4 star hotels in Salou

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Entertainment was great, mini arcade was a bonus for my 12 yr old.walk to the shops were 2 min away. I have not got one single fault with the hotel. I look forward to returning with my family.

I stayed here for a few days in mid April on my son's school tour and we really had a great stay , the hotel is very clean and well maintained ,the food we really enjoyed especially the various varieties which I would not normally try but did . The staff are very hard working and very friendly, the rooms are clean comfortable, will definitely come back with my family.

It's a nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are basic but clean. No tea/coffee facilities, but you can hire a kettle if you want to. The buffet meals were very good, with a good variety of food on offer. Some of the serving staff were rather abrupt while others were very helpful. Weather conditions were very poor while there and the staff made every effort to provide indoor entertainment.

Been here before this was the 3rd time. Great for the kids 2 pools one large and a small kids splash pool. Rooms are very good large balcony to sit on and enjoy. Food is nice and dining room big. Just got back from a lovely holiday at this hotel.  It is lovely, in a great location and nice relaxing atmosphere.  The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh bedding & towels on request which is nice.  The reception staff are welcoming and very helpful.  If any issues they send someone to the room within about 5mins to sort it. Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. Food in the buffet was nice but not out of this world. Pool towels are not included in this hotel so bring your own or you'll have to fork out 25-30€ per towel at the shop.

It's a nice hotel. The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat. Th only problem, is that i was expecting more Mexican food. Perfect place to visit PortAventuraWorld.

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs. All at a very professionalnom level.

If anybody out there is trying to find bargain deals for hotels and resorts head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the absolute best prices just about anywhere! Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast. The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well. Had a weeks all inclusive here at the end of september. Entertainment was poor, and not enough really. Staff was pleasant when in the dinner hall. Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros ... the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable. But otherwise everything is fine.

Good food, and clean. Typical buffet help yourself hotel. Yes it can get busy when dinning, but that's what you would expect. Standard rooms are on the small side, but fine for a base. Your only really in it to change and sleep.

Overall great, food was amazing, everything in the hotel worked. But one bad thing, the hotel room that I was staying in had a really bad smell of sewage from it, even after showering, flushing the toilet and using the sink.

Been here and the staff is amazing, very nice and welcoming people, Aitor was so helpful and I recomend it a lot! The location is perfect, 5 minutos by feet from the center and 10 from the park, and the bedrooms are really clean. Very good breakfast.

We had an exceptional holiday experience. The hotel was of the highest standard in both cleanliness and facilities provided. We want half board and enjoyed fantastic selection of food and very attentive staff. So good we had no hesitation in booming again for same time next year.

It was a nice enough place but a bit over priced and to buy a drink was very expensive. My 16 month old granddaughter was there with her mum and dad and apart from the pool which had nothing in it to play with the child had nothing there for her the swings and slide which was far to big for her.
