I have been visiting the spa every day as part of a five days wellness package. Christina's good English helped me navigate the details of the experience with good humour and care. She and her colleagues Maribel, Alfredo and Cielo provided professional, treatments to what i would consider a high standard with sensitivity. Together they make a good team. Im looking forward to coming back.
Very friendly check in with Reuben even though we were delayed. . Nothing was too much trouble and his multilingual skills were very evident,
It's a fantastic hotel. We stayed self-catering and the facilities were excellent. Air-conditioning in both rooms. Kitchen microwave, hob and fresh coffee machines, washing machine and toster with non-stick pans, all the utensils for cooking, perfect. A beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The local surrounding area was lovely and flat and the sea was like a warm bath. A festival was on locally...
For a relatively inexpensive hotel in peak season we were really impressed with the hotel. I wouldn't say the hotel was ultra modern but it had everything we needed and more. Attentitive staff and a good menu especially in the bar!
I must say the breakfast buffet was probably the best we've ever had in Spain!
My wife also used the spar for a Mud Wrap which she really enjoyed!
This is a clean place, walking distance about 1k to beach and small strip of shops, bar and restaurants. Mud baths are just that. Smelly mud. Free but like washing in a suer i have had mud bath in other countries nothing like that here.
Views are very poor from apartments. You either have to stand and look out the bedroom window at pool. R stand on the tiny balcony n look out at the houses around...
Clean and very seeviceminded. The menu was a bit borring. The spa and treatments amazing.

Disappointed the outdoor pool not open.
Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. No food available at lunch time in the hotel. Area not touristy so nice and quiet. Great for relaxing...
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc.
We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy...
Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.
The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.
Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

I arrived at 2 AM and met a very nice night watchman in the reception. He pointed out parking spaces for me and gave me a lot of useful information. Good clean hotel, great location, basic but clean. 4 stars I'm not sure but somewhere to get your head down for the night which is clean great value. Breakfast has room for improvement.
Lovely and clean, spacious room for myself and teenage daughter, with small balcony for hanging towels. Polite and helpful receptionists, hire of bikes really easy. Thanks for a great stay!

We know the area well but had never stayed in san pedro del pinatar before. The Neptuno Hotel only 3*,but it's a little gem.
Hotel Neptuno is a beautiful place to stay if you are planning your holidays .It's quiet and not too big so you can relax without any disturb.Breakfest was very nice and the sea view from my room and the restaurant was absolutely amazing 👌 🥰
Very helpful member of staff on front desk Today. Looking forward to my stay for 12 nights next week .
Beautiful hotel quite upmarket for reasonable price highly recommend balcony views of the beach fab. 👍
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Stunning! The hotel unfortunately suffered a major water pipe leak and itwas incredibly hard for them to get under control. Arrived around noon, check-in is from 3pm, receptionist was lovely and friendly, allowed us to check in and leave our bags securely and go for an explore and she rang me when the room was ready. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
Our apartment was large, with a small kitchenette and a fairly sunny terrace just off the main street.
Location was great, quiet...

Amazing value.
Very clean Duplex apartment nice and spacious.
Several balconies looking out at both seas.
All cooking facilities including coffee machine.
Fresh towels.
Friendly and helpful staff at reception.
No noise from neighbours.
Cute swimming pool with free sun loungers.
They were lovely apartments with great views. The air conditioning was great and in general the cleanliness was good, however there was a problem with the sheets on the bed being old, stained, and not fully cleaned. I was hoping for better information on the apartments and what was expected upon departure as well as information on the surrounding area.
Really lovely apartments as close to the beach as it gets, secure parking available and 2 elevators per block if you prefer not to use the stairs. In addition there are outdoor swimming pools which are staffed by lifeguards daily, and sun lounger's to use in the same area.

