No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day , it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and reserve. No room service but food is served at the bar throughout the day and evening. No entertainment whilst we stayed there but it was January. ....not sure if this changes during peak season. The local towns are lovely, particularly lo pagan, which is very family friendly but also great for couples or loan travellers. Lots of small bars, restaurants...

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Amazing location and good service! The food nearby is walking distance and delicious. The views are spectacular! We had the breakfast buffet during our stay and it had many options. The only downside is the parking, you can pay for their underground parking but it is a daily fee. We took our chances and parked not too far in the public parking areas.

Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. No food available at lunch time in the hotel. Area not touristy so nice and quiet. Great for relaxing...

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Rooms are clean and spacious but feel very clinical, more business than leisure. Nice touch to have bath robes for the spa. Access to the garage is easy but if not checked in, no one answered the bell and I had to beep the horn quite a few times. Same to exit, they failed to tell me to keep the key to go out and I was trapped in the exit of the garage for some time until someone noticed the horn again...

We only used the spa here. So we can't comment on the rooms. The spa is big and the water is salt water rather than chlorinated. Lots of little areas with jets and bubbles to enjoy. And for an extra charge tli can enjoy the hammam. Where there is a dry sauna, hot pool, cold dip pool, two hot and cold rock walk through lanes and a steam room. Quite expensive considering. Stayed for one night and 2 days. Only allowed one and a half hour in the pool for the duration of our stay and you had to state on arrival at reception when checking in, the time you would be going into the pool. Stayed at the apartments connected to the hotel. Spotless, kept clean and quiet setting. All the you need for a lovely holiday. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was extra, plenty choices. Would recommend

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

The hotel is not new and it is noticeable on furniture and decor. But all are well preserved and efficiently work. Comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. The French balcony. They were lovely apartments with great views. The air conditioning was great and in general the cleanliness was good, however there was a problem with the sheets on the bed being old, stained, and not fully cleaned. I was hoping for better information on the apartments and what was expected upon departure as well as information on the surrounding area.

Really lovely apartments as close to the beach as it gets, secure parking available and 2 elevators per block if you prefer not to use the stairs. In addition there are outdoor swimming pools which are staffed by lifeguards daily, and sun lounger's to use in the same area.

Todo. Desde que llegué me enamoré del apartamento y de la zona. Tranquilidad en la zona y una vistas espectaculares que hacen que no te quieras ir.. Paqui es la chica que nos atendió, cuando llegamos nos recibió con un abrazo y una sonrisa y estuvo pendiente de nosotros para todo lo que hemos necesitado. Trato familiar y cariñoso de Paqui, es encantadora. Sin duda pienso volver.

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Clean appartment, airco, large outside area, dog allowed, shared swimmingpool at 600m, which was not to busy in september. Friendly staff

Location was very good, the apartment was small but fully functional and comfortable. The on-site bar was convenient and pleasant with local live music once a week. The communal pool and pool bar were excellent.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Very good food lots of choice and very nice beer. Great bar selection. Not expensive.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend. Sadly, due to the after effects of the pandemic, the bar/restaurant remains closed...

For a 2 star Hotel, its punching above its weight... its great! Lovely big room, comfy bed, desk, chairs, chaise longe, balcony overlooking kids park, loads of cushions, Moroccan style decor. Lovely!

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Very good food, Large portions and excellent service, sadly left it till late in our holiday but will definitely be going back next time we are here! A little gem??

Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). The meals had good variety and, tho somewhat industrial, the food was both palatable and beautifully presented. Proximity to Mar Menor and local dining...

We love it here, go every year for a few days away, excellent location, lovely walks along the Mar Menor, beautiful scenery. The Restaurant at the Hotel is buffet style and there really is something for everyone!

Love this place, have visited about 8 times. Staff are always friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet area, wouldn't recommend for large groups of young people looking for a wild party. Great for older people or young families.

We went as a large group of 40. We all got individual attention and nothing was too much trouble. Room amazing - even had simple kitchen facilities. We were half board - food is buffet style, but very good selection, different every day. Staff very professional and approachable. Nice pool and jacuzzi, have spa and gym facilities. The room is an apartment for three, beautiful and very clean. Protection and security measures for covid very good.. The pool is small but very cozy. The food is varied and delicious. Really liked these apartments. We stayed in 209 and it was lovely. Very clean and tidy with pool view. Even though the main strip is busy you don't hear noise from the strip which we were surprised about. The 2 guys that look after the apartments couldn't be more helpful and were both friendly and approachable. Overall we had a lovely holiday and didn't want to leave.

Spent a few afternoons at the pool area with friends. It's a decent size, nice pool with waterfall, rocks etc but can get quite rowdy with so many children.

Location was perfect,near to everything, bars, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. All staff very pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed here many times. No complaints. A lot less Brits around. I guess Spain does not need British holiday spenders. Change the 90 rule. A very narrow minded Spanish government.
