Great hotel in the beautiful neighbourhood of Onderetta. The rooms are much larger than you get in the Old Town and the bathroom was fantastic, with a great power shower. Lots of lovely, quality restaurants in the area and Onderetta beach is less than a 5 min walk away. It’s a 20 min walk to the centre of San Sebastián but it’s a stunning, totally flat walk we gladly made at least twice a day. We will 100% book here when we’re back.

We booked our trip last minute in high season with this great hotel in a perfect location. Everything was completely booked out and the only reason we got so lucky to have a spot, was because of the persistent help Juan gave us to find a solution. We took therefore an air matrass for our child, but at the end we got our desired king bed with an extra bed for our child.

A lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood - quite far walk from the old town but if you are up for a hefty exercise this is fine. There are a good decent amount of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is spacious enough with a luxurious large bathroom. We appreciate the extra large sized bed with firm mattress and fluffy pillows.
Parking is 4euros along the side street (use the parking machines) on the blue or green lines. It is 24euros if you want to park with the hotel private garage.

5-10 min walk to San Sebastian beech. Good breakfast and clean but only shower and no bath tub. Close to local super market. Need to go outside once to go fitness gym.

Stayed for 2 nights with our dog! The room was a good size, the bed was super comfy and the staff at check in were very friendly! The hotel is close to the beach only about a 10 minute walk! The old town is further but very easy to walk to or a take a bus. We will be back!

Decent and modern hotel in San Sebastián. Hotel is quite far away from old town and touristic places. Value for money with all full amenities in rooms and the welcome dessert platter. Rooms are a bit small though got good view of neighboring buildings. At late night heard some shouting from restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast spread though a bit on the high price.

Pet friendly, great and relatively well priced hotel. Beautiful city, and the hotel has an amazing location for you to have a great breakfast around and enjoy the bay in 10 min. walk

We got nice and spacious room, but room bad maintenance. Coffee machine not working. Mini bar not cold.

Modern and clean NH hotel, located very close to the beach and 20-minute walk distance from the the old town. We enjoyed walking and took it as a kind of exercise after eating all the good food. The hotel does have garage parking available even with some spots for electric vehicles. Breakfast was very good, staffing was polite and friendly. The Hotel bar is also nice. We were enjoying the stay now the second time.

Good and secure underground parking, but expensive at 25 euros a night.
It is a short walk to the beach, but around 25 minutes into the town centre (along the beach front).
We would definitely stay here again in the future.
