Rooms are good for the price and generally quiet at night.location is short walk to shops, beach and nightlife.supermarket opposite the apartments.small pool and not very warm.small games room but pool table was missing balls and had several broken cues.rooms have microwave and small 2 burner cooker which work okay.no kettle in rooms and although the beds get made and bins emptied floors leave dirt on your feet and don't seem to get moped.staff are helpful but depends who's on as ti the service you get as some can pre book taxis except for Lewis who for some reason can't.safes are very old and costly 35 euros for the week and you get 10 back once you hand back the key and barrel which is very old school.breakfast is okay except frankfurters used as breakfast sausages.evening meal when we first looked was not very good so we ate out most nights and would not recommend this. Overall worked for what we wanted and location suited us.one last thing keys were a bit bent and maintenance doesn't seem to be the highest quality.

The rooms are spotless clean .
Food is amazing.
The staff are great one staff member in particular Lewis is absolutely brilliant if I need anything for the room or directions to somewhere his always very helpful.

Great location anything I needed was handled swiftly and respectfully would recommend good food full board meals they could do with abit less fish on the menu. But my kids was always full and had other choices to pick out

Got back a few days ago from ten nights here, beautiful clean rooms with balcony’s kitchen living room and dining area. We were full board and the food was lovely something there for everyone very impressed for 3 star. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the pool area is small so if you like a pool day and can’t get a bed in the sun I would suggest going to the sister hotel over the road as you can use their pool and it’s much bigger. Great location for the theme parks and the beach and lots of lovely restaurants around too. Would definitely come back

This place was nothing short of amazing. Massive balcony. Clean every day. Food was ok and staff were great to talk to. Lewis, I think was Scottish? Great location. Went to the sister hotel for the pool and was just a great holiday.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I booked.
The staff were very friendly, especially the lady on reception and the two gentlemen in the restaurant.
The apartment is very spacious and clean.
Room looks like it has been refurbished recently.
Sofa bed is a single with another pull out single bed underneath.
Cleaners come in every day and empty the bins, replace towels, make the beds and sweep.
Some reviews had said there was no kettle or hair dryer so I brought my own but in fact there is a hair dryer in the bathroom and a stove top kettle. Not loads of utensils and cooking equipment but enough for us. Very handy to have a fridge.
Bathroom has a lock on the door (something a lot of hotels don't have), and basic toiletries - soap, shower gel and shampoo.
Air con is key operated so can't be left on when you leave the room but I don't think that is a problem.
Spacious balcony with table, four chairs and ash tray.
Only English tv channels were news channels so might be worth taking a roku stick or similar if you want to watch tv.
Beds were pretty comfy, and there were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe.
Only downside to the room was that we were next to the lift, with the bedroom very close to the corridor so it could be quite noisy at night.
The food was fine, there isn't a large selection but it was good. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, beans, sausages as well as bread, pastries, cereal, fruit etc. Dinners generally had two fish options, pizza, pasta, chips, at least one type of meat, as well as freshly cooked meat which changed each night, for example pork steaks, chicken burgers, turkey steaks... Better to go for food early as it can get busy as we found on the bank holiday.
Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced compared with some others.
We didn't use the pool so cannot comment but also had the use of California Garden facilities if we wanted to.
Excellent location. Walking distance to Portaventura, around 20 minutes. Very close to the beach. Supermarket directly opposite with most things you would need and reasonable prices.
Overall it's a nice spacious apartment in a good location, with good food and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and would return if we are back in Salou.

The apartments are very well located, close to the beach and the main promenade. We stayed there 8 nights, we got a room on the 6th floor as we requested. The accommodation ran very smoothly and friendly. I will take one star for poor kitchen equipment, the beds have their best years behind them and meals boring after a few days . The cleaning service is 10 stars, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed and the floor is washed. However, I can recommend to anyone who wants to be in the city centre and not spend a million pounds
