Extremely disappointing experience. Within two hours of checking in, I discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I raised the issue, I was told, ‘It’s wintertime, only the heating works,’ despite the fact that it was 18 degrees outside. This made the room unbearably uncomfortable. When I asked to cancel my booking, they outright refused. I ended up leaving and booking a stay at a far superior hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ibis provided exceptional service, breakfast very well catered.
Elena was super helpful, even gave us tips for making Spanish tortilla.
WiFi very reliable and fast.

Location was good, and parking is provided with 6Euro charge.
I like the location but rooms were too small, we went in October and felt like ventilation was not great in room, also room had the particular smell.
I didn’t mention it to reception as I stayed there for a night. They have good food though.
Receptionist were helpful with the exploring Malaga and nearby attractions.

Looking for an hôtel for a last one night when flying back from Malaga airport in the morning ...very good location to get thé plane and furthermore if you have a rental car and need to arrange the car drop with no stress
- 5mn drive from thé airport terminal or car rental offices .
- 2mn for refilling the car tank and car cleaning/washing station.
- a secured Underground car Park et great Price(6€)No possible pré réservation but serms to be Big enough not to worry)
Very convenient for a final sightseeing and tapas party in Malaga (Bus and Underground stations :5mn walk then 20 mn to go to the center of the old town from Puerto blanca or av Velasquez to Cordoba bus😃stop (bus lines 5 9 10 ,.métro 1)
Possible walk to the closest beach within 10mn
Very good welcome and check in
Thé hôtel is in a perfect fit ,very clean and suite New and good ,modern UP to day and not sophisticated décoration (classical Ibis budget décoration).
Very well sound isolated from road noises .
Good compromise at a good qualité Price ratio versus thé location

Remember it’s a budget hotel. Having said that the bed was good and the toilet/shower was clean, modern and worked. The air con was good and that’s the basics ticked for me. Being budget there’s no wardrobe etc and I didnt use the tv. Worth remembering this hotel found me a room at short notice at 4am when other hotels sent me away and I was desperate to sleep somewhere. Thanks to the Ibis hotel for helping me out.

Good value for money. Good location with good transport links to the city centre and airport. Breakfast is basic but good enough. The staff were friendly. I rated it 3 because something happened that made me feel bad. I will not talk about what happened because the staff sincerely apologised.

Great hotel, would deserve 3 stars! Tasty breakfast, with lots of food to chose from. The only thing I would wish for is a closet in the room. Otherwise it's well worth spend money 😊

Great value. Comfortable beds. Nice shower and toiletries. Excellent value breakfast. Helpful reception. 21 euros from airport.

Close to the airport, which is a plus. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, on the 3rd floor and I was bitten very badly by some sort of bugs in my room. Also when you book online they are not clear about how much you have to pay because, when we arrived at the hotel they told us we had to pay for the second night again. We were under the impression that we had paid the full price for 2 nights online. This is misleading, and using the excuse of "it's just incase you don't want to stay for the second night" is unacceptable and poor.
