The room was nice, clean and renovated. Tv which was mounted on the wooden wall was movable so you can watch from bed or sofa. Room can easily fit family of 4. Modern bathroom separated from room with a glass wall. Food choice in restaurant give you a lot of choice. Sauna, gym, swimming pools are have to keep you busy. Staff speak lots of languages so easy to communicate. Will recommend it to everyone...

Absolutely brilliant hotel, this is our 5th visit and already booked for may 26,fantastic entertainment. Plenty for the kids and adults alike and the food is great. 5 minute walk to the beach and bars and the square on a night is fantastic takes about 30 mins to walk to it, but lots of bars on the way.

It’s a very sweet family hotel. The pool is very modern and the pirate theme throughout hotel is very cool. The staff were all lovely. We stayed for five nights with two teenage kids. Postitives were the lunch and dinners each day were very good, and breakfast was good. Nice location by the beach and a short walk to Santa Ponça main beach. Staff were friendly. Negatives were there was not enough sunbeds or seats at night for all the guests. Been here years ago before it was done up..Felix was the entertainment God bless him he sadly passed..always had us laughing the bar staff were lovely down to earth people..food wasn bad but ye can always go somewhere else if you don't like it..all in all it was a good spot x

Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended. Lifts to get up and down to apartment, the apartments pool is a decent size and just next door is the Hotel Casablanca which is connected to the apartments and we were allowed to use the pool and bar there too. Well recommended

We just had 4 nights here , 14th June 25 I can honestly say I have only the best to say about this hotel .. the bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch The breakfast was amazing .. so much choice .. the drinks so reasonably priced I do like to try different areas , but we wil definitely be coming back .. Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although a bit noisy during the night due to noise from the street, but we could sleep fairly well. Breakfast was decent. The quality of the food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price. Highly recommended overall.

Very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I sustained an injury whilst on holiday and the staff provided me with ice packs and the use of a wheelchair free of charge - very helpful. The food was lovely, always fresh and hot. Great location, short walk to shops, beach and bus stops. Hotel is exactly like the photos on it's website. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here such a lovely hotel. The staff very helpful. Used the buses to travel around which was fab. Food lovely. Overall awesome time Good choice at breakfast. Bar sold good value beer and wine. I did have the odd cocktail 🍸 as well. Also great for people watching

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, great comfy rooms with modern amenities. Bar area is lovely, proper sun trap on the front of you want to people watch. Staff were great, could not fault them, plenty choice for breakfast too. Even doen to complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival. Stayed in the 2nd floor above the taxi tank which did mean that a few of the drivers used to chat late...

Nice staff and clean rooms. However bad breakfast, wasent worth eating. The manager is also very loud which disturbed our sleep.

So let’s be positive first… Beds were clean and very comfy! We were lucky to have a big balcony with views. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. And there it ends, the rooms as stated previously are very basic, the shower is tiny! One plug in the whole room which was in the middle of the headboard! Well this place is absolutely ideally located (as long as you can cope with the small hill from the promenade), near the shops, beaches and bars/restaurants. It is also very inexpensive for what you get in terms of the room etc. It is however a bit dated, though it is kept exceptionally well and is very clean. I have just come back after saying for three nights it was a party of 10 lads. I say lads 55 year olds to 65 year old. We found the rooms basic but very clean. The poolside area was great sun loungers looking over the beach which is a three minute stroll away. Bar was well stocked and had no complaints.
