Nice location. Very close to the Playa de la Concha and the old town (casco viejo). Staff is very nice and friendly.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others. The service was absolutely wonderful, lovely, friendly staff - especially the lady who gave us a sun umbrella to borrow for the day (to take to the beach). The room was perfect, lovely and clean. The food was absolutely brilliant. However, the best part was the location - exactly what we were looking for.

The hotel was very clean from the moment we entered, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Reading some reviews, room size was great, don't know what people expect! Breakfast was ok, with good coffee. Great location for a 2 night stay.

Unbeatable location. Our room on the 6 floor with balcony was spacious, comfortable and most importantly quiet. The breakfast was plentifulvvery varied and constantly replenished. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the young guy whom just started his job there. Overall a superb hotel!

The bed is quite poor (foldout with wheels) and small. The rooms are decent but lots of light enters the room at night around the edges of the front door.
Parking is not well organized and is off site.

Perfect location near the beach! Short walk to the old city center. Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Got a room with a limited sea view, silent area in night time. I really recommend this for a trip to San Sebastián.

We were so disappointed that we checked out minutes after checking in. We were told there was only one room left (we booked months in advance) and we were given a dark room with a view of a rusty wall and someone’s laundry. The bathroom shower was old and the room was tiny and dark with a musty smell.
Once we told the front desk that we were checking out and moving hotels suddenly a new and better room became available. We were so turned off that we were treated this way that we left without taking the better room.
I am sure there are nice rooms available here but once you get given the worst one it is such a turn off that you cannot stay.
