Hotel Ilusion Moreyo - Adults Only

Hotel was really nice, very modern and new. Great place if you want to relax.
Nice jacuzzi with a nice view, excellent cocktails and a lot of food.

Staff and manager very professional and very nice aside from Vanessa who, to be completely honest, I was not happy about. Not professional at all, did not welcome me as she should have as I had to wait for her to notice me (happened many times). Did not give me wifi password and I had to ask her later. Did not show me around the hotel nor introduced me to the services that they have. She did not give me any information. She was not engaging at all. Probably only effort she has done was proposing us a restaurant and calling us a taxi but that’s about it. The bare minimum and still she looked annoyed. One time we even asked her if she could call us a taxi as we couldn’t because we have foreigner telephone number also asked her for information and she seemed uninterested, annoyed did not care at all. I’ve worked in a Hotel Resort before and this is not how you treat customers. As a 4 star hotel I would expect more.

Overall had a great experience, nice holiday and enjoyed my time at the hotel. Just this little note regarding this one specific receptionist who kind of ruined the good vibes but everything else was perfect!
