In short. The entertainment is abysmal. If they sorted that out the place could be amazing. Food was fine if not hot enough unless you get it when it first comes out. All staff amazing and the place is clean and tidy and the drinks are great. We had a good time but would not return as there is just nothing to do not even outside the hotel.

We spent a week here with the kids. They loved the pool, especially the slides. We went all inclusive and the experience was trouble free. Easy to let the kids go up and pick their own food and there was a decent selection of food. Drinks were available as well and there was a chilled attitude where you could relax and enjoy your holiday.

I had a fantastic 2 week stay. I was especially impressed by 2 persons from the hotel. Namely Sandra Valencia from the restaurant; she made us feel very special and offered greatly service beyond her duty. Then the Technician guy Tony; always helpful with whatever we needed. Beautiful place without leaving the complex, you have facilities that are also clean, serviced with great professionalism. The spa is complete and beautiful, winter and summer. Very good experience overall pools are not too crowded, none of the usually rush for sunbeds, right next to beach accomodation is a good size if a little dated, only issues are food could be better but could be a lot worse too and beds could do with being a little softer. Overall though very good.

Negatives first: it’s ridiculous to not offer a drink with dinner. At breakfast juices etc on offer but for dinner you have to fork out extra. There’s one bloke who makes his way around the restaurant pushing overpriced drinks on you, standing too close, and swooping in to take payment when you do cave and order one. Secondly, no tea or coffee in the rooms?! Why provide a kettle but not a sodding tea...

Loved staying at this hotel. Room and bed was nice. Really great buffet-style breakfast with immense selection. They also offer several activities and services such as Tai-Chi and Turkish bath/sauna. Didn't try their dinner, but wish I had. I feel a bit stupid about paying over €40 for their laundry service, but might be normal for a hotel.

It has a really nice ambience. You feel part of the history of the place, which has a lot of it. Drinks were so well prepared, and good quality. This young pair called Rapport were singing while we were there and they have amazing voices and a lot of class. It was the perfect show.

Frankly I fail to comprehend how such an amazingly set hotel can fail to live up to its standard. The room service is mediocre at best - soap has run out the 2nd day, never refilled. Same for shampoo and shower gel. With a nice touch of a used sachette with some medicament left by a previous guest - never temived from the shower. It’s not my job to remind people of their jobs... One of the best hotels we ever stayed on. The room were clean, big, modern decor, and with two terraces, beeds were super. We had ordered breakfirst and dinner. @NiloSpa Please place furniture glides under the furniture (beds, chairs) in the rooms. I was woken up every morning when the staff moved the furniture to clean the floors. It makes a very loud noise and you can still hear it on the next floor. Otherwise I was quite happy with the hotel ;-)

We had a great time staying at the Hotel Cupid'Or. It's a beautiful, colorful estate with a road-facing restaurant attached (which we only visited for breakfast). Rooms were always clean and service on point. The front desk manager was always available and eager to respond to any questions we had.

I arrived early morning and I could check in immediately. I came with a bike case and the front desk staff switched my room from the 5 th floor to the ground floor, without me asking for! Cleanliness, food and service is outstanding. I definitely will come back.

The location is great! , Quiet location and yet not far from the beach and the action. We had a junior suite in October and loved it. Very clean, very friendly staff, good service! The buffet is rich in the mornings and evenings and there is something for every taste. We will definitely come back next year, and we hope that we will then be able to experience a nice, relaxing holiday again.
