Great place to stay. Great pool and access to other facilities in the area as it is linked to many other hotels. Good entertainment but about a 10 min walk to beach.

Lovely setting. Attentive staff. Food magnificent, even for a fussy eater like me. Rooms are kept clean by polite staff. We have a spa bath and a walk in shower that are also cleaned every day. And just had bed turned down and chocolate on each pillow as it is our last night. Would definitely come again.

It's a good 4 star hotel. However, the only problem I had was the smoke on the night from 26 October to 27 October. Entire building was full of burning smell - it was really hard to breath. I tried to reach reception for explanation, but one returned my calls.

We are at the hotel out of season and there are a lot of people! Eating in relative peace is a miracle! The food is of very poor quality! Great hotel in a very tranquil area. Make sure to book a room with ocean views to wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. The hotel has a huge pool and also access to a beach that event though is not private, it really feels like it is. Great food selection on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and reasonably priced cocktails and drinks at the bar.

Overall five star experience for us. Great food, great staff and service and outstanding location. 100% recommended for couples in all ages. Also there is entertaintment every night like ballet show and live music. The dinner on Saturday night is even more fabulous! Adults only place which is really soathing.

Really nice hotel right next to the beach. Totallly renovated in 2024 so the whole facility is top notch, including the rooms. Service minded staff. We had a problem with a water tap in one of the rooms the first couple of days, but that was fixed and we got a proper compensation. Nice pool area with lots of activites for those who like. Beautiful hotel which it totally deserve name "palace". High quality service. Testy breakfast and diner. Not deep pool with warm water. The sun loungers around the pool enough for all so don't need to get up at 7 am to occupy them :)

Currently staying here and everything is excellent from food staff accommodation, area around the pool could not speak highly enough of this hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the autumn

A fine 5 star hotel with spa. The spa facility is restful and there are plenty of different things to try out- heated stone beds, sauna, steam room, water jets, jacuzzi etc. The hotel is spacious and well finished. The grounds are well kept and plenty of room around the pool. The food was delicious and an extensive choice. The service was discreet and polite. Very restful stay.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. We stayed in a suite which was spacious enough for the two of us, although the air con in the bedroom was not working as affectively as we would have liked. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Cala Mallor which worked well for us as we enjoyed the walk to/ from the restaurants in the evening.

Hotel staff very nice. Spa is average no hot tub, sauna full of naked men and women, shower head in steam room broken. Rooms are okay inside, but some rooms share balcony with other rooms. Nice spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff. The points that it down are that I have never known a hotel that makes you hire sun lounges around its own pool. Also you have to hire the safe, any towel for the beach. Its as if they try to extract every last euro from you.

I had a fantastic holiday, the hotel is in the best location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, all members of staff that I met were so friendly and polite. The food was of a very good quality and well cooked. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of Spanish food. There was a good choice but I could've been anywhere.

A very good hotel 🏨, quiet, 80% of the tourist are from Germany, this means everything is in Deutsch language 👎(no complaints just so you will be aware). Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. Great hotel, very nice personell, superb food, clean rooms and overall clean ares. Direct access to a medium crowded beach (went in September) and near Cala Millor centre. Bus stops right at the hotel, public transport can take you everywhere. Would highly recommend a stay if you want to see the beautiful side of Mallorca.

This hotel is a delightful experience. They have a selection of better than you would expect, modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The room was everything we hoped for and would return in a heartbeat. It sits on the quieter end of Cala Millor and is within 200m of the beach.
