The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules

The evening entertainment is okay but the entire decor of the outdoor seating could be revamped to make it more appealing as it’s quite overcrowded and low cost, sitting on old plastic chairs and tables

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it

The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic

The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it isn’t the greatest, if you was a very plain eater you would find chips and occasionally pizza but again the eating area is very overcrowded and if you are someone who enjoys a range of food you would be disappointed, of the 7 nights I enjoyed one main which was paella, the rest was very underwhelming...

Some of the staff were really nice, others not so friendly. Food was average buffet style, nice enough. Pool was nice and terrace, loads of sunbeds

Been here before this was the 3rd time. Great for the kids 2 pools one large and a small kids splash pool. Rooms are very good large balcony to sit on and enjoy. Food is nice and dining room big

Lovely pool area with good entertainment team (not too pushy but had a good range of activities running if you want to join in/ watch such as water polo, darts, water inflatable etc

The pool area is absolutely amazing! You can have lunch there, since the menu of the pool bar offers lots of snacks and delicious food

There's stacks for kids and adults to do. Adults pool on the roof also a pool indoors

We still had an amazing time, making full use of the outdoor pools, spacious sun soaked poolside lounging facilities, 3 great water slides, for anyone who meets the minimum height requirement, wonderful dining rooms with spectacular food and a not at all intrusive, yet still busy entertainment team

We don’t drink, so I can’t comment on the drinks, other than to say the bars seemed to be doing good business, both inside the building and poolside

For the strenuous visitors, there’s a full gym, with various exercise machines, which we (thankfully!) only discovered on our last night. I can’t imagine why this wonderful hotel only warrants 3 stars

It’s hard to imagine what they could possibly do better, to earn another

We stayed for a week, full board, at the end of September 2024

Not enough places to store clothing, all we had was 1 wardrobe with ten coat hangers and a little shelf above the wardrobe. Dinner and evening meal was terrible. The water in the pool was too cold

Food was a bit samey but we were there at the end of their season so I guess they were just using stuff up. Location wise it couldn't be better as its placed halfway between the beach and Porta Vetura theme park

For a three star hotel it's surprisingly good. Slightly dated but with great service, nice rooms and location. They provide entertainment and good facilities for families. The stand out feature is the food

People were queuing up for sunbeds on a morning and there was a bit of dash for them but not a massive issue!

there's a great selection of freshly prepared dishes at every meal to suit all tastes

Can't play ball games and other stuff. The pool slides are good - good for adults too! The hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach

We occupied beds in a hotel near the pool, and went swimming in the sea. 50 metres away there is a small beach with sandy entry into the sea

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. The reception, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff were fantastic

The facilities are brilliant and there is so much to do or not do (depending on what type of holiday you want). It is €9 in a taxi to the centre of Salou or €2. 10 on the bus just up the road

Highlight being the stir fry freshly made for you! The drinks have a brilliant range, you can do some self serve (beer/sangria/pop/water) if not you are served very quickly for anything else

All the staff are so lovely and helpful, special mention to Adrian! The food is really good and so many options to choose from, we had something different every day

Out of all the hotels we’ve passed during our time in Salou this one is 100% the nicest on the outset and brilliant from what we’ve experienced the past week

The corridors are covered with old, worn-out carpet. It's good that there is a swimming pool with slides for different ages on the territory

Beautiful, clean, classy place. Only thing that could be improved is the pool bar closes the 1st week in October even though the hotel is still at capacity and the temperatures are still at 25°

Beautiful views, fine clean sand, a cozy bay and enough space on the beach. The rooms are quite cozy, for 4 person was a plenty of room

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

The restaurant area is large and beautiful, there is an outdoor terrace with sea view where we loved having dinner and lunch. The food is always varied, quality and in abundance

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

Very nice hotel near the station and the park. Very big pool. Decent breakfast. A very good option for kids. All very good and very helpful service. Great.

The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat

Nice looking and clean hotel. Nice pool but with some weird rules (it is not allowed to stand in the pool while wearing sunglasses?!?). No healthy food options for lunch in the entire resort, only a junk food buffet.

