Love this hotel. Right on the beach, great selection of freshly prepared food for dinner and breakfast. Rooms are always clean; showers are delightful. Super location if you're a cyclist looking to get the best out of the Majorcan climbs
Have to respond to a couple of points made by others....yes there's a towel deposit (by definition, you get that back so it's REALLY not a big deal) and you can refresh your towel whenever you want. There's also a safe deposit (again, that you get back, its really not a problem; many hotels charge you for using this). And yes, water at dinner is charged (but not at breakfast) and this is COMMON across many hotels on the island. At least here there are free, chilled, filtered water dispensers on every floor......unusual in my experience where you're expected to go to the local Spar to buy huge bottles of water.

We had a fabulous stay by Iberostar Playa de Muro. Everything is just perfect! The room can be a bit larger, but the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The service definitely worth a 5 star, the team is very caring and passionate. Muro beach is just within walking distance and you can get direct access from the hotel. The swimming pool is spacious, with separate kids zone. There is also an indoor swimming pool for bad weather. The food and the bar are also amazing. We will be happy to come back if we visit Mallorca again!

Gorgeous location and incredibly nice staff. Access to the beach and the beach itself is amazing. The buffet had a wide assortment of food, both dinner and breakfast.
Downsides: - Our room 3421 smelled as if a wet towel was left behind and rotted under the bed. We went to bed and realized it was quite challenging to sleep without getting a whiff of mold (?).It seemed to come from the bed headboard which had seen better days.
- Ants... Having them crawl all over your body as you toss and turn trying to get away from the smell is not how one pictures a 4 star hotel.
- Kids. Ton of them. It is not advertised as a family hotel, but it was hard to find a peace of mind with all the yelling and running around.
- Tennis court costs EUR 16 but the surface was so uneven it changed the trajectory of the ball mid-air (it is hardcourt made out of concrete blocks which are not level and have different high). Practically unplayable if you want to have an intense workaround.
We never addressed the issues to the front desk as it was quite late in the night, but I would hope a decent hotel would take better care of the rooms.

We had a very pleasant vacation in this hotel. This hotel is perfect if you are travelling with a small child. The hotel provides free cots and a lot of activities for children. Service is very nice, especially the waitresses in the restaurant, all of them were very kind. My sons (18 month old) favourite waitress was Carmen, thanks to her kindness and smile we had very funny dinners, my baby couldn’t stop laughing with her. “Happy wife, happy life”. We will return home with very nice memories from Mallorca.

This is the first time we have come to this hotel and we are absolutely loving it. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much. The food is superb with something for everyone and it’s different each night so there is no way you’ll get board. The beach is super close so you can hop in and out of the sea and pool as you like. And the rooms are lovely and always spotless and clean. The entertainment is great and fun for both adults and kids. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for your holiday, we’ll definitely be back

We’re staying here on an all inclusive package and everything has honestly been A*. The food is absolutely incredible, with themed nights that differ each night. The kids and I have loved trying new foods, each of exceptional quality. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and there are a ton of activities for the kids to do, from their own kids pool to tons of entertainment. One night we watched the staff perform a live reenactment of Frozen on stage - it was brilliant! The beach at the hotel is absolutely lush, with crystal clear waters - it’s pretty shallow for a good 20 metres, before getting deep and going back to shallow again! Also great for the kiddies. There’s no rubbish anywhere, and no seaweed or any sort of life on the sea floor (I tend to avoid odd sensations on my feet under water). The cocktails are a delight, the hotel atmosphere is so premium feeling, and the boutiques have a gorgeous range of things in there to shop for.

Amazing the hotel and location. We visited in july 2024. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free. We are having a room close to the road and there is noise from it and the houses around it but you get use to it. Could improve the isolation. Another negative side: Be aware that there are no sun beds on the beach.

The facilities were great especially the entertainment staff, with Tomas being the best, always keeping activists fun and motivating me to go sporting with him. He made my vacation from good to the best one in a long time. Hope to be back and see him again

We booked all inclusive for our family of four with two teenagers - the adjoining rooms were perfect- the activity schedule kept us all busy - the food was excellent and the staff were first class. Shout out to Adrian who always made sure we had a table and a drink! We will be back!

We had a great time for our family holiday here. Service is great, food is amazing and location couldn’t be better. The staff is super friendly all the time and very professional. The place is always tidy and they are always making sure you’re OK.
Bedroom was of good size, maybe needed a few more pillows or better ones. We came as all inclusive and will very likely come back. Strongly recommend it.
