I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews, we had a lovely weeks holiday here. On arrival we were given a bottle of water when asked as we didn’t arrive until gone mid night. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed Aslong as they were placed in the shower as stated on wall sticker in bathroom. Had the most amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage, wish id booked longer! So relaxing and came out feeling amazing! Highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend book if I ever return to Mallorca! Probably the best massage I've ever had!

The staff was so friendly and room had a very good sea view, nice swimming pool and nice breakfast. I recommend this place to have a great vacation. Just one thing was lacking. And it was the lack of not included kettle and tea.

Absolutely fantastic place can't believe this place is a 3 Star. Spotlessly clean. Food was freshly made omelettes pancakes even a smoothie bar all freshly made. Calm, clean, gentle service and a very nice breakfast with fresh fruits and a lot of different bread to choose between. I am not so fond of the solution of the bathroom, with glassdoors, that you cant shut properly, but you manage that too. A small refrigerator is a plus.

I really think this hotel is great. Situated in a calm street, but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Good food, pleasant and helpful staff and very clean hotel but nowhere to sit indoors and read, no proper lighting for reading anywhere and very small rooms. This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Food is brilliant, rooms are spacious and spotless and all the staff friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Fantastic service, food and facilities! Yes, it's at the top of the hill, but that means you get quiet views of lovely countryside. The hotel is spotless and staff are great. We were probably the only British guests but we did not mind that at all. We liked sitting outside for meals and that takes a bit of technique as there are not enough seats for everyone out on the balcony!

I arrived early morning and I could check in immediately. I came with a bike case and the front desk staff switched my room from the 5 th floor to the ground floor, without me asking for! Cleanliness, food and service is outstanding. I definitely will come back.

Very meat heavy kitchen and a bad description of the food! To be fair: 2 out of 7 days offered a decent vegetarian option. Just returned from a family holiday (2 adults, 2 kids). Wonderful family run hotel, location closed to the beach, great pool, caring staff and good food. There is some road noise, but you get used to it and no noisy disco or entertainment! The art is stunning, I would love to know a bit more about the artists. A little gem. Thank you.
