Hotel Neptuno

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Stunning! The hotel unfortunately suffered a major water pipe leak and itwas incredibly hard for them to get under control. However, despite this event, the Manager was very apologetic (but it wasn't his fault) and we didn't get charged for our stay there. That in itself says alot and we will definitely return another time. We send our best wishes to the manager and the hotel staff. Thank you xx

Amazing location and good service! The food nearby is walking distance and delicious. The views are spectacular! We had the breakfast buffet during our stay and it had many options.
The only downside is the parking, you can pay for their underground parking but it is a daily fee. We took our chances and parked not too far in the public parking areas.

Nothing to complain for this price. Great location of the hotel right on the sea side, clean rooms and good breakfast. The only problem is parking, at the hotel there is only a small parking area, so we could not get a place there and had to search for a place to park around the town.

Absolutely loved our stay here, friendly staff and perfect location, i wouldve given it 5 stars for the rooms if they had tea/coffee making facilities loved the free loan of beach chairs and parasols x we will be back!

We stayed here 10 years ago and decided it was time to take a trip back to San Pedro del Pinatar, I would not stay anywhere else other than Hotel Neptuno, the setting right on the beach of the Mar Menor with outstanding views in all directions was too good to miss. The Hotel is very clean and well serviced daily, the rooms have everything that you need for your comfort and a pleasant stay. You can see investment in the Hotel taking place and in fairness it has been a few tough years with Covid and unfortunately the loss of the local Airport but, the staff and friendliness of this lovely little hotel make it a very relaxing base to enjoy the surrounding area which has been greatly improved over the years with cycle paths and the beautiful tree lined promenade which joins the neighbouring town of Santiago de la Ribera. The breakfast here served every morning had a very good selection of hot and cold food and was fantastic value for €6, again the staff were so helpful and there was never a hurry to get people out of the dining room which can be the case in some hotels. The balconies at the front are what make this Hotel so special to stay in so it is well worth while in busy seasons to ask for a front room even if it costs extra. We spent almost 2 weeks here and felt so at home and I can highly recommend this lovely Hotel as a very good budget friendly Hotel and in an excellent area. Lots of great local restaurants and cafe bars with Menu del dia and evening meals so you will be spoiled for choice. All the reception staff were delightful and spoke perfect English and were full of local information. This Hotel is a little jewel in the crown of San Pedro del Pinatar!! We loved it. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay!