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs

great place for families with children. Next to the amusement Park in which you can safely pass through the sea walking distance 10-15 minutes and you are at the beach

They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car. This is perfect for a family holiday

The rooms were great and clean. The food was a great choice and good quality for buffets. The hotel is probably one of the best located for direct park entry. Pools and hot tub unfortunately were closed already

We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel

Hotel five star but this year around the pool, the cafe only serves hot dogs now o(between 1pm y&h 4pm)to use the restaurant

Hi everyone I stayed at this hotel for my birthday I have never been to salou before this is what I think of the hotel Location is excellent waterpark and Ferrari world is 10 minutes away from the hotel average 5 minutes from the beach and lots of shops nearby for shopaholics to stop by and have a look! Room Aircon smelt a little bit but hardly noticeable only when u walk in the room straight away...

Place is ideal, pools are great, great location and the staff are really friendly. Desserts are amazing just not everything else hit and miss so be mindful. I would go again but self catering

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were lovely throughout. The room was what you needed including a fridge. Breakfast was pretty standard so no complaints.

The rooms are tiny if you go as a family of 4, the pool area is packed and can never get a sun bed. People were putting towels down the night before. 30am to get near the pool and rarely successful

The hotel was spotless the only fault was on the day we were leaving we had a late pickup and we had to be out of the room by 11am and even tough we offered to pay for an extension to our room they said No so after some persuasion they agreed to let use a room to have a shower at 18:00 to fleshing up before our pick up

Lack of power points, in the room. We had cigarette Ash from the room above us, on our balcony, reported to reception, but it was there for 2 days. Did not use the pool as prefer the beach, which is a short walk away

Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffet both are delicious! No kids allowed is another plus at this hotel, especially since you want some peace and quiet

The hotel is spotless, staff are so lovely and helpful, special mention to Judith on reception for help getting me a walker. Our room was lovely and our maid came in every day

The only thing is that the lobby bar opens at 10am, so you can’t get coffee before that. Also the coffee from machines in the restaurant is not real coffee 😏

We stayed in this wonderful hotel in September and got a room on 1st floor where restaurant is due to I need a walking stick

- The AC is extremely weak and requires about 30 minutes for it to actually be cold - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are extremely repetitive. Some solid options here and there, but there are a lot of processed items

This is such a nice hotel! Stayed here with my family, and we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. The personnel is very friendly, the rooms are all with a/c and are immaculate

A decent hotel in the heart of Salou. Great value if you can score a good deal. Stayed a total of 10 days at Hotel Best Los Angeles. The service, staff, and location were all fantastic

10 minute walk to the beach and a vast choice of bars clubs restaurants etc. Also a couple of great bar/clubs right across from hotel 1 I'd personally recommend is Patrick's

Stayed here for 10 days with my partner, kids and mums. Can not fault the place we had a great stay. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you

Friendly bar staff and entertainment was good too. The outdoor pool was clean and tidy, the seats/loungers were enough for out of season but can imagine you would struggle to get a seat if you went in season

Didn't see any sunbed wars but we came end of August into September. Location is great as we don't mind a walk

I felt for young ones, and the indoor pool was not for under 5s. So, it's not useful when the weather is bad

Nau , Adrianna and Pepito were outstanding although they all work very very hard! Food is good although very spaced out which is why I think some people don't find something but there is really something for everyone and always a champagne breakfast

Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast

The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well. Hotel is perfectly located, it’s near shopping street, the beach and some bus stops

Food was good, best dish was the paella which I felt they didn't do enough of. Focused too much on pleasing the English with nuggets and chips

Location is good if you want everything close by - in the street outside! It turned out our balcony on the street side was actually quieter than those on the poolside - even with road works going on! There was no separate adult & children's pools, so both pools were filled with an array of massive inflatables! No chance of actually being able to swim

) Nightly entertainment took place inside the bar area (although there was a stage outside in the pool area) so we went out to local bars & restaurants to escape the noise! Our room was really lovely & clean, with everything we needed

The things that let the hotel down where my daughters got given a double bed to share and we couldn't swap their room for 2 days and the adults roof area was really amazing but the bar wasn't covered by the all inclusive wristband

Very decent hotel, great value for money if you book from their website the deal with the park tickets. Pros: spacious room, shuttle to and from the park and the breakfast was wonderful, it exceeded expectations

