4 star hotels in Salou

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Entertainment was great, mini arcade was a bonus for my 12 yr old.walk to the shops were 2 min away. I have not got one single fault with the hotel. I look forward to returning with my family.

I stayed here for a few days in mid April on my son's school tour and we really had a great stay , the hotel is very clean and well maintained ,the food we really enjoyed especially the various varieties which I would not normally try but did . The staff are very hard working and very friendly, the rooms are clean comfortable, will definitely come back with my family.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location, near to the shops and not far from the beach. When we arrived after an early morning flight we were advised that our room would not be ready until 3pm that day, some 5 hours time. Stayed here with family of 4 in early July. Hotel is great and staff are wonderful. We booked 2 seperate rooms and this was a much better option. We had an excellent experience at this hotel from arrival to departure. The reception team were welcoming and endlessly smiling and patient with our chaotic family including a room change at our request, lost key and rescuing us from locking ourselves on the balcony. it was a great stay... the rooms are beautiful and spacious ... there was induction as well but no cutlery in room ... there was not even a single glass or spoon. But i enjoyed my stay.

Just enjoyed another family holiday at Hotel Gold River, we love everything about this hotel and how handy it is for the Park. Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. It's a nice hotel. The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat. Th only problem, is that i was expecting more Mexican food. Perfect place to visit PortAventuraWorld.

The hotel was nice and the food was ok for a cheaper all-inclusive hotel. The things that let the hotel down where my daughters got given a double bed to share and we couldn't swap their room for 2 days and the adults roof area was really amazing but the bar wasn't covered by the all inclusive wristband. Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. La Siesta Salou is a wonderful resort and was the best part of our holiday in May. We have three small children and for them it was an absolute paradise. We stayed for 10 nights in a Caribe Club Bungalow and the highlights included the hammock, the wonderful Kids Club, the trampolines, the excellent buffet breakfast and the heated indoor swimming pool. Just returned from a week. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Food is good with plenty of variety of hot and cold options. Reception has been very helpful. I have mobility issues and the hotel is on a a slope. The lift to the restaurant also is for the ground outside the hotel. The food and servery could do with some improvement. The quality of some of the breakfast items was poor, the preparation of some of the dinner items was not at all good and the soup wasn't very nice. Some items, butter etc were hard to find and there was never any warm plates. The salad bar was good though!

Nice hotel in Salou Spain. Next to the town center and beaches. No private parking though is you coming by car you’ll have to park on the street and keep adding coins from time to time as it only accepts 10 euros at a time. But no big deal overnight parking is free.

Hotel Blaumar is a great family hotel which is conveniently located. Beach front and not too far walk to shops and restaurants. It is a great eco friendly hotel with great amenities. Provides a variety and healthy breakfast buffet options. A pleasant and comfortably stay indeed. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were huge, had a double sized balcony with four doors and the biggest bed we've ever had in a hotel. The rooms extremely clean, the food good and the pool was great.

Great hotel. Breakfast was as good as you get. The aircon is amazing throughout the hotel. Fab pool area. Basically on the beach, 5 mins to old town and 15 mins to lively end. Only poor thing was the WIFI. Can't lie as have been to the hotel twice and it's basically useless.
