we will be back
