Hotels All-inclusive in Salou

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic

The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it isn’t the greatest, if you was a very plain eater you would find chips and occasionally pizza but again the eating area is very overcrowded and if you are someone who enjoys a range of food you would be disappointed, of the 7 nights I enjoyed one main which was paella, the rest was very underwhelming...

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it

The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules

You get what you pay for and whilst it’s not the cheapest hotel it is affordable and you shouldn’t be put off from going, having said that, there are hotels in the local vicinity for a similar price that offer a better selection of food and a more modern appeal to the outdoor areas

The rooms themselves are very nicely put together and the decor is modern, they felt clean and well maintained as did the internal side of the hotel definitely a class above what was on offer in terms of the pools and outdoor seating areas

We don’t drink, so I can’t comment on the drinks, other than to say the bars seemed to be doing good business, both inside the building and poolside

We still had an amazing time, making full use of the outdoor pools, spacious sun soaked poolside lounging facilities, 3 great water slides, for anyone who meets the minimum height requirement, wonderful dining rooms with spectacular food and a not at all intrusive, yet still busy entertainment team

For the strenuous visitors, there’s a full gym, with various exercise machines, which we (thankfully!) only discovered on our last night. I can’t imagine why this wonderful hotel only warrants 3 stars

It’s hard to imagine what they could possibly do better, to earn another

me and my boyfriend stayed here for our first holiday a couple of weeks ago. before going when we was reading all these mixed reviews we wasn’t sure what to expect

when we got there it was a MASSIVE queue for check in,but luckily managed to get through it within 30-40 mins. rooms become available to you at 3pm

The restaurant area is large and beautiful, there is an outdoor terrace with sea view where we loved having dinner and lunch. The food is always varied, quality and in abundance

In this regard, we cannot fail to mention Sandra, the lady who takes care of reservations for this restaurant. Speaking of which, we mentioned to her that it would be the dinner to celebrate our son's birthday

As well as the drinks, we loved the Sangria most of all

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

A holiday above expectations! It was the first time in Salou and the first time at the Best Cap Salou hotel, we had seen from the photos how beautiful the structure was, but in person it is even more so

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs

Very nice hotel near the station and the park. Very big pool. Decent breakfast. A very good option for kids. All very good and very helpful service. Great.

All at a very professionalnom level

The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat

Th only problem, is that i was expecting more Mexican food. Perfect place to visit PortAventuraWorld

Nice looking and clean hotel. Nice pool but with some weird rules (it is not allowed to stand in the pool while wearing sunglasses?!?). No healthy food options for lunch in the entire resort, only a junk food buffet.

Had a weeks all inclusive here at the end of september. Entertainment was poor, and not enough really. Staff was pleasant when in the dinner hall

The rooms are on the small size. No tea , coffee, kettle in room. Had built-in wardrobe with a fridge in it. Not many places to put personal bits. The food was very surprising good

And there was lots of it to choose from. Family friendly and good entertainment for the young children. Was very clean and tidy and kept modern style

Have been to Salou 3 times before & booked this as a cheap short break. Nothing wrong with the hotel as such but we do usually prefer adult only & this is definitely family orientated

Food was good, best dish was the paella which I felt they didn't do enough of. Focused too much on pleasing the English with nuggets and chips

(We hadn't expected so many children as we went at the end of September

The staff within all areas of the hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless everyday

I didn’t ask to change rooms and maybe I should have * quite a while to check in Good Points * location - less than 10 minutes from the beach * park tickets - 3 days worth * put about a stone on with the food and drink I consumed * friendly staff * clean and comfortable Overall a 4/5 - I’d come again for sure 👍

We stayed here in August-September 2024 and had such a wonderful time. We went full board and the food was excellent at every meal. Such great choice and quality to choose from every day

* no floats in the pool - a dad had a baby in a floating aid and the lifeguard made a massive scene and told him he had to hold the baby - ridiculous * the pool is like an ice bath - the sea was warmer

