Gran Oasis Resort

Activities and pool: The hotel is great for families! There’s a wide range of activities for all ages (our favourites were the foam party, inflatable obstacle course, giant panda and live music). There are 3 pools (Kids one and two larger pools). The complex is also very nice and pretty. 10/10. Rooms and accommodation: The rooms are clean, stylish and big; we stayed in a 1 bedroom — there were 2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There was also two balconies with a slight sea view and view of los Christianos. Overall the rooms were very nice and didn’t lack space. 9/10. Food (all inclusive) We were all inclusive so we had access to the budget and snacks throughout the day — neither disappointed. The dinners at the buffet had themes every night (I believe they were Asian, Italian, Spanish, Canarian, World and a couple others) They had a good choice for adults, not so much for kids but still good. Lunch was also good and breakfast was also really nice and had a lot of options for everyone. The times were: Breakfast ended at 10.30 Lunch was 1.00-3.00 Dinner was 18.00-21.30. There was also snacks throughout the day consisting of chicken nuggets, chocolate croissants, sandwiches, fresh fruit, fries etc. The resort also has a mini store. Things to do/the area: Playa de las americas is around a 20-40 minute walk and a 5-10 minute taxi which you can book at reception. The las americas beach is really great, Costa Adeje port also has jet skis, boat rides and UFO boat rides which are fun. There’s a wide range of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops around including the Hard Rock Cafe which regularly do live music shows. Siam park was another great day out, it boasts amazing water slides and has a breathtaking wave pool, the park is highly recommended and a must do! Hope this helps anyone considering booking the Gran Oasis, it’s a beautiful, clean, fun hotel near a great, lively area. Go for it!

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday here, it was our 2nd year and glad we returned as the hotel just gets better, the duplex apartments are spacious and clean, cleaners in every single day, the location is 5 to 10 minutes in a taxi to either Las Americas or Los Cristiano's, the food is varied every night and always something even for the fussy eaters, the grounds of the hotel, pool area, restaurant and bars are all spotless and cleaners always around, the best part is the staff, they could not do enough for you, entertainment staff are on the go morning to night and get to know everyone, the restaurant staff are amazing and again on the go all the time, big shout out to the best member of staff Vera, he is friendly and always takes time to speak to you, we are missing this place already, highly recommend going

Applauso, applauso, applauso to all at the Gran Oasis Resort Hotel. From start to finish, it really was the greatest holiday experience. Cleanliness of both t our room and the general hotel was immaculate. Plenty of food and drink choices available for all. The Animacion team were amazing and the Bar staff brilliant. Three pools and a separate water park for children, all of which have lifeguards. Free shuttle bus service to both the beach and Siam Park. To offer a bit of balance to my positive review, holidays cost a lot so its important that you get the full picture. There are some building improvements going on at the far end of the bottom pool but we werent disturbed once, the pool snack bar was a little limited and the themed evening menus would become a little repetitive if staying for longer than 7 days (which we didnt). Lots of steps but equally lots of ramps. Remote location but a taxi only a phonecall from reception away (5-7 euros). I could write positive comments forever - you simply couldn't ask for a better hotel. Would we book again? In a heartbeat...

