Hotel Royal

Made a last-minute reservation and selected a single double bed. Upon getting the keys, it was 2 twin beds. Tried to advise the front desk, but she told us that was all they had and that it's what we get for booking last minute. Very unprofessional, but I think we dodged a bullet. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and the rooms were dark. I recommend going to Hotel Polo instead

Well we were 4 persons with two separated rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The woman at the reception wasn’t so helpful due to the fact that she did not know English. So despite the advantages we weren’t so lucky. At midnight we found at the bathroom a big cockroach. We went to the reception and a man came with teza to killing it. He used so much Teza so he couldn’t even breath. He started to sneez and throwing snot. We found one in our toilet. Then he came out and he started to check the room but he touched everything with the pesticide. He apologise and he left. It was impossible to sleep because of the smell so we decided to go to the reception and ask to change the room. It was late midnight. He agreed so we went to a clean room. In the morning the woman at the reception she didn’t apologise to us. The room is at a very good location.