* the food selection isn’t great but it was adequate * all inclusive but the selection isn’t the best * I had to share a double bed when a twin would have been more adequate

There was no option to book a twin and i doubt a hotel that huge doesn't have twin bed rooms. Also the soundproofing was terrible, during the day it was very noisy from the neighbors

Nothing bad to say about the hotel apart from the odd way they manage all inclusive, sometimes we'd get given a ticket to pay for drinks at the till, we'd head over and they just scan it and that's it, other times no ticket

Plenty of sunbeds and there’s a pool bar you can get chips, toasties, burgers, pizza n salad and crisps and ice cream all included in all inclusive. There is emtertainment at night

Food is nicer than most 4 star hotel restaurants but with slightly less choice than most

Staff were welcoming and friendly for the most part, especially the bartenders. Rooms were on the smaller side but were comfortable enough and well maintained and presented

I came this holiday with my cousin. The staff have been lovely and rooms are clean and get cleaned every single day. the food has plenty of variety for everyone each day

The Shops and main strip , salou sign and water fountain are all 10min walk from this hotel. Plenty of resturaunts, shops and bars and clubs around there

At meal times you are escorted to an available table instead of having to search for one. Free safe in each room - no deposit required. Beach towel hire - €10 each, fully refundable on return

They keep the children entertained throughout the day and evening. The children love them and they have so much patience with them. I only had the breakfast, didn’t go all inclusive but cannot fault the breakfast at all

Lots of pools, indoor pool feels a little unclean, perhaps. Buffet food was good with some interesting courses, and plenty of choice. Main entertainment area gets a bit stuffy and is loud but you'd expect that

Also drinks and food are super cheap in the hotel which was great! Only thing that they need to do is not let people leave their towels on over night so they are occupied the next day

Beds were super comfy and the cleaners are a credit to the hotel, we were on the fifth floor and didnt matter if they had done all the rooms they would quickly clean yours when we took the do not disturb down

A french man who was staying went to take our towels and my personal belongings off a sunbed as he said his towel was there drying from the night before… other than that fantastic hotel

I only got to use the restaurant for breakfast and there was a good variety. You can make a decent English breakfast, there’s a pastry area and a children’s breakfast bar with yogurts and churros

The snacks available throughout the day were pleasant with lots of options and the timings for the restaurant opening throughout the day were great. Breakfast 8-11, Lunch 1-3 and Dinner 7-9:45

Good value for money! I recently stayed during the week and for the price I paid I was shocked. The hotel is very modern, extremely clean and pleasant

The room was lovely, could do with a little more storage for clothes but that's not a big deal Entertainment during the day wasn't the best but that could be down to us coming late September and then the entertainment at night was a bit to late for young kids

But we didn't come for entertainment so wasn't a massive deal You have a wristband as a room key and to purchase anything and for all inclusive which I think is great! Overall it was sooo good and we would definitely stay again Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Some of the reviews are mixed but I can confirm you can’t drop through the gap on the balcony… the balconies have a gap for the water not to build up on the terrace area

You’re also 10 minutes from Ferrari World and an amazing water park!! We also visited salou there is some unreal restaurants. Lots of fun bits along the beach to do also like arcades

Located very close to the beach. Clean rooms and friendly stuff. Buffet has a good quality and choice! Nice swimmingpool and there is always an activity for kids

In the evening the minidisco is awesome and kids love it especially for Alex who run the minidisco and the animation and is always very playful with kids, thanks Alex!! A very nice holiday, strongly recommend it

The pool kept the kids busy for most part of the day, they loved it. Meals were good with reasonable variety. Location was good very close to the beach

The pool at hotel was lovely kids will play all day long and it’s perfect area that it’s not too big for them to be running off

Only suggestion we have is to move the smoking area in a different part

Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return

Our hotel room had nice views. Nice sea air. The staff was not particularly friendly. Most rooms only had multiple twin beds. Good location to beach and promenade and shopping and restaurants.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Very clean but could do with a bit of a revamp as looking tired in places. Short walk to the beach and town

Staff so friendly and dont get annoyed with language barrier. Pools are amazing cleaned every morning. Food is good with good variety. Beds uncomfortable feels like Laying on a slab

(used to memory form back home) so close to town and beach. Loads sun beds so never a shortage

Nice staff, good food, but should have 3 stars, not four. Tried to get kettle for 3 days - been told only 10 kettles for 200 rooms. Fridge cost 2.50 per day and some towels have holes.

