We had such a great week here. Perfect place to relax and recharge. The upgrade at check-in was greatly appreciated. I loved how everyone was so kind, guests and staff. Everything super clean. We are here now (27th april---11th may 2018) and there are no rooms with kitchenettes. The apartments are nice , quite adequate size and plenty of hangers in wardrobes , but with only a fridge in room. We booked these apartments on the strength of a kitchenette being advertised but was very disappointed on arrival to find they had been took out last year. So all advertising needs to be updated. As I have read and have seen myself that most of the complainers and at the same time most of the smokers are visitors from Germany. They would cut in line in front of you and would stare at you. Otherwise it could be the perfect vacation destination.

We spent a week in this hotel. The hotel is mostly for seniors and we were the youngest people there. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have an outdoor pool only the indoor. The bar is free for all-inclusive customers only till 9pm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The variety of food isn’t vast but good enough. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day.

Just had 2 weeks at this wonderful Hotel, food great, location right next to beach and all staff and management were great everyone happy to make your stay very enjoyable, Rooms were cleaned beds made every day. It was my 66th Birthday and they surprised me at breakfast with a card and a bottle of fizz. Would definitely encourage anyone to stay at this lovely Hotel.

Awesome view, good all-inclusive drinks, price/value is kind of unbeatable, good breakfast, average food overall but in general decent and food available thourhout the whole timeslot of the meal-time, nice bathroom, clean. It is a quiet hotel at a quiet town, the most boring place I've ever been. Even in August there were no clubs or places to go out. The accomodation was ok, but the beach not too good. There was a noisy waiter at breakfast, singing and shouting all the time. Really annoying!

I stayed here again in September and again, would recommend if you're on a budget, you don't mind no air con and you want a good central base for your trip. It's not luxury but it does the job. Was very busy so I'm not the only one who thinks this.

It's actually quite okay, but you can't close the balcony door properly because there's no lock, just a chain. The breakfast is more bad than good. I booked with Juan and ended up staying at a different hotel anyway, Playa Blanca. For €152 for four nights, it's awful, but the security is pretty low. You can't close the balcony properly, and there's a safe, but no key.
