Great Stay in a Perfect Location!
This beachfront hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy both the pool and the beach just steps away. There’s a small shop and a lovely beachfront restaurant right next door—super convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, and serviced daily. I also appreciated the luggage storage, which was a big help when I arrived early.

It’s not the best choice for party lovers, as it’s a bit of a walk (about 20 minutes) from the town centre—but that distance makes it wonderfully peaceful. Perfect for unwinding!

I’ve added a photo with the view from the hotel bar.

Spent 10 nights at this quiet and relaxing hotel but could definitely do with some small improvements.
Room was nice with a lovely sea view but never cleaned fully on a daily basis.
Food was usually luke warm and has to be warmed in microwave provided at end of hotplate, when mentioned to jet 2 rep her reply was " what do you expect in an all inclusive hotel, food cannot always be fresh and hot"!!.
Pool was best attribute to the hotel, always clean and staff in this area were all friendly and efficient and no matter what time of day sunbeds were always available.

The hotel is lovely if you want to go on holiday and do little to nothing. This includes no floats in the pool, no fun in the pool and no worthy entertainment. The food was your standard all inclusive food, nothing spectacular.
I had to ask on multiple occasions for our room to be cleaned or replacement of soap and towels, they also don’t provide water apart from the first night, so be prepared to purchase your own. I wouldn’t return to this hotel and probably wouldn’t recommend it either.

Food and drinks were excellent. Lovely spacious rooms, light and airy reception. Great sea views!
Heated pool which is a bonus.

Lovely staff, entertainment not too bad for all inclusive.

Slow service at the pool bar and we only had our rooms serviced once during our 1 week stay.
Spa is very expensive. Lower the prices and you’d have more customers.

Having said the negatives I think with more staff this could be easily rectified. It wouldn’t stop me from returning.

We stayed here as all inclusive for 7 nights. I have almost nothing to complain about. We stayed in a junior suite with sea view and it was fantastic. I like the way they separate the room so I could sit out on the balcony without disturbing the other half when she was in bed. Unlike others we couldn't complain about the cleaning or the cleaners! She was fantastic and came each day, replaced our towels, cups, glasses and brushed up. She always made the beds and left us a bow tie out of the one of the covers each day. She also very friendly. The food I enjoyed and found a lot of variety providing you didn't want chips and pizza every night. I'm a type 2 diabetic and always found something to eat and even tried a few new things. Like with most hotels if you're vegan you'll probably struggle but pretty much every other dietary requirement was catered for. We were all inclusive but still ate out a few times. You can get food any time of the day until around 9pm (the pool bar can even do toasties). I found the drinks were good and yes a limited selection but you aren't getting top shelf at all inclusive unless you pay a fortune. I drank mostly wine and vodka with coke. The staff in the bars and restaurants were always friendly and polite even to the people who were rude to them and that happened a few times. The entertainment is a bit of a personal choice it was mostly things like bingo, pool aerobics and karaoke. Not my scene but others really enjoyed themselves, you can either take part or sit on the comfy seats outside the lively bit and play cards (which is what we did). The reception staff were always helpful and polite about any type of request. My only critiques of the hotel is that I think they need to restrict smoking in the rooms and balconies as we had a neighbour who constantly smoked so we had to keep closing the balcony door otherwise our room stank of smoke. The pool area is pretty good with plenty of space as I don't think we ever struggled to get a spot and the drinks available at the pool bar are pretty good as well. The spa part was OK but is a bit tired and in need of some repairs e.g. The steam room doesn't work and the sauna had no water for steam. I had a massage which was actually really good and the lady who works there while a little prickly is actually very friendly. Over all I would recommend the hotel provided you see it for what it is. The location is good if you like quiet and don't mind a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although they have 3 across the road which were all nice). The beach is pretty good and doesn't get crowded either but most people seemed to just stay in the hotel. We did one excursion to go whale and dolphin spotting which was brilliant.

Room 404 (I work in IT so called it the room that couldn't be found).

The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much!
The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment.
Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

Decent all inclusive hotel near airport
Pros: near airport, clean, spacious, all-inclusive option, near/Beach view, spa available, adults only
Cons: somewhat secluded, food average buffet, limited drink options, not sound proofed, needs some updating in certain areas
8/10
Hotel was clean and room was spacious with large deck overlooking beach/sea. It had a sitting area and two twin beds. Unfortunately, being on the first floor you could hear patrons in the dinning area and entertainment spaces. Buffet food was average, but limited on vegetarian selection with similar items. Also, I did get sick the last day, but uncertain if from the food or something else. Unfortunately only one restaurant available that was included, could get 20% off at other restaurant. Drinks were okay, but no local beer included and certain drinks also cost extra. Did appreciate reusable cup system at pool. Pool area was very nice and plenty of sitting, however felt hours too short 9 to 6pm. Also, due to winds had plastic/glass wall, which obstructed view of the ocean as wasn’t easy to see through (needed upkeep/cleaning). There was a walk way in front, but no place to sit. Beach area was adjacent and public, no chairs or loungers available. Spa needs some updating. Sauna bench had large splinters. Several items not working or pieces broken/missing. Would have liked some directions on spa process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated nearby store, water was very affordable here. Hotel not near a lot.

Not much in the area, better availability for bar and restaurant times would be appreciated. However the hotel was wonderful and peaceful. The staff were fantastic.
27.01.2025
The cleaners appeared to be rushed and the clients' rooms suffered. There were shoe prints in the shower where it had been cleaned and t bags were not replenished. The sink plug hole would not stay pressed down therefore I could not get a bowl of water for washing. The TV was faulty and programs often had the sound out of synch, and therefore made little sense. (island reception?)The breakfast foods, while the choices seemed to be plentiful, were disappointing. Eggs were always overcooked and there were too many left at the end of the breakfast session, along with bacon left in huge wads and other items over catered. The granola was not actually granola and had other cereals mixed in. Granola then ran out and despite asking reception on a number of occasions, carried on just being a mixture of all the other cereals. It was awful. The outside area by the pool was scruffy and all the glass, both looking at the sea and for the spa were opaque due to not being cleaned (perhaps another cost cutting decision). In the past a massage was offered with a token but now this was to be paid for from the outset and was overpriced. People routinely put their towels on sunbeds despite the rules which often meant there were no sunbeds (unless you moved someone else's belongings). This rule needs to be displayed much more visibly and enforced. 25E for dinner was not commensurate with quality and should be on a tariff where one can pick and choose for a suitable price. There is more.

Not quite up to its earlier standards
Just about okay but the hotel did not live up to the previous ratings. In fact, several regular guests expressed their disappointment. Especially both food and service quality of the buffet restaurant were below expectations. One out of only two elevators was out of service most of the time, and two little piles of floor dirt in the room remained untouched from before check-in throughout the stay. Pool area nice and calm.