Hotel management and staff listen, quality for all inclusive, second time here, and will definitely be back, look forward to seeing the same staff, very enjoyable thumbs up ???❤

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service

The hotel is not so far from main town if your looking for a great meal in town you must Visit Tim and Jane at the Old Brown Cow near the Dolphin Hotel the Pub Resturant caters for every possible needs the beers and cocktails are excellent and refreshing the locals visit there as well Sunday Dinners are really tasty and yummy so if your look for a Sunday Roast Visit Old Brown cow closed Tuesdays

The food is really good one such guy at breakfast who cooks the eggs will cook my eggs as I want them the guy who cooks the omelets is helpful as well he will make them as you like them plus he makes the pancakes as well over excellent

The food was a big buffet style and breakfast was almost the same everyday (fresh cooked pancakes and fried egg, cereal, fruit, English sausages etc) which was lovely and the lunch and evening meal was different everyday with some staple foods being kept (spaghetti and pizza)

The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them

Just got back last night, we all had the best time and can’t fault the hotel at all. We came as a group of 7 and we all found something to eat during meal times, we used the snack bar on some days too

But considering the all-inclusive price was quite cheap, we weren’t expecting top-quality beverages. Overall, the stay was manageable, and you get what you pay for

We even had a few euros go missing, but I decided not to argue as we were on holiday and didn't want to spoil the mood. A tourist fee of 2 euro was required when we arrived, which is standard

They have variety of dishes for all tastes. Also to mention they do different meals everyday. So you won't find same food all the time. Desserts like 4 5 different ones

We also rented a beach towel for 10 euro, which was returned when we handed the towel back. You can swap the towel for a clean one every day, which was convenient and without any additional cost

As for the food, it was a mixed experience. Breakfast and dinner offered the same dishes, and while the lunch food was quite delicious, some items were not fresh and tasted a bit old

Just returned from our first family package holiday and WE LOVED IT. Staff absolutely fantastic, food and accommodation ideal. Big thanks to restaurant staff who were brilliant and to excellent chefs

I really love the location of the hotel, the view is breathtaking. The food is absolutely exquisite, down to every single little detail. Moreover, the staff are extremely friendly and polite

The hotel was clean. And the staff were very friendly. Food was outstanding and catered for everyone's taste. Location was very central within walking distance of everything.

Breakfast was plentiful lots of fresh fruit and tasty pastries. But Coffee machine was too slow and drinks were cold. Toasters were painfully slow, and all the hot food was unfortunately too cold

It is nice, bright, modern and has a coffee machine but feels too small and with poor soundproofing. I could hear my neighbors talking by phone with loudspeakers. I have to admit hotel’s spa and restaurant

We went all inclusive and the food changes from day to day with a few staple foods staying the same. There wasn’t a single day we were dissatisfied with what was on offer and the quality was really good

Good hotel with exceptional and helpful staff, modern facilities, wonderful spa and great restaurant. Location is just perfect , right next to the beach and 15min by car from Salou

I am currently staying at this hotel and it is exceeding all my expectations. The rooms are clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options as well

The food was amazing and very tasty with different options every evening. The rooftop pool was great on a sunny day with views of the beach, surrounding mountains and even PortAventura in the distance

Myself & my friend arrived at the Villa Marina on the 24th of September for an all inclusive week of sun, food, drink, friendliness relaxation and banter and i have to say i personally got all of the above ? we went with no children and although there were families with children at this hotel it did not make any difference to my holiday, fantastic entertainment day and night, food was excellent, and...

