Returned from our first trip to Santa Ponsa a couple of weeks ago and this hotel was amazing and we thoroughly recommend it. From our arrival (20 minute transfer) the reception staff were very welcoming and although our room wasn't quite ready it was no problem and they were very accommodating. Negatives- we were there for 2 weeks and on the 9th day I had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed as they had not been changed. The food in the “a la carte” once a week was horrendous, cold and chewy food We were there for a wedding which hotel staff new about and we were not allowed 2 glasses of all inclusive wine up to the room whilst getting ready as it had to be “plastic cups” for the father...

Fabulous hotel in a great location... what's not to love! Absolutely fabulous hotel!! Stayed for a week, had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, Alex on reception was so welcoming & friendly. Spent 10 days there end of Aug into 1st week of Sep, loved it. Just had a short break there for 4 days. It's definitely worth spending that bit extra on the premium rooms, you have exclusive access to the roof pool, gets the sun all day. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff, from the cleaners and all the way up were friendly and attentive. The 2 reception ladies were wonderful and helpful. Great location, only a few hundred meters from a supermarket. A great selection of restaurants and the beach under 5 minutes of walk. The hotel is generally very nice and clean. And the staff is very helpful if you have any questions. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel, nice food and friendly staff. Only thing letting it down was the Spa. The 'relaxing' massage was mediocre at best. Firstly she didn't ask if we had any illnesses or recent accidents...always a must before a massage! Inconsistent pressure, to the point l had to ask her to stop the seemingly endless, 1 handed head massaage...l think she was looking at her phone at this point! Very disappointed...

Just back from a short break to Santa Ponsa and stayed at the Senses hotel. Reflecting, I'm not sure much can be improved. First up, the welcome at reception was first class. This hotel is just superb, as it is the perfect combination: great location, breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, food is great and the staff is really nice and takes care of everything for you. As it is an only adults hotel, it's perfect for couples to relax and enjoy the experience. I couldn't recommend it enough, so I'll just say that I started to plan my next visit to the hotel the minute...

A dream come true!!! This place is amazing! From the moment we stepped into the building we felt that it was the right choice! We wanted a place where to relax and it was exactly that. Lovely hotel Stayed one week in early August 2021. Our jacuzzi bathtub had had a repair but it was bearable. The shower looked newly refurbished and missed some sealing, but otherwise very good. Outstanding hotel for very good value. Beautiful rooms facing the ocean, beautiful pool area and within walking distance to endless great restaurants. The small theater to upgrade to the prestige section is definitely worth it because there’s a very nice pool/lounge area with incredible views that is reserved for prestige guests. It’s may be a 10 or 15% extra charge but was well worth it in my opinion...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 6-09-24 to 16-09-24. The property is idealy situated on the beach front with all amenities close by. The room is spacious with great views and cleaned daily. The rooftop pool/bar is a must visit the views are spectacular! I found the front of house staff and receptionists very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff friendly helpful. Had an problem with the room 1st night but got sorted very fast. Entertainment Staff fabulous very hard working lad that's very funny and really made are stay 10/10. The cafe coffee and cake was delicious and breakfast every morning also 10/10.all round very good hotel.

We didn't stop here,but really wished I had! Hotel was gorgeous. We stopped near by and popped in for cocktails most evenings and had a dinner once, A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Drinks was amazing, great service. Food was delicious and was one of our favourite places to eat, however we ate there our last night,so only got to eat there once.food was really good.

It was super clean and it had the spa facilities which were very nice.

We only went for a drink but its clear that this hotel is amazing. Sadly, the staff were not. Bit out of my price range for a stay but it's right on the beach, in the centre of everything.

My sister and her husband stayed here in September and were very impressed with the hotels location, fabulous rooftop spa, beautifully designed hotel, helpful staff and cleanliness of their room. They so enjoyed their wonderful holiday there. Thank you. ❤️

Would definitely recommend. Been here twice now and both times have been just as good. The food is in great variety, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The rooms are well equipped and the hotel provides many services such as beach towel rental, bike hire and 3 pools! Will definitely come back

The location is great and also the service is very nice. The people are very nice. The room is nothing special but beautiful. But what I don't like is the WiFi. The WiFi don't work and also on my room I can't even use it if it would work because the WiFi has a very small range. There is another WiFi but you need to pay for that. If you can use that 30min a day for free, it would be a nice offer.

This a very nice hotel and breakfast is very good with lots of selection, location is good and the rooms were cleaned every day. Now here is the negative points from our stay, we got there after midnight and was told no room because we were checking in past the above time but then they had 1. The room had a disgusting drainage smell coming from the bathroom, the air conditioning was not worth having...

