Great location, large rooms. Amenities in the rooms are simple, the shared kitchen is a great addition and highlight of the stay. roomy, comfortable and clean. Our family of four had take out and private dining experience.

Location is excellent. I found the rooftop a little overrated. It's nice but the views are nothing special. The standard rooms are small but with comfortable beds. Biggest issue is the tobacco smoke all throughout the hotel and in the rooms. There are no smoking signs but clearly people do not listen and the cleaning people didnt remove the scent from the halls and rooms during my stay.

Same day walk in and got an amazing room for a great price. Javier was very nice and personable and gave great recommendations on the city. Also roof top terrace is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is simple but very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. there’s a lovely terrace on the top floor that you can enjoy the view and fresh breeze. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Hotel Polo for one night, on our recent trip to Ronda. The location was ideal for walking, and we were able to park nearby. Friendly efficient service at the front desk.
Our room was reasonably priced, clean, quaint, and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and large bathroom. There were two large windows with shutters that opened, and Juliette balconies, letting in lots of light. The only thing we missed having was a small fridge, for drinks. Breakfast was included, in a tiny cafe attached to the front lobby, which opened at 8am. The food was okay, but the coffee was awful. Luckily, there are several other cafes and bistros just around the corner behind the hotel, where you can enjoy all kinds of breakfast or brunch. We would stay there again.

In my humble opinion it's really a good 2*. Our room had no ventilation. Beds ok. Helpful receptionist. Room not cleaned during our 4 night stay.

Do not bother booking at this hotel. The Asian lady at the front desk was absolutely disrespectful. She gets angry when you dare ask a question, and if you dare ask her another, she walks away and ignores you. Absolutely, the worst treatment I have ever had from a hotel anywhere. How do they even stay in business?

Very good value for money; freshly renovated, clean, and functional; perfect location; staff very friendly and attentive; the highlight is the comfortably furnished roof terrace; highly recommended. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for accommodation without frills.

I appreciated this hotel, it was nice. Only a night stay but was good, would stay again. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as we had a large group. Wish I took some photos but I think most have captured this place well.

It’s not a fancy hotel, but accommodations were comfortable and the location was great. They have an agreement with a public covered parking nearby.