I read some of the reviews before we went and there was alot of negativity about this hotel, luckily we dont pay attention to these and decide for ourselves. This hotel is absolutely amazing, the time we arrived the ramp/ walk upto where our room was, was shut so we did have a bit of a walk with suitcases and a pram but once we were there it was fine was just a few stairs to get to the bottom where the pool and reception is, Is not something that bothered us as our room was in a good location right outside the the kids splash pads and slides area, which our boy finlay loved he spent alot of time up here aswell and a big shout to Marina who is so good with the kids up there such a credit to the hotel she is. finlay had never gone down a flume before but Marina got him to go down once and that was it we couldnt get him off , loved the set up of the Rooms an upstairs and downstairs it was all clean and tidy and always cleaned and fresh towels the next day, water left in fridge for us which we didnt expect, only small thing i found with the room was the upstairs curtains dont completely close but that was our room so it was fine for us be good if it was looked at so they close completely, very clean and tidy hotel their is always folk walking around cleaning, We were always able to get sun loungers, didnt go down to the bottom pool as our boy loved the one outside reception and the toddler pool he was in it near enough all day every day. Animation team were excellent always getting the kids and adults involved in activities and they were so good at the kids disco and evening entertainment finlay loved getting involved all the animation team are a credit to the hotel aswell in fact every member of staff we had the privilege of speaking to reception, bar staff, cleaners waiters/waitress, chefs, are a credit to the hotel all friendly and great at interacting with the kids, Food was also very good plenty choice at breakfast lunch and dinner there is always something you can eat, I seen so many folk on here and facebook complaint about the food, judge for yourself some folk just like to moan about anything really dont know what they expect from an all inclusive every all inclusive we have been to before here had the same theme nights and same choices. They do run buses down to the beach and siam park we only used the siam park one, i would not recommend siam park for small kids def not for 6 and under there is not much for them and it is a waste of money the other water park which i cant mind the name off as we didnt go but heard from other families that it was great for smaller kids, Great place all in all finlay made some great new friends as did we, he even had a wee girl friend that insisted on sitting with him for tea a few nights all this made it an brilliant unforgettable holiday, We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future as is such a great family hotel perfect for just a relaxing holiday by the pool, Reminder dont believe all th

We’ve just got back from a week at Gran Oasis and the experience was second to none. The staff went above and beyond at all times, we were a little worried about the stairs with our three year old but we asked for a gate and it was fitted within 15 minutes. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets were wonderful with different choices every day, the snack bar by the pool alternated between hot dogs/ burgers etc The entertainment was just what you’d expect, they do an hour for the children to get involved with and then the show starts around 9pm. The arcade is much bigger than expected and the spa facilities lovely and clean. I wanted to give an extra shout out to Marina, we met her in our last day there at the children’s pool and were devastated we weren’t staying longer. She is the warmest, most compassionate lady we have met and our children, Harry and Alfred, absolutely adored her and her Jellymen.

What a wonderful holiday we just had The location is very close to Los Cristianos and Playa des Americas city centre where there are beautiful beaches, bar and restaurants The resort is very clean and the staff very friendly, the restaurant offer plenty of delicious food with different dishes everyday The swimming pools are quite big both for kids and adults I highly recommend Gran Oasis Resort especially for families, there are plenty of activities from morning to the evening and the kids are never bored and a special thanks go to Carlos and Renate for the great job done everyday making sure everybody is having a great time This was my second time and I will be back again next year We all loved the place and the kids were so happy Thank you to all the Gran Oasis staff Alan

Book a last-minute 7-night B&B stay here with my family (2 teenage boys).
Arrived midday, so rooms weren't ready, but we knew this beforehand( the room was ready about 2:30 pm). Alfredo checked us in and gave us the rundown on the hotel, mealtimes, and pools etc, he even called our transfer company( several times that week) to see if they had found my sons bag he left on the bus 🤦‍♂️.
Room was a 2 bed 2 story terrace (cleaned every day by the awesome cleaning staff) photos attached.
Pools were decent size, and lifeguards were not too strict. They told people off when they needed to.
Animation team were good from what we saw.
The location was a little bit away from the beach, and the main areas, there was a free bus to and from the beach and Siam every day. Taxi was about 7 Euros to most places or loads of scooters to hire. There is a bit of a steep hill up to the hotel, but perfect to get your steps in. The shopping centres are about a 20/25 minute walk,
We upgraded to all-inclusive twice during our stay (€45 per person), which was worth it for the 2 pool days we had.
Food was decent with a good variety breakfast was worth having every day.
The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all awesome, happy, friendly, and extremely helpful, genuinely nice people.
We would stay here again as it is close to the airport, Siam Park, and Karting club Tenerife.
