The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. Hotel Neptuno is a beautiful place to stay if you are planning your holidays .It's quiet and not too big so you can relax without any disturb.Breakfest was very nice and the sea view from my room and the restaurant was absolutely amazing 👌 🥰

Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Love this place, have visited about 8 times. Staff are always friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet area, wouldn't recommend for large groups of young people looking for a wild party. Great for older people or young families.

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

Very recently completely renovated 4-star hotel in the seaside resort of Los Alcazares, close to the sea and some cozy and tasty restaurants. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and a small terrace with a view of the sea (Mar Menor). Superb and huge beds. Despite the use of quality materials, this hotel lacks soul and warmth. Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Parking very expensive seeing as though there is free parking across the road.

Found this place just by off chance. Walked through the door and was impressed. Clean and bright. They had a room available. All lovely and clean and bright. We booked breakfast as well. Again lovely and fresh. We even stayed an extra night! Should more be a four star.

Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Their spa facilities are very nice. Staff don't really speak English but very helpful and food is very good. The area is nice, beach is very close. Not many shops/restaurants around so we were happy we ve chosen full board. Would recommend it overall if you are looking for a few days to relax.

Great location and good hotel. Stayed 6 nights half board. Food basic and very repetitive. If you like chips you will be happy. Dinner was always basic. You will not go hungry, but there is little imagination with the food. Breakfast again is basic with low grade food and repetitive. The weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). My wife and I recently went for a long weekend (8 - 11 September) at the Hotel Londres, and stayed in one of its self-catering apartments. We live in Puerto de Mazarron, which is to the south of La Manga, so the journey didn't take us long. We took our chocolate labrador with us, and it was nice to see a hotel venue accepting dogs. A bit tired, a bit scruffy but has all you need. The room was large and clean but very worn and dated, fantastic views and a nice sized pair of beds. In all you get what you pay for and this is great value for money. I would return if it was a little closer to ‘the action’.

When we arrived we paid for a room with a sea view,which we did have. Also you have to buy in the street shops towels for seating and using the pool On arrival we could not use the shower or toilet as water mains in the street where being repaired

Clean, central hotel easy access to shops, cafes and beach. Spacious rooms, bathroom with large shower and amenities. Only downside is the noise from neighbouring room or hallway can be heard clearly especially dragging chairs across the floor and talking. Thin walls!

The hotel is clean. The room was super small. The owner, woman, and guy with her are very rude. Seemed Spanish hospitality is poor. Maybe I am wrong. They are nice abroad only but treat guests badly in Spain, its sad. But another guy, at night shift, is so friendly, polite, and helpful. He is a nice person. The location of the hotel is perfect, though, and 24-hour reception is there.
