The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules

The rooms themselves are very nicely put together and the decor is modern, they felt clean and well maintained as did the internal side of the hotel definitely a class above what was on offer in terms of the pools and outdoor seating areas

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it

The location is good, it’s one of the further hotels from the main salou beach and strip but it’s still closely situated, a 15 minute walk will get you to the beach and 7 minute walk to the strip

The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at

Great small pool on roof great staff friendly very clean the food looked very nice but I did not eat at hotel a very nice place to stay I was there 7 days there was no kettle in room I asked and was given one right away the maid was on point so don't forget to tip her

Parking in street if you search and have patience. Better pay and get reserved secure space just up the road. Lovely to be able to walk out into the shops at night and very close to beach too

Ask to borrow a Kettle you don’t need to take one with you. Not a seafront family type Hotel more like Upmarket dining city break Hotel. Breakfast good choice available also good Coffee with pods

2nd time at Num Hotel for weekend stay. Great bathroom lovely Queen size bed good white linen. Not a problem if you have firestick. Great staff super helpful also most have worked there a long time that speaks volumes

Been here before this was the 3rd time. Great for the kids 2 pools one large and a small kids splash pool. Rooms are very good large balcony to sit on and enjoy. Food is nice and dining room big

There's stacks for kids and adults to do. Adults pool on the roof also a pool indoors

Average age of guests was above 50, hardly any children although it was mid-Sept so maybe to be expected. Hotel was in an ideal location, 5 mins from beautiful beach, close to everything

For a 3* hotel we're happy to rate our stay 5* out of 5* and would be happy to return. Very enjoyable and suitable for families with small children

Rooms are kept very clean, spacious enough with a small mini fridge & safe. Meals are buffet style with good and plenty of choices

The TV has some English channels and most importantly the Disney channel is Dual language and can be switched to English

breakfast was the best for the food. staff was quite rude and we could tell instantly they hated the english. they had some good entertainment on at night and the animation crew was great

our first night for dinner we tried all the restaurants and by far the italian was the worst food we have ever had,with the other restaurants they just served the same food every night

overall we had such a lovely holiday and we could sleep well at night but i don’t think we would come back to this hotel

We had a lovely stay at Best Negresco. The sea view was stunning from our room even though we didn’t book it! The beach was a 2 minute walk, perfect location. Plenty of varieties of food to choose from

Absolutely lovely place to stay! We got a sea view room and the views were stunning. After reading reviews I was unsure I would enjoy the food but every meal every night was fantastic, big variety

The facilities are brilliant and there is so much to do or not do (depending on what type of holiday you want). It is €9 in a taxi to the centre of Salou or €2. 10 on the bus just up the road

Highlight being the stir fry freshly made for you! The drinks have a brilliant range, you can do some self serve (beer/sangria/pop/water) if not you are served very quickly for anything else

Our third time staying but likely our last. The rooms are very clean and cleaning staff do an excellent job. The pool facing rooms are very loud due to the constant music that's doesn't need to be so loud

Close to Port Aventura Ferrari Park near the center and the sea. Animation for children and mini club - all is well, despite the fact that no one speaks Russian - the kids all liked it and they communicated with ease

Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and Port Aventura. Delicious and very varied food. A two minute walk a supermarket and a street with shops, cafes and entertainment for children

Rccom the hotel is 2 supermarkets. Excellent service, very decent, family-run hotel, definitely recommend it to families with children

The things that let the hotel down where my daughters got given a double bed to share and we couldn't swap their room for 2 days and the adults roof area was really amazing but the bar wasn't covered by the all inclusive wristband

The rooms were great and clean. The food was a great choice and good quality for buffets. The hotel is probably one of the best located for direct park entry. Pools and hot tub unfortunately were closed already

They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car. This is perfect for a family holiday

NOT a place to go and relax and have peace and quiet. This is a very busy hotel with lots of guests and hustle and bustle. All the staff we encountered were lovely and really friendly

Just a great hotel, everything is near the hotel, the portaventura parc and aquaparc. They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car

We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel

The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat

Nice looking and clean hotel. Nice pool but with some weird rules (it is not allowed to stand in the pool while wearing sunglasses?!?). No healthy food options for lunch in the entire resort, only a junk food buffet.