Second time vacationing in this hotel, this time a little spoiled the impression that I had to get the administration to fix the air conditioning. Had to be very persistent! Super kitchen! Overall highly recommend

If you’re going to read the reviews then judge it before you come then don’t. I did and was nervous but soon felt at ease. I visited as a single dad with my son and had a great time

* no floats in the pool - a dad had a baby in a floating aid and the lifeguard made a massive scene and told him he had to hold the baby - ridiculous * the pool is like an ice bath - the sea was warmer

The sea and pool views are both beautiful, the hotel is located almost right at the beach and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm

Views from the front of the hotel overlooking the beach pools and sea are great, but side rooms, and you ll get a stone wall, beautifully clean, amazing foyer, leading to reception, and an open through floor view point to the executive bar - that still over looks the beach and the pool, lovely quiet location, plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, water sports on lots of near by spaces ...

We had full board and were happy with this choice since the food was tasty and mostly diverse. All of our wishes concerning baby necessities were also satisfied. All areas are accessible with a buggy, including the beach

Nice beach area but could do with deck chairs, pool area was nice and clean,but a little quiet for our liking, could have done with a bit of music playing in back ground, hotel shop sells rubber dinghys and other pool inflatables, but be aware these are not allowed in pool , so don't know why they sell them 🤷, food ok but evening tea not so good, entertainment hit and miss,but we made our own entertainment...

Food: The first two days the hotel did not have good options for vegetarian food. At first the worker said that you can have salad. I said that I want hot food, I can not eat only salad

Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return

Our hotel room had nice views. Nice sea air. The staff was not particularly friendly. Most rooms only had multiple twin beds. Good location to beach and promenade and shopping and restaurants.

Staff so friendly and dont get annoyed with language barrier. Pools are amazing cleaned every morning. Food is good with good variety. Beds uncomfortable feels like Laying on a slab

Nice staff, good food, but should have 3 stars, not four. Tried to get kettle for 3 days - been told only 10 kettles for 200 rooms. Fridge cost 2.50 per day and some towels have holes.

Stayed for a week at the Regina Gran. Ideal location to PortAventura, shops and the beach but not dead in the centre of town. Most of the staff speak English and everyone is really friendly

The staff were friendly and the food was decent but the two issues I had the hotel are the indoor pool they advetise has an additional charge to use and is not free with your stay also kids are not permanent in the pool

We also booked and double bed and we're given a room with two single beds went to reception to change and they said just cause you booked a double bed they cannot guarantee that's what you get

I came this holiday with my cousin. The staff have been lovely and rooms are clean and get cleaned every single day. the food has plenty of variety for everyone each day

Plenty of sunbeds and there’s a pool bar you can get chips, toasties, burgers, pizza n salad and crisps and ice cream all included in all inclusive. There is emtertainment at night

For the price you actually cannot even go wrong, La Pineda as a town is lovely and quiet the beach is seconds from the hotel and it is stunning such a clean and well kept area, sea is super blue and lovely and warm

In the evening the minidisco is awesome and kids love it especially for Alex who run the minidisco and the animation and is always very playful with kids, thanks Alex!! A very nice holiday, strongly recommend it

Amazing hotels for families, Modern rooms, very friendly staff, closed to the beach and local shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with any age group. It’s has kids pool and play areas.

The pool kept the kids busy for most part of the day, they loved it. Meals were good with reasonable variety. Location was good very close to the beach

You’re also 10 minutes from Ferrari World and an amazing water park!! We also visited salou there is some unreal restaurants. Lots of fun bits along the beach to do also like arcades

Food - is generally a separate song! A huge range of dishes, lots of seafood, was themed dinners, plenty of delicious fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries and desserts!

We didn't use the pool at ground level, but it was very nice to look at during our outside dinners (see picture). Overall, had a great stay with my boyfriend!

A large modern hotel complex with two 7 story accomodation blocks beside the large pool with poolside bar and lounge

A 15/20 minute walk to the main large and sandy beach behind which a pleasant park and the busy town can be found

The only down side is this hotel is at the very top of a hill so no matter which way you go, you need to climb a hill so if you have mobility issues it's not the best location although the location is beautiful with plenty stunning sights and walk ways
