We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the cleaning service was extremely disappointing. They only cleaned our room twice during the entire stay, and they never changed the sheets or towels. We had to use the same sheets and towels for 8 days, which was unacceptable. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

We recently returned from a very enjoyable week (NOV. 24) at this complex, this is definitely ideal if you are looking for an active, sporty holiday....excellent onsite modern fully equipped gym (free for guests) ....all kinds of classes (aerobics, spinning, body pump etc..) on all day in 4 large areas within the grounds..staff very friendly and efficient, rooms a good size and well equipped if in need of a little TLC just a little mostly absolutely fine, we had no complaints...the resort of Bahia Feliz is very quiet with limited restaurants, but they were good and fine for a weeks stay...we would return definitely

A wonderful resort to enjoy your holidays with family and friends! Unique sports facilities (gym with top-class equipment, WOD box, areas for yoga and group training, tennis, paddle tennis, swimming pools and cycling center, within the same complex). Nice place to visit, and very nice view. Although when i was exploring the hotel i found a bunch of alive cockroaches in the hallway by the elevator. One of my favourite things about te hotel is the black cat😸 It was very friendly and once came inside of my apartment so i gave her a bit of food. If the cat happens to follow you to your apartment you can carry her in your arms to the lobby, she wont mind😺

This is a no frills but really lovely hotel for the price! We had a very large apartment which was clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 young children! All crockery needed and a big fridge to make breakfast in the apartment and shopping facilities and restaurants on your doorstep! Nice reception staff and a chilled environment! Few things could be updated like the children’s play area and the splash pad didn’t seem to be working but otherwise really happy for the money we paid

Quiet location. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel is very clean with much better facilities than its 2 Star rating would suggest. Pool excellent and not too busy. Delightful gardens. Value for money is exceptional.

The shower didn't work (only hot for 5 seconds) and it took a lot of effort to sort it out with the management. In the end they finally credited us a nominal refund, but it took a LOT of effort. Fortunately, it was only one night...
We can't blame them for the uphill 15-minute-walk from the bus (and no taxis nearby), but the room wasn't anything special and the management was tough on us. Still, in the end, I suppose they tried to make things right?

Very good accommodation. Large pool. The room is a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. Staff great. Breakfast amazing - wide selection of cold and hot dishes and delicious orange juice.

The receptionist was perfect!, gave us very good advice and directions, the room was just like the one we seen on the website, price for a breakfast was good.

Not too fancy, but you get neat room for a very affordable price! The breakfast is super reach and the boys at the reception desk are doing their best to your stay as pleasant as possible