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs

Cozy rooms, cleaning every day. Good food, but there is no normal coffee on the buffet, but otherwise the food is very good. Not far from the beach.

One thing we have noticed is the past 2 days someone has been doing there "business" in the smaller pool (jacuzzi) Though although not the hotels fault at all they say it'll be open in 2 hours and it remains shut for rest of day meaning the main bigger pool is busier

We had a family suit which was absolutely spotless and beds made everyday the cleaners are outstanding the whole hotel in side and out by pool is spotless. Food is absolutely stunning and lots of variety to choose from

Lovely hotel though a bit dated in areas. Good animation team that worked hard. Lovely food, had to use microwave at times to heat it up though. Given free water with meals and free water fountains around the pools

A french man who was staying went to take our towels and my personal belongings off a sunbed as he said his towel was there drying from the night before… other than that fantastic hotel

During the day there is tons of activities for kids, teenagers and adults. Everything is so fun!! There is Archery, Darts, Pool, French bowls, Rifle Shooting and so much more

The buffets were top notch and each night had a different selection of food that was fresh and very tasty! The local area has everything you could need outside of the hotel, and was well placed for transport and a short walk to the seafront and shops

The corridors are covered with old, worn-out carpet. It's good that there is a swimming pool with slides for different ages on the territory

Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

The restaurant area is large and beautiful, there is an outdoor terrace with sea view where we loved having dinner and lunch. The food is always varied, quality and in abundance

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

First of all we booked our holiday then read reviews and was worried what we were coming too. We now on our last day about to go home and just wanted to say please don't listen to bad reviews

Think about the thousands off people who go to these places many people only leave bad reviews and not the good ones. Hotel was clean staff were friendly. Pool was ok size and lots off pool entertainment

On Saturday and Sunday for dinner seafood: crabs, mussels, shrimp, octopus... Changed one room into 2 rooms with two bathrooms for a fee of just 25 euros per day.

Its has been a fantastic experience at Regina Gran hotel for myself and my family. This is our first first visit here but i must say i love it my kids love it and so does my husband

Staff were welcoming and friendly for the most part, especially the bartenders. Rooms were on the smaller side but were comfortable enough and well maintained and presented

The best hotel I've ever been to! And I was in very good hotels, but this one is the best. I am now lying on a lounger, my brother is in the playroom. Here is just me, a decorative mountain and two swimming pools

i've been with a group of 17 teenagers and 3 adults (mini-camp); the location is good, though the adjacent beach to the hotel is super-crowded during summer months, but at least there are other options nearby (walking distance); the accommodation is great (big, spacious, cosy rooms); the food options are great, the only problem is with the water

Views from the front of the hotel overlooking the beach pools and sea are great, but side rooms, and you ll get a stone wall, beautifully clean, amazing foyer, leading to reception, and an open through floor view point to the executive bar - that still over looks the beach and the pool, lovely quiet location, plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, water sports on lots of near by spaces ...

Nice beach area but could do with deck chairs, pool area was nice and clean,but a little quiet for our liking, could have done with a bit of music playing in back ground, hotel shop sells rubber dinghys and other pool inflatables, but be aware these are not allowed in pool , so don't know why they sell them 🤷, food ok but evening tea not so good, entertainment hit and miss,but we made our own entertainment...

