Returned from our first trip to Santa Ponsa a couple of weeks ago and this hotel was amazing and we thoroughly recommend it. From our arrival (20 minute transfer) the reception staff were very welcoming and although our room wasn't quite ready it was no problem and they were very accommodating. Negatives- we were there for 2 weeks and on the 9th day I had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed as they had not been changed. The food in the “a la carte” once a week was horrendous, cold and chewy food We were there for a wedding which hotel staff new about and we were not allowed 2 glasses of all inclusive wine up to the room whilst getting ready as it had to be “plastic cups” for the father...

Fabulous hotel in a great location... what's not to love! Absolutely fabulous hotel!! Stayed for a week, had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, Alex on reception was so welcoming & friendly. Spent 10 days there end of Aug into 1st week of Sep, loved it. Just had a short break there for 4 days. It's definitely worth spending that bit extra on the premium rooms, you have exclusive access to the roof pool, gets the sun all day. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff, from the cleaners and all the way up were friendly and attentive. The 2 reception ladies were wonderful and helpful. Great location, only a few hundred meters from a supermarket. A great selection of restaurants and the beach under 5 minutes of walk. The hotel is generally very nice and clean. And the staff is very helpful if you have any questions. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel, nice food and friendly staff. Only thing letting it down was the Spa. The 'relaxing' massage was mediocre at best. Firstly she didn't ask if we had any illnesses or recent accidents...always a must before a massage! Inconsistent pressure, to the point l had to ask her to stop the seemingly endless, 1 handed head massaage...l think she was looking at her phone at this point! Very disappointed...

Jumping into the sea and the music at night was great!

Overall it was a pleasant stay but a few things could have been improved on. Our room smelt of blocked drain (third floor). Robin, a brand new member of staff, did not help me with my bags (two backpacks, full duty free bag and a wheel case) when I was clearly heavily pregnant and clearly struggling to juggle all of the bags. Surely helping a pregnant woman is just common curtesy and doesn’t need...

The views are gorgeous! The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge selection, delicious! Shopping and restaurants were walkable

We booked a suite with a hot tub and terrace with sea view. The terrace was great but there were many ants coming through the patio door. We notified staff and they sent someone to clean it. But 2 days later we saw ants in the closet and they got on my clothes. I had to shake out my clothes. We notified guest services and she didn’t do anything other than have housekeeping come by and give us new towels...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 6-09-24 to 16-09-24. The property is idealy situated on the beach front with all amenities close by. The room is spacious with great views and cleaned daily. The rooftop pool/bar is a must visit the views are spectacular! I found the front of house staff and receptionists very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff friendly helpful. Had an problem with the room 1st night but got sorted very fast. Entertainment Staff fabulous very hard working lad that's very funny and really made are stay 10/10. The cafe coffee and cake was delicious and breakfast every morning also 10/10.all round very good hotel.

We didn't stop here,but really wished I had! Hotel was gorgeous. We stopped near by and popped in for cocktails most evenings and had a dinner once, A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Drinks was amazing, great service. Food was delicious and was one of our favourite places to eat, however we ate there our last night,so only got to eat there once.food was really good.

It was super clean and it had the spa facilities which were very nice.

We only went for a drink but its clear that this hotel is amazing. Sadly, the staff were not. Bit out of my price range for a stay but it's right on the beach, in the centre of everything.

My sister and her husband stayed here in September and were very impressed with the hotels location, fabulous rooftop spa, beautifully designed hotel, helpful staff and cleanliness of their room. They so enjoyed their wonderful holiday there. Thank you. ❤️

Would definitely recommend. Been here twice now and both times have been just as good. The food is in great variety, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The rooms are well equipped and the hotel provides many services such as beach towel rental, bike hire and 3 pools! Will definitely come back

The location is great and also the service is very nice. The people are very nice. The room is nothing special but beautiful. But what I don't like is the WiFi. The WiFi don't work and also on my room I can't even use it if it would work because the WiFi has a very small range. There is another WiFi but you need to pay for that. If you can use that 30min a day for free, it would be a nice offer.

Now here is the negative points from our stay, we got there after midnight and was told no room because we were checking in past the above time but then they had 1. Hotel is spotless. Food is good with something for everyone. The pool area is the quietest I have ever seen at a hotel at the height of season. You can basically walk in and get a lounger no problem. Would definitely come back

Absolutely amazing. Room was lovely, spacious and the Hottub was regularly cleaned. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of choices. Ate at the restaurant a few times and food was excellent.

We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! It's a very simple hotel. The rooms are functional and clean. Breakfast is served across the street with a stunning view of the bay. The staff is very helpful.The pool was OK. It's OK for a short stay.

Brilliant brekfast - delicious fruits - situation ok

We stayed in January and this was one of the few hotels open. The rooms were basic and clean but the breakfasts and dinner options were amazing.

We just had 4 nights here , 14th June 25 I can honestly say I have only the best to say about this hotel .. the bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch The breakfast was amazing .. so much choice .. the drinks so reasonably priced I do like to try different areas , but we wil definitely be coming back .. Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although a bit noisy during the night due to noise from the street, but we could sleep fairly well. Breakfast was decent. The quality of the food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price. Highly recommended overall.

