Solid spot, fairly clean room, decent bathroom. Clean and "gets the job done". Location is probably the biggest drawback on the surface if you are a tourist and want to spend most of your time in the Old Town, but this is easily remedied by using the bus, which has a stop right out front.

The neighborhood it resides in is actually full of more budget travelers and locals, so exploring this part of Donostia will actually yield some quaint surprises you might have missed had you stayed in the city center.

Service is solid, but the lobby is small and only one person is working the desk at a time so there's often a wait. The cafeteria and bar are very basic and sterile, best to avoid and just visit the many amazing cafes nearby for breakfast.

Very convenient location - few mins walk to multiple bus stops and basically accessible to anywhere in san sebastian. Direct bus to Mount Igueldo funicular, too which is the best spot to see the whole of beautiful san sebastian.

Very very friendly and helpful receptionist.

A little noise from the road as the hotel is facing the main road but it is fine for me. Slept like a baby.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for something value for money.

Unfortunately my wife was involved in an accident resulting in her breaking her leg.

We had the best room in the house on the 7th floor (704). As it is a difficult break, my wife is in plaster from hip to ankle making access to the lift and our room incredibly difficult. We arrived back from the hospital at 4.55 am by ambulance and if it wasn't for the assistance of the night time receptionist (Manuel, I think) we would never have got to our room. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The entire staff team were fantastic, supportive, helpful and above all spoke perfect English!
Lovely hotel, great location. San Sebastien is beautiful, albeit that it was mostly viewed from our balcony!

Laura at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and was so helpful. She gave me great ideas to do on my first trip to San Sebastián and had an outstanding attitude. Always met with a smile.

Lovely staff! Pedro we dealt with throughout our stay was super polite and helpful and very warm and welcoming. Very much "can do" attitude and made the stay enjoyable.

The other hotels of the same price range seemed to be much worse, so we were glad to find this option.

Hotel is a bit far from the old town and train station, but for second visits at San Sebastian or just to stay in a more quiet and "authentic" area it is perfect. The beach nearby is beautiful, and you can easily access mount Igeldo. Furthermore, the walk along the coast to the old town is just marvelous so we didn't mind doing it twice per day.

We had their breakfast once during the stay, very enjoyable if you like buffets as you have a bit of all including fresh fruit and hot buffet dishes.

Room was quiet, beds comfy, water hot and enough pressure...nothing bad to say really, as the staff was also friendly!