Its amazing I've been 3 times and their food is amazing and their entertainment is great and they have 2 big pools and a little kid pool beside another pool and they have a park in the hotel for your kids and the rooms are great and have very comfortable big beds

Great daily entertainment, not stupidly far from the beach, decent rooms (although a bit outdated and only 1 plug socket found in the whole room), and fantastic staff

This is an excellent all inclusive for families with children under 12's

The staff were amazing , brilliant with the kids. The hotel was clean and the food good . The only complaint I have is that the room was very small and not enough space for clothes. I will definitely go back again

Brilliant hotel, so clean, smells fresh, foods excellent and staff always have a smile and warm welcome. I have nothing negative to say. Son enjoyed it and was entertained from morning til night

The beds are cozy and the food is amazing and i went with my mom and dad for my 21th birthday the staff is so plesent and theyy have a sign of what the singers are on and before i wrote this review i was looking at the photos of mollinos park and i really won't to go there again but I can't because of covid -19

Stayed here with my family a while back we had a great time food nice especially when they did pizza, rooms and hotel really clean, pool was huge and the sun shined right over it as well as the jacuzzis on the roof of the hotel

The hotel was situated in cap salou which had a few bars and restaurants but about 3km away was salou which had everything you could want and buses served the area very well you could access salou, la pineda, cambrils and Tarragona very easily as well as portaventura all by bus

Stayed here for a week with my mum and sister. Rooms could do with a fridge, larger ac and an update. The staff are amazing especially Nayara, Mateo, Roverto and petya and made our stay memorable

Had a lovely weeks stay at MOLINOS park. This is our third time coming back here, rooms were basic

The entertainment was great and there is a lot to do during the day. The beaches aren’t dar but the nearby towns are quite a distance but are worth going to see

Stayed here for a week, and have to say the staff are amazing, especially the staff who run all the kid's activities they really go out of their way to involve all the kids and are so enthusiastic and kind, the staff which run the kiddies discos were amazing! The staff at the bar area especially the servers were so nice! Can't recommend this hotel enough! 🫶 I did find one member of staff quite rude...

Food and drinks for all inclusive was really good, we went for the Golden all inclusive upgrade which was really fantastic meaning we could order pretty much any food or drink we wanted from the restaurant/ bar as could the kids such as ordering ice creams and snacks during the day

Hotel is excellent for the family (It's a family hotel just in case that's not clear to anyone). Food was good pancakes in the morning especially. The entertainment staff give it there all to keep the kids entertained

Kids clubs in the day, plenty of play areas (pools and playground, small indoor pool, arcade, pool tables, darts, cinema, softplay etc). All staff friendly and great at their jobs

Had a fantastic week here with the family, the hotel and pool area are lovely and clean and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful

It's also a short walk to the beach sea front as well as a 25/30 minutes walk to the theme park. Staff were all helpful and friendly thanks very much for the stay

I would recommend more for adults and couples looking for a relaxing holiday rather than a family holiday, only as entertainment is limited, so the sister hotel opposite may be better suited as they do have entertainment for kids, however guests at this hotel are able to use facilities over there too

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Immediately we were greeted and checked in by Vicki who's warm and friendly service continued throughout our holiday, always checking up on us (the same goes for Jonathan)

The drinks are also varied and a good strength - I recommend the sangria with every meal! As a gay couple it can be difficult to travel to other countries as you are unsure of how other guests will treat you, however the staff made sure we were always welcome and we felt very safe in their hands

The food was exceptional, which is so important to me when booking all-inclusive. A brilliant range and variety of dishes for an extremely good price

Our holiday was a huge and peaceful success, we will certainly be returning if possible. We are a young gay couple (22m & 26m) and we stayed all-inclusive for 6-days
