Hotels All-inclusive in Salou

Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic

The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it isn’t the greatest, if you was a very plain eater you would find chips and occasionally pizza but again the eating area is very overcrowded and if you are someone who enjoys a range of food you would be disappointed, of the 7 nights I enjoyed one main which was paella, the rest was very underwhelming...

Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it

The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules

You get what you pay for and whilst it’s not the cheapest hotel it is affordable and you shouldn’t be put off from going, having said that, there are hotels in the local vicinity for a similar price that offer a better selection of food and a more modern appeal to the outdoor areas

The rooms themselves are very nicely put together and the decor is modern, they felt clean and well maintained as did the internal side of the hotel definitely a class above what was on offer in terms of the pools and outdoor seating areas

Great small pool on roof great staff friendly very clean the food looked very nice but I did not eat at hotel a very nice place to stay I was there 7 days there was no kettle in room I asked and was given one right away the maid was on point so don't forget to tip her

2nd time at Num Hotel for weekend stay. Great bathroom lovely Queen size bed good white linen. Not a problem if you have firestick. Great staff super helpful also most have worked there a long time that speaks volumes

Ask to borrow a Kettle you don’t need to take one with you. Not a seafront family type Hotel more like Upmarket dining city break Hotel. Breakfast good choice available also good Coffee with pods

Parking in street if you search and have patience. Better pay and get reserved secure space just up the road. Lovely to be able to walk out into the shops at night and very close to beach too

Great location, a short walk to the beach. A very reasonable price for a clean, modern boutique hotel

It's a nice hotel in a great location. No tea/coffee facilities, but you can hire a kettle if you want to. The buffet meals were very good, with a good variety of food on offer

  Also Michael the waiter is very good and efficient at taking drinks order and clearing the tables he works very hard

Been here before this was the 3rd time. Great for the kids 2 pools one large and a small kids splash pool. Rooms are very good large balcony to sit on and enjoy. Food is nice and dining room big

Lovely pool area with good entertainment team (not too pushy but had a good range of activities running if you want to join in/ watch such as water polo, darts, water inflatable etc

There's stacks for kids and adults to do. Adults pool on the roof also a pool indoors

Great location just 5 minutes to the beach

our first night for dinner we tried all the restaurants and by far the italian was the worst food we have ever had,with the other restaurants they just served the same food every night

Rooms are kept very clean, spacious enough with a small mini fridge & safe. Meals are buffet style with good and plenty of choices

Everything works via the hotel bracelets (doors, gates & entry into dining rooms, etc), which you can load up with money to make purchases or card payment only accepted within the hotel

The poolside rooms get sun during the day, but also get the noise from the entertainment area until 11pm, the outside facing rooms are a little quieter, but get less sun on the balcony

The internet requires a sign in with your details, the speed is poor, but good enough for messaging apps and to pre-download on streaming apps over time

For a 3* hotel we're happy to rate our stay 5* out of 5* and would be happy to return. Very enjoyable and suitable for families with small children

Food was great and service in the restaurants and hotel was also good. Hotel location was amazing, it was really close to park entrance. Room didn't have good noise isolation

Our family loved it and we can highly recommend this themed hotel, great value for money. Our family of 6 spent 2 nights in the hotel and 3 days in the PortAventura park (short 5 minute walk)

Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Proximity to port Aventura is great. Food in the buffet was nice but not out of this world

Pool towels are not included in this hotel so bring your own or you'll have to fork out 25-30€ per towel at the shop

Half of the time TV didn't get signal. Cleaners didn't speak any english nor did they understand the english at all, so it was little bit complicated to communicated basics with them

You can hear everything from the hallway and main hall

Just got back from an all inclusive week in this hotel & seriously can't complain about it at all. Well maintained & the shower is amazing. The reception, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff were fantastic

All the food & drinks in the restaurant & bar were great & the staff work very hard to keep you happy

We had a lovely stay at Best Negresco. The sea view was stunning from our room even though we didn’t book it! The beach was a 2 minute walk, perfect location. Plenty of varieties of food to choose from

