The apartment wasn't very comfortable with a plastic slippery sofa. The shower just dropped out and wasn't strong enough. Only 2 utensils in the kitchen for cooking. The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. Hotel Neptuno is a beautiful place to stay if you are planning your holidays .It's quiet and not too big so you can relax without any disturb.Breakfest was very nice and the sea view from my room and the restaurant was absolutely amazing 👌 🥰

Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Lovely family room with two separate bedrooms which was unexpected as I thought it would be extra beds in a big room. Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.

Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .

In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. 525 is a great choice Great stay visiting family. Right in the heart of Loz Alcazares. Didn’t have breakfast but went to look at options and was pleasantly surprised. Have stayed at 525 several times and never disappointed.

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. We could NOT have asked for more. We were particularly impressed with the excellent walk-in shower. All the personnel were that magic mixture of efficiency and appropriate friendliness. Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

Basic but acceptable. Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water. No where to put clothes in bathroom I had to take a chair in from d balcony. Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside...

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Facilities: 9/10 Receptionists: 6/10. Two or three employees are unfriendly. The cleaning is terrible; they do it as quickly as they can, without realizing what really needs to be cleaned. You have to call the reception staff several times to get them to listen to your requests. Service from the other restaurant and bar staff: Excellent. 11/10. Everyone is very kind and professional.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Their spa facilities are very nice. Staff don't really speak English but very helpful and food is very good. The area is nice, beach is very close. Not many shops/restaurants around so we were happy we ve chosen full board. Would recommend it overall if you are looking for a few days to relax.

The weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). My wife and I recently went for a long weekend (8 - 11 September) at the Hotel Londres, and stayed in one of its self-catering apartments. We live in Puerto de Mazarron, which is to the south of La Manga, so the journey didn't take us long. We took our chocolate labrador with us, and it was nice to see a hotel venue accepting dogs. A bit tired, a bit scruffy but has all you need. The room was large and clean but very worn and dated, fantastic views and a nice sized pair of beds. In all you get what you pay for and this is great value for money. I would return if it was a little closer to ‘the action’.

Nice Hotel great customer service and decent breakfast, staff are fantastic, only issue we have is the Bar Person is not friendly and never makes you feel welcome, plus for a Hotel the bar closes at 9 so way too early for a Hotel. If you are a Senior Person there are practically no restaurants in walking distance.
