Nice, clean and comfy hotel, which was few minutes away from beaches, with really helpful employees in there. We had really great stay here. Can't wait to visit them again.

This hotel is family friendly, it has good level of services, staff is friendly and competent. As for food offer, I couldn't be happier. The hotel has one letdown, and that's it's age, it would use reconstruction, but that's nothing and not going to ruin your vacation. I recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, services and location.

Great experience, absolutely recommended! Location is perfect, it’s actually right on the beach. Rooms have been renovated recently (with awesome sea view), all inclusive meals are delicious and there’s plenty of variations. However, the best thing about this hotel is probably the staff. All the staff members are just great, they are very helpful, smiling all the time and they make you feel good!

An enjoyable stay with no disturbance. We hardly stated in the hotel as we wanted to maximize our day. But it was clean and conveniently located. Their breakfast buffet is quite large and has all the staples of a continental breakfast. I would not mind staying there again.

After leaving an horrendous hotel on our first day of our holiday we checked into here… We received a lovely welcome, overall, a lovely hotel, fun friendly staff, good food and drinks, our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfy beds, even the sofa beds were amazing to sleep on. Hotel was good and the water park. Food nice but very much the same everyday. We were are party of 7 and enjoyed our stay. This is an amazing family friendly hotel only marked down on location as beach is a free bus ride away. Entertainment and facilities were excellent. The hotel is amazing with a breathtaking view. The breakfast and dinner are a must. They have a huge collection of everything you can imagine. The staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing that I found alittle unpleasant is that the strip near the hotel closes around 23:00 and the hotel is far 1 hour from Palma and Malaguf. Lovely family hotel located right next to the beach. The place is really relaxing and the beach is close. I would def recommend it for. family with children. Most of the guests were Germans ( 80%). Had an absolutely great stay here a couple of week's ago. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We missed evening meal one day and Mohammed offered to cook us something when we returned. The hotel is lovely room's and balconies were just what you need. A big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. We stayed in a suite which was spacious enough for the two of us, although the air con in the bedroom was not working as affectively as we would have liked. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Cala Mallor which worked well for us as we enjoyed the walk to/ from the restaurants in the evening.