Highlight being the stir fry freshly made for you! The drinks have a brilliant range, you can do some self serve (beer/sangria/pop/water) if not you are served very quickly for anything else

Absolutely lovely place to stay! We got a sea view room and the views were stunning. After reading reviews I was unsure I would enjoy the food but every meal every night was fantastic, big variety

A short taxi ride away, is a more urban area with more restaurants and shops. The hotel itself has many amenities and services including a gift/convenience shop, but it does have a big problem with parking

The things that let the hotel down where my daughters got given a double bed to share and we couldn't swap their room for 2 days and the adults roof area was really amazing but the bar wasn't covered by the all inclusive wristband

Solid. The food is very tasty and varied. The only drawback is the lack of lunch and dinner free drinks. For Breakfast coffee tea. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, just big, in a small hotel once more "domesticity".

The hotel is like from another century, but nevertheless the rooms clean enough. Towels for a fee - again, some relic of the past. Drinks with half Board to pay for everything, even water.

Close to Port Aventura Ferrari Park near the center and the sea. Animation for children and mini club - all is well, despite the fact that no one speaks Russian - the kids all liked it and they communicated with ease

Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros. the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable

But otherwise everything is fine

The hotel was first class.. The staff are amazing.. So clean will definitely be back with the kids..

It’s not just good here, it’s great, it’s stylish and comfortable, and maybe everyone will like it here. It's very close to the entrance to the park. both children and adults will enjoy it here

We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel

Hotel five star but this year around the pool, the cafe only serves hot dogs now o(between 1pm y&h 4pm)to use the restaurant

Just a great hotel, everything is near the hotel, the portaventura parc and aquaparc. They also have a great swimming pool. Salou is just a 10 minute walk and to the beach 15 minute walk or 5 min by car

Very nice hotel near the station and the park. Very big pool. Decent breakfast. A very good option for kids. All very good and very helpful service. Great.

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs

Staff are very good, needs few more amenities for kids and families as it's a family friendly hotel, great location. Food was disappointing and trees around pool need to be removed as it ruins the area

Nice and clean friendly staff (especially bar staff) only 3 lifts throughout the hotel. Food is different in the evening breakfast is the same but they do do nice omelette and pancakes

One thing we have noticed is the past 2 days someone has been doing there "business" in the smaller pool (jacuzzi) Though although not the hotels fault at all they say it'll be open in 2 hours and it remains shut for rest of day meaning the main bigger pool is busier

Also drinks and food are super cheap in the hotel which was great! Only thing that they need to do is not let people leave their towels on over night so they are occupied the next day

Lovely hotel though a bit dated in areas. Good animation team that worked hard. Lovely food, had to use microwave at times to heat it up though. Given free water with meals and free water fountains around the pools

Beds were super comfy and the cleaners are a credit to the hotel, we were on the fifth floor and didnt matter if they had done all the rooms they would quickly clean yours when we took the do not disturb down

A french man who was staying went to take our towels and my personal belongings off a sunbed as he said his towel was there drying from the night before… other than that fantastic hotel

Staff are super friendly and helpful we had breakfast and dinners here and it was always spot on so much choice and variety to suit everyone, special mention to Javier who works in the restaurant always had a smile and was so friendly and helpful

Stones throw from buses, restaurants and shops and beaches. Olivers restaurant is probably 1 of the nicest places to eat

Only our second day here but thoroughly enjoying our time here so far. Getting to the theme park is so easy. Only real faults are the lack of drink making facilities and the thin walls. It's quite a walk to any shops too

Fantastic hotel! We stayed on the bottom floor with a door out to the pool. The room was large with a huge bed. The fold out bed for the child was also an excellent size. Great shower and all the facilities in the room

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding

It would have been something to make coffee in the room. Really good blackout blinds and aircon meant a good night sleep. All the staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful

We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized

The food serving staff went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of different fresh foods

Still on the subject of food, there is a restaurant downstairs that is only open on certain evenings, even more exclusive and private, where we spent dinner for our son's birthday