Overall a very good hotel in a lovely area close to the beach.
The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall

Lovely family room with two separate bedrooms which was unexpected as I thought it would be extra beds in a big room. Only had breakfast deal but that was plentiful and enabled us to eat out in evenings Entertainment evenings was limited and most people seemed to go out Pool was lovely and lifeguard very attentive particularly with smaller children
Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.
Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Average beer 3-4 euros. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it...
bedding and towels were old - no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Staff were brilliant though.
Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). The meals had good variety and, tho somewhat industrial, the food was both palatable and beautifully presented. Proximity to Mar Menor and local dining...
Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean. Only downside was the noise from adjoining rooms, very thin walls and very loud conversations.

Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .
In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. However the staff are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming, location is great

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.
This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue.
Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed.
Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired.
An excellent investment potential.
Excellent all round, we will definitely book again in the future 👍🏼

Lovely hotel, building built in 1906 with lots of history, so it’s not modern. Right by the sea, lovely views from terrace & restaurant. My only complaint is that they did not explain they lock the building down at night and you have to use buzzed to get in. It took a few minutes to find the buzzer, all I instructions in Spanish!
We were so looking forward to staying here once again, but so disappointed with the standard this time, the tea and coffee was not replenished while we were there. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in places. This is the oldest Hotel in Murcia apparently its a shame
Quaint hotel, very Spanish, great food and an amazing location.
Very traditional and rooms very dated , can’t swing a cat in them. I don’t mind traditional, old fashioned but it needs to be clean which it wasn’t . Only a stand fan in room it got very hot. encountered problem with balcony. aircon problem. breakfast was ok. great location.
We have stayed at the Madrid Hotel Torrevieja many times before. The hotel never disappoints, it a central location and close to all the amenities. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's worth a stay 😊
I stayed here as a solo traveller. Place was clean and tidy. Complimentary water in the room everyday, great breakfast selection and location.

Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢
The air conditioner never cooled to make the room comfortable.
Great location
Centre of town perfect location
Lovely hotel clean tidy shower nice . Breakfast 20 euros too expensive for my pocket . You can lot of noise from outside cars and motorcycles exhaust to loud . Nice garage to park motorcycle at a cost of 20 euros a night but worth that for piece of mind staff friendly. The rendering outside on level 4 needs to be addressed as it’s not safe !
Great standard in a supergood location . Big pool and great facilitates
Ok hotel central in Torrevieja. Swimming pool not open.

It is what it is. Very basic with no bells or whistles but its clean, the rooms have a fridge and fierce air-conditioning. I stayed 3 nights and all I wanted was a place to crash and get out of the sun. Ticked all the boxes for me.
Traveller tip: If you have a car and manage to get street parking, leave your car there and get cabs if you have to or walk. Car Parking is a rip off in town and you won...
Very clean and noise-free hotel, perfect for resting. I want to highlight the humane treatment of the hotel receptionist on the night shift. Thank you very much for treating me like at home.
The very central location was very good. Never too far from anywhere. Close proximity to the beach.
Fantastic location not a luxury hotel but never expected given the brilliant value. But room was very clean, excellent air con and our room had the wrap around balcony. Would use again.
We stayed two nights now in June for family reasons and we recommend it one hundred percent. It is a simple hotel, very clean and cozy. We highlight its location in the center, with a bus stop on the corner in front, an affordable price (for it being almost summer), the treatment of the employees, very attentive and helpful and very important for us, the wifi worked perfectly. If we have to return...
I stayed in hotel for one night. The room was very clean also the pricies good.

From the polite and courteous gentleman on the reception and the immaculately clean room this hotel is highly recommended.
We had a great stay at Hotel Cano! We stayed for 8 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! One complaint I would say it’s the walls are thin so you can hear some banging around. That’s it!
Very comfortable, 100% recommended
Nice simple hotel with no frills. We booked it as we needed to take an early bus the next morning from the bus station, which is 5 minutes away. There is a large supermarket nearby (Mercadona)
Everything was fine. After a couple of days we even got our own fridge. A little minus that not everyone in the reception could speak or understand English. It was our second visit there. I think we will come back.
Good value for money
Nice clean basic hotel at reasonable price.
8-9 blocks to the beach. Convenient store next door.