Staying here at the moment (last couple of days) and all week has been bliss. Perfect location with supermarkets, restaurants and the beach all within a 3 minute walk. Hotel is spotless. Food is good with something for everyone. The pool area is the quietest I have ever seen at a hotel at the height of season. You can basically walk in and get a lounger no problem. Would definitely come back

Lovely hotel with great breakfast

The Pure Salt Port Adriano is by far the best hotel I ever stayed in. From the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, I will not ever consider anywhere else while in Mallorca. They made my wife and I have our dream honeymoon. Thanks again!

Hotel is well maintained and clean. Pool is good enough and you’re still within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Food is terrible. They tried to be too creative and reinvent items that are worldwide made a certain way by adding items that don’t belong in those items hence ruining the taste. Stayed here with my partner for a week. Really lovley place . Very clean only a few things wrong. was Tv being small and placed in the wrong space,light on balcony broken,stain on bed cover. Across the road from the sea and a few minutes walk to the beach,rooms are clean, little dated but good,. Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although a bit noisy during the night due to noise from the street, but we could sleep fairly well. Breakfast was decent. The quality of the food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price. Highly recommended overall.

Very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I sustained an injury whilst on holiday and the staff provided me with ice packs and the use of a wheelchair free of charge - very helpful. The food was lovely, always fresh and hot. Great location, short walk to shops, beach and bus stops. Hotel is exactly like the photos on it's website. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here such a lovely hotel. The staff very helpful. Used the buses to travel around which was fab. Food lovely. Overall awesome time Good choice at breakfast. Bar sold good value beer and wine. I did have the odd cocktail 🍸 as well. Also great for people watching

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, great comfy rooms with modern amenities. Bar area is lovely, proper sun trap on the front of you want to people watch. Staff were great, could not fault them, plenty choice for breakfast too. Even doen to complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival. Love this place! Food and drinks here in the sun above the pool after the golf round is brilliant. Excellent golf shop as well, focused on great golf clothes.

If you love golf this one is for you. Reasonable hotel facilities with amazing views. Golf course is challenging enough and as houseguest you also get 40% discount on green fees.

We booked a 3 night get away at this hotel, for the price I did expect better. Breakfast is very mediocre, not much choice, coffee machine also wasn’t working properly. The bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. Room was very outdated and needs a revamp. The rest of the hotel was nice, near restaurants, shops and 5 min walk to the beach. Handy location but won’t be staying here again.

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

I like everything about this property particularly the staff. If I can suggest something, they should ask solo travellers if they want to share their table at breakfast or dinner. I’ll take that offer as I found it very lonely staying at the hotel with no one to talk to.

The rooms are nice and clean. All rooms have a sea view and they’re great for the sunset. Reception area is so cool. The food in the restaurant is great, but stay away from the food in the pool area - it’s frozen-pizza style. The wifi is unreliable. (-1 star for pool food and wifi)

When I got here I thought it was going to be bad because of their layout but it was about 4am when I got to their room they left us a salad and a roll . In the morning we went to breakfast I saw the view of the beach and harbour it is class there food is fabulous couldnt ask for better staff and the entertaiment team are amazing only thing I would say was there entertainment is more for younger kids...

Apart from a mile long hill, it was great. Use the free shuttle bus that runs on the hour from the club until 6pm,if you are going to the beach. Entertainment geared for families, all good fun. Food so much choice and so delicious. Staff all helpful and welcoming. Apartments comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing time here. The staff were all amazing (especially the restaurant staff who entertained our 4 and 18 month old with hellos and high fives!) It's close to a snorkelling area and diving board and 15 / 20 minutes walk the other way is Santa ponsa beach. We don't normally return anywhere...

We had the most amazing last minute family holiday!! The staff were 10/10 and done everything & anything to make our holiday perfect. Had a great time food was lovely and dinner was a different theme each night. All staff very friendly and great with the kids. Never had a problem getting a few beds at different times of the day but would go early to the outdoor terrace to get a seat for the entertainment in the evening. This hotel is beautiful. We spent 10 days (2Ad.9&13yr olds) and it was heaven. Not only is the hotel spotless, but the food is excellent and the bar service is great, even if busy. The pool is well supervised and the pool area is clean. We had no problem getting loungers and although the hotel was busy, it was very relaxed. The location is superb and the highlight for me was the beach bar area....

Don't believe all the negative reviews I had a fantastic week at this hotel. Of course there was sunbed wars that happens everywhere but I always managed to find a place to sit. The room was clean and beds comfortable, never run out of hot water when taking a shower which has happened to me before in other hotels. We are just back from this hotel I did not know what to expect from the reviews but we had a good holiday. You have to remember it is a 3 * Hotel not like its two sister Hotels accross the road from the hotel you have the use of the facilities in the sister Hotels which was great. The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

Fantastic place to stay, greeting from staff on arrival was so welcoming. So clean and rooms were bright and well maintained. Food bar in the pool area was excellent and very tasty at very reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming again.
