Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. No food available at lunch time in the hotel. Area not touristy so nice and quiet. Great for relaxing...

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Rooms are clean and spacious but feel very clinical, more business than leisure. Nice touch to have bath robes for the spa. Access to the garage is easy but if not checked in, no one answered the bell and I had to beep the horn quite a few times. Same to exit, they failed to tell me to keep the key to go out and I was trapped in the exit of the garage for some time until someone noticed the horn again...

We only used the spa here. So we can't comment on the rooms. The spa is big and the water is salt water rather than chlorinated. Lots of little areas with jets and bubbles to enjoy. And for an extra charge tli can enjoy the hammam. Where there is a dry sauna, hot pool, cold dip pool, two hot and cold rock walk through lanes and a steam room. Quite expensive considering. Stayed for one night and 2 days. Only allowed one and a half hour in the pool for the duration of our stay and you had to state on arrival at reception when checking in, the time you would be going into the pool. Treatments are quite expensive and the dressing gowns are very tired and shabby. Pool is very very salty and makes your eyes sting. Food is good but at €30 per...

No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day , it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and reserve. No room service but food is served at the bar throughout the day and evening. No entertainment whilst we stayed there but it was January. ....not sure if this changes during peak season. The local towns are lovely, particularly lo pagan, which is very family friendly but also great for couples or loan travellers. Lots of small bars, restaurants...

Great hotel very Spanish area and good food.Room was very clean and no noise from others could be heard.

Stayed at the apartments connected to the hotel. Spotless, kept clean and quiet setting. All the you need for a lovely holiday. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was extra, plenty choices. Would recommend

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

The hotel is not new and it is noticeable on furniture and decor. But all are well preserved and efficiently work. Comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. The French balcony. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Amazing location and good service! The food nearby is walking distance and delicious. The views are spectacular! We had the breakfast buffet during our stay and it had many options. The only downside is the parking, you can pay for their underground parking but it is a daily fee. We took our chances and parked not too far in the public parking areas.

Spacious and well-equipped aparthotel. Correct finishes for the price and good level of cleanliness. The hotel restaurant has a fairly complete menu for € 15 (drink apart)

We have stayed a few days in August. The evaluation of the rest in this place is 10/10. The attention from the staff that works on this site is completely pleasing to the guests. Very central to all amenities. Clean , bright and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by bar's, coffee shops and restaurants. Taxi stand close by. Just a great place to stay.

Price was not terrible, but a big deciding factor for me was a hotel with washer/dryer so I could do my laundry without having to go to a laundromat. Unfortunately the "dryer" is non existent and there was a small rack on the porch, I'm still doing my laundry I'm just praying it will all fit/dry by the time I check out tomorrow, the washing machine is also tiny and hard to tell how to use it. I came her last minute as our apartment wasn't ready. It's very spacious well equipped comfy double bed great location a few mins walk to the beach. Only downside you need a code to get in and I couldn't find a door bell so in the end the estate agent from next door let us in.would recommend

Only staff in reception in the day, no tea kettle in the room, runs out of hot water in the shower and sound and voices can be heard from other rooms, Great location and modern rooms.

What a fantastic evening Friday was flamenco night, a really talented group of musicians and dancers, amazing food and drinks at very reasonable prices, the staff are very attentive without being pushy. Can't wait for family to arrive next week to take them there for the ambiance and entertainment. Really enjoyable.

We used the pool for a day, 4 Euros per person plus sunbed hire, our kids loved the pool and slide. However the pool is in need need of some maintenance. I would sum up our day there as, 5 stars for the food, 3 for the pool but the service was 1 star at best.

Nice small hotel close to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Has some age to it, and the aircon could be quieter, but we found it charming. Great location close to everything. Perfect pool with a slide for the kids. We had a dinner party with 60 friends and all found the food excellent.

Lovely place to eat and enjoy a little piece of Spain away from the burger joints. Not too expensive and the fish is so fresh and the steak so succulent. One minor issue is the staff, while being nice, are so focused on getting it perfect, they forget to relax and just get things right.

4-star hotel is the real first line ( to the sea 20 meters). There is a Spa area with indoor pool and Jacuzzi available to clients of the hotel ( the cost of visiting Spa-complex of 8 euros per hour). The price is not cheap

The hotel is of course not a real four stars but worthy of the three. It is very convenient that you can take a semi or full Board for power. Highly recommend.