Very nice Hotel, well appointed, lovely friendly staff, according to some, not as good as last year, which we was told in 2023, was outstanding?, but lovely clean pools, great restaurant facilities, really good gym, it seems like it's own sandy beach at the end of the road right next to the hotel, ( very steep road), parking is very hap hazard, ( very rarely a parking space)

Hotel room: Our room was situated on the 5th floor opposite side to the beach so the view from our balcony was trees and the road, I wasn't to fond of the view but my fiancè was thankful to get some shade, I will be paying that little extra in future to get a room with a better view

But there was enough choice to eat well aside from these items. The pool are is shaded in the afternoon which is great after a hot day at the beach

We got upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. Room was massive and all the little touches like the cactus and coffee machine is great. Hotel was clean and modern and in a great location

It does get busy but we were able to find a place to put our things while swimming. Note: we were there on the weekend of St Joan (end of June) and the noise from the beach was crazy

Me, my son and my partner stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on our first ever abroad holiday, and I couldn't fault it! When walking into the hotel, it has a lovely smell and air conditioning

The room we were given was amazing and a generous size for our family of 3. The balcony was big, and the beds were comfy. All the staff were lovely and happy to assist with whatever I needed

Fantastic hotel clean staff very friendly great buffet Roma at the reception spoke so many language's did help us to settle in room very spacious nice balcony and the maitre d hotel was a nice man

Between the eviction and departure, we had a lot of time to extend the room did not work, but in this case you can leave your bags in the storage room and even wash in a private room before departure, for what separate thanks)

Pool area was lovely and not too busy. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily and the air con worked lovely. The distance to the beach was convenient where we spent the majority of our time

If you are going to the H10 don't forget to check out the roof top pool ,plenty of sunbeds and a small bar

Water temperature in the shower is very inconsistent, going from very hot to cold no matter what you had set it on. Usual 'run' for sunbeds in prime position by the pool, when it opened at 9am

If I had just one small negative it would be that the rooftop pool was quite small and very shallow, having said that it is a plunge pool. All the staff were pleasant and considerate

we had a pool view and definitely worth paying the extra. Thats why i only gave 4 stars. The beds are really comfortable. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful

We did find it difficult when one day we sat at the poolside too see 4 towels on sun beds for 5 hours not used

Not enough places to store clothing, all we had was 1 wardrobe with ten coat hangers and a little shelf above the wardrobe. Dinner and evening meal was terrible. The water in the pool was too cold

Food was a bit samey but we were there at the end of their season so I guess they were just using stuff up. Location wise it couldn't be better as its placed halfway between the beach and Porta Vetura theme park

For a three star hotel it's surprisingly good. Slightly dated but with great service, nice rooms and location. They provide entertainment and good facilities for families. The stand out feature is the food

It was also dirty in the restaurant, the cutlery and plates were always filthy! Facilities- Lots to do in the hotel, such as a spa, games, great pools for adults and children

there's a great selection of freshly prepared dishes at every meal to suit all tastes

All the staff from cleaning ladies to pool staff are so friendly. The best part if this hotel is the animation team my god they go above and beyond to include everyone

The hotel itself is beautiful and can highly recommend all pools but our favourites were the enclosed one on the back/North side and the roof pool and bar area. Really can't recommend it enough

Great hotel!!! Cleaned every day! The food is excellent, lots of choice and many of all, at dinner drink only pay. The TV is great, smart, 1 channel in Russian, so if I take a movie or cartoons children on a flash drive!

Stayed for a week with my wife last week of September for the 1st time and it will absolutely not be the last. Slept better than I have in ages. Prices in the bars were excellent as was the service at all points

The staff were great, the pools were clean, and there was 3 to choose from and a kids pool. We always got a sunbed as the hotel does not allow anyone to reserve sunbeds with their towels

The snack bar was a great choice for lunch if you didn't want to go far. Although it is less than a 5 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants

Could do with some themed nights to take this aspect away. Location is ideal, nice a quiet and safe. Quick and easy to get to the shops, beach and port Aventura

Rooms definitely need an update, they are small but sort of suit what you need space wise. Just feel they would benefit from more storage for clothes and some shelves in the bathroom

Access to a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would make this more a 4 star. The food is fine, didn't struggle to find something although got very repetitive

This hotel caters mainly for young families with young children, This is not really a mature couples hotel due to the noise from the parents and children.