In this regard, we cannot fail to mention Sandra, the lady who takes care of reservations for this restaurant. Speaking of which, we mentioned to her that it would be the dinner to celebrate our son's birthday

The restaurant area is large and beautiful, there is an outdoor terrace with sea view where we loved having dinner and lunch. The food is always varied, quality and in abundance

As well as the drinks, we loved the Sangria most of all

A holiday above expectations! It was the first time in Salou and the first time at the Best Cap Salou hotel, we had seen from the photos how beautiful the structure was, but in person it is even more so

From the swimming pools with slides and games for both adults and children, to the open pool and the indoor thermal pool that we really appreciated in the "cooler" hours, to the immediate access to the small and private beach below where we spent magnificent moments, from the beach the view is truly unique and the sunset wonderful! There is a bar/bathroom in both pool areas and it was very convenient...

Nothing bad to say about the hotel apart from the odd way they manage all inclusive, sometimes we'd get given a ticket to pay for drinks at the till, we'd head over and they just scan it and that's it, other times no ticket

Sometimes we get scanned on the way out of the restaurant even though we had to show a card to get in. Nothing that effected us badly just seemed odd

Staff were welcoming and friendly for the most part, especially the bartenders. Rooms were on the smaller side but were comfortable enough and well maintained and presented

Food is nicer than most 4 star hotel restaurants but with slightly less choice than most

Food was fantastic and had something for everyone. The few nights we were in for entertainment it was very good. Overall great experience and 2 week stay!

Lots off food to choose from even if didn't want resturant food can still order snacks from the snack bar till 11pm chips, pizza, hot dogs burgers, toasties, nuggets etc

Very nice Hotel, well appointed, lovely friendly staff, according to some, not as good as last year, which we was told in 2023, was outstanding?, but lovely clean pools, great restaurant facilities, really good gym, it seems like it's own sandy beach at the end of the road right next to the hotel, ( very steep road), parking is very hap hazard, ( very rarely a parking space)

Views from the front of the hotel overlooking the beach pools and sea are great, but side rooms, and you ll get a stone wall, beautifully clean, amazing foyer, leading to reception, and an open through floor view point to the executive bar - that still over looks the beach and the pool, lovely quiet location, plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, water sports on lots of near by spaces ...

Nice beach area but could do with deck chairs, pool area was nice and clean,but a little quiet for our liking, could have done with a bit of music playing in back ground, hotel shop sells rubber dinghys and other pool inflatables, but be aware these are not allowed in pool , so don't know why they sell them 🤷, food ok but evening tea not so good, entertainment hit and miss,but we made our own entertainment...

c'mon! otherwise, a chill stay at the hotel. close to port-aventura, and on the platja-larga a number of water-front activities. price-quality: probably fair (but solve the bloody water-issue :))

Just a quick review, just arrived back today 11/6/24,had a lovely well earned break with daughter in-laws. Lovely resort,lovely room ,nice and clean, couldn't really fault much

Great place, loads of transport links from here and only 25 mins to the Reus airport from here

Just returned from our first family package holiday and WE LOVED IT. Staff absolutely fantastic, food and accommodation ideal. Big thanks to restaurant staff who were brilliant and to excellent chefs

I really love the location of the hotel, the view is breathtaking. The food is absolutely exquisite, down to every single little detail. Moreover, the staff are extremely friendly and polite

We got upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. Room was massive and all the little touches like the cactus and coffee machine is great. Hotel was clean and modern and in a great location

Friendly helpful staff them seem to flow from Spanish to English with the greatest of ease! We have stayed here several times and will be again in the future. Great family hotel with great facilities

Me, my son and my partner stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on our first ever abroad holiday, and I couldn't fault it! When walking into the hotel, it has a lovely smell and air conditioning

The room we were given was amazing and a generous size for our family of 3. The balcony was big, and the beds were comfy. All the staff were lovely and happy to assist with whatever I needed

The rooms can get noisy, but we have had this experience with other hotels in Spain as well, so not really a dealbreaker for us. Just bring sleeping earplugs if you're sensitive to this
