Kn Hotel Arenas del Mar Adults Only

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for better service. We were upgraded to a suite and they had left us a bottle of fizz on ice as well.
The staff were generally very nice and helpful.
The food was better than any all inclusive I've stayed at previously.
Slightly out of town but made for a quieter stay.
If we go back to Tenerife we will stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Great view if you upgrade to ocean view. The hotel itself is decent. Location isn't ideal. Getting to any sign of civilization is approx 30 walk. Spa at the hotel is at an extra cost, still not everything was working just like elevators and lights over pool table (one day each..🫤) daily activities were decent but some of younger hosts were spending more time on their mobile than organising time for people.
Food was hit and miss. From decent enough to reheated three times.
All in all I had a good time but didn't spent much time in the hotel itself

We read some reviews a week before we were going and thought about cancelling. So glad we didn’t as this hotel was amazing the sea views, food (never had to go looking for cutlery or plates) and drinks. Staff were amazing. Yes a little short staff but they managed well with smiles. The only time our room was not cleaned was the day before leaving but went to reception and got clean towels.
Me and my friend both agreed we would definitely return and only 20 minutes from the airport.

Lovely stay here, restaurant, bar and entertainment staff all very friendly and hard working.

The location is beautiful and slightly out the way with the sea literally 30 seconds from the hotel.

Pool area very nice and cleaned daily.

The food selection was great, however felt sometimes they were understaffed as they kept running out of available cups / glasses. And sometimes large queues formed at bars, but they we're quick to respond and rectify when pointed out.

I feel the entertainment staff could benefit with a bit more budget allocated to them as the people were great and enthusiastic but their available materials / budget seemed poor.

Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend for a lovely cheap and cheerful getaway 🙂.

Our stay was in February '24 and we enjoyed it absolutely! 🩷 We had a nice and clean room, the staff was super friendly (especially Miguel at the pool animation) and we loved the ocean view from the dining room each morning and evening!

I would come back some day! 💫

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was out of the way of the clubs and bars etc. it's a quiet area and the nearest town is a 20 mins walk. All the amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable, AC was available. Nice view of the sea and all the kite surfers. Check in was easy. Lots of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out was easy and at midday, you have the option to keep the room on for the day at €40 if you so wish too and you can still use the hotel facilities until you leave. Night entertainment provided by the hotel was fun, different every night. Swimming pool was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. There is a supermarket next door and ATM. There is parking in front of the hotel. But be aware, everyone local uses it also to go to the beach. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and we have even been upgraded to a sea view room. The shower is perfect and a large balcony to sit and enjoy.

The pool is lovely as it’s heated and there is plenty of beds available along with tables and chairs.

The spa is lovely for a small fee and looking I’m forward to my treatments.

The staff are welcoming and have some activities on during the day and at night.

The food in the all inclusive is lacking for me. The food is more sea food however if you have a palate for trying new things you will love it. Unfortunately that’s the only disappointing thing for a plain eater.

I would come and stay here again. It’s 13 minutes to the airport but a bit further out for the excursion's. I haven’t explored outside of the hotel but I’m sure there is plenty of other things to do.

Overall experience enjoyed time away and relaxing ☺️

Had a wonderful 5 day break at this hotel with my friend. The two ladies completing the evening entertainment were so funny and engaging.

The resort is a very quiet relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of sunbeds and food options. The wind can be pretty strong however by the afternoon the sun reaches the other side of the pool and therefore not as windy. Seeing the surf on these days were beautiful.

Very generous size room with a gorgeous size balcony. We had mountain view however could still see the sea to our left and right.

Lovely 15 minute stroll to the local village which we attended on Saturday following the hotel arranging a little trip. I can't recall the staff members name that took us there but she was just fantastic throughout the holiday!

The saltwater pool and spa treatment is beautiful and perfect for a quick dip or a nice peaceful swim.

Plenty of food options throughout the day, the only recommendation I have is the food menu/signs weren't always updated. Occasionally I'd have to give certain foods a miss because I didn't know what they contained ie veggie or not. But still so many options available.

Again a lovely relaxing holiday, I'd recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful few days away. Evening entertainment consisted of bingo, quiz nights, karaoke, piano bar etc. another shout out to the two ladies facilitating all of this. They were so fab!

Very good, except for the television (only 2 channels in French, one of which had no picture and the television set does not correspond to the level of the hotel; to be changed.
The staff should know a little French.