Very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I sustained an injury whilst on holiday and the staff provided me with ice packs and the use of a wheelchair free of charge - very helpful. The food was lovely, always fresh and hot. Great location, short walk to shops, beach and bus stops. Hotel is exactly like the photos on it's website. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here such a lovely hotel. The staff very helpful. Used the buses to travel around which was fab. Food lovely. Overall awesome time Good choice at breakfast. Bar sold good value beer and wine. I did have the odd cocktail 🍸 as well. Also great for people watching

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, great comfy rooms with modern amenities. Bar area is lovely, proper sun trap on the front of you want to people watch. Staff were great, could not fault them, plenty choice for breakfast too. Even doen to complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival. Stayed in the 2nd floor above the taxi tank which did mean that a few of the drivers used to chat late...

Love this place! Food and drinks here in the sun above the pool after the golf round is brilliant. Excellent golf shop as well, focused on great golf clothes.

Lovely hotel inside but needs a lot of work on the façade very delapadated

If you love golf this one is for you. Reasonable hotel facilities with amazing views. Golf course is challenging enough and as houseguest you also get 40% discount on green fees.

I stayed at Santa Ponsa Pins Hotel and appreciated its quiet location just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The room was clean and functional, with air conditioning, a private balcony, and reliable Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was good, which made for a comfortable stay. We booked a 3 night get away at this hotel, for the price I did expect better. Breakfast is very mediocre, not much choice, coffee machine also wasn’t working properly. The bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. Room was very outdated and needs a revamp. The rest of the hotel was nice, near restaurants, shops and 5 min walk to the beach. Handy location but won’t be staying here again.

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

We returned today from this lovely hotel a family of six four adults two children age 11 &8. I have to start with the staff who are amazing friendly welcoming and ensure your stay is special. I like everything about this property particularly the staff. If I can suggest something, they should ask solo travellers if they want to share their table at breakfast or dinner. I’ll take that offer as I found it very lonely staying at the hotel with no one to talk to.

The rooms are nice and clean. All rooms have a sea view and they’re great for the sunset. Reception area is so cool. The food in the restaurant is great, but stay away from the food in the pool area - it’s frozen-pizza style. The wifi is unreliable. (-1 star for pool food and wifi)

Nice hotel to stay. Air condition, kitchen, livingroom, terrace in one apartment - hotel room. It's clean and well equipped.

When I got here I thought it was going to be bad because of their layout but it was about 4am when I got to their room they left us a salad and a roll . In the morning we went to breakfast I saw the view of the beach and harbour it is class there food is fabulous couldnt ask for better staff and the entertaiment team are amazing only thing I would say was there entertainment is more for younger kids...

Apart from a mile long hill, it was great. Use the free shuttle bus that runs on the hour from the club until 6pm,if you are going to the beach. Entertainment geared for families, all good fun. Food so much choice and so delicious. Staff all helpful and welcoming. Apartments comfortable and clean.

Loved my 5 day break here. Perfect holiday, fairly quiet end of April. Great staff, food, rooms and amazing balcony. Cannot wait to go back again and meet up with the new friends we made. Fab holiday

Don't believe all the negative reviews I had a fantastic week at this hotel. Of course there was sunbed wars that happens everywhere but I always managed to find a place to sit. The room was clean and beds comfortable, never run out of hot water when taking a shower which has happened to me before in other hotels. Food served all day long and plenty of it you'll never go hungry and a great selection...

Just back last night from 6 nights at this hotel. We are Irish, 21 female and 23 male. We previously read the reviews and therefore had low expectations, but we were sooo pleasantly surprised. This is a fairly cheap hotel and we paid £1080 for 2 people, 6 nights, all inclusive with 2 23KG bags, flights and transfers with EasyJet holidays - which in my opinion is very good, and the shared transfer only...

We are just back from this hotel I did not know what to expect from the reviews but we had a good holiday. You have to remember it is a 3 * Hotel not like its two sister Hotels accross the road from the hotel you have the use of the facilities in the sister Hotels which was great. Just stayed with my children Wednesday-Sunday, views from balcony are beautiful, supermarket directly opposite, not much entertainment however the vibe I got staying here is people use this as a base to sunbathe in the day an sleep (or not sleep ) at night. There is an indoor pool small but perfect for an overcast day. For children the big pool is very deep and the lifeguards sit behind a tree on there...

Like most of the other reviews, I was nervous of the negative comments. Can 100% say that the sea views made up for any shortfalls, absolutely fabulous! Yes the hotel was a little dated, but very clean and comfortable, excellent service from all staff and well worth the money. The hotel is good, the rooms are well-maintained, and the receptionist is particularly friendly. We didn't have any food, and the options seem limited. It's ideal for self-catering. It's located a bit up the hill and a 30-minute walk from the center.

i stayed here for 3 nights with my family and it is honestly a 5 star hotel and one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. The whole experience was top class. The staff were all lovely and helpful even smiling when walking past! the cleaners were brilliant! nothing was ever a bother to any of the staff. The entertainment at the poolside was amazing. Honestly i can’t recommend this hotel enough...

This is another great Globales hotel. Arrived on the Sunday and was greeted at reception after taking the A11 bus from the airport (little tip, only €5 each and you simply tap your card when you get on and off, and only takes 40 minutes). The hotel is very good. The family room is very large. There is a sofa bed or even a double bed. The ventilation is not very good and the air conditioning is not very good. It is very hot.

Location is excellent, great pool area and pool bar the front of house staff always friendly and helpful
