We arrived at night and were shown two apartments upstairs and dragged our luggage with us. My husband could never have climbed stairs and this had been clearly flagged before us. What a short break. Good food. Sun. Great entertainment for adults and kids. Very close to the beach. 2 pools at the resort to enjoy (3 if your magnus). Water slides and a play area. Highly recommended.

In short. The entertainment is abysmal. If they sorted that out the place could be amazing. Food was fine if not hot enough unless you get it when it first comes out. All staff amazing and the place is clean and tidy and the drinks are great. We had a good time but would not return as there is just nothing to do not even outside the hotel.

We spent a week here with the kids. They loved the pool, especially the slides. We went all inclusive and the experience was trouble free. Easy to let the kids go up and pick their own food and there was a decent selection of food. Drinks were available as well and there was a chilled attitude where you could relax and enjoy your holiday.

I had a fantastic 2 week stay. I was especially impressed by 2 persons from the hotel. Namely Sandra Valencia from the restaurant; she made us feel very special and offered greatly service beyond her duty. Then the Technician guy Tony; always helpful with whatever we needed. The Beverley Playa is a large clean, well presented hotel but I found it fairly disorganised in relation to the different levels of board and how people were treated. Our first time in an all-inclusive hotel. Disappointed that the wine and cocktails were dreadful and hugely contrasting to what was being served at The Sunset Bar. There was a poster advertising a late-check out option but this was not available due to the number of guests - why advertise this? The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Just a few steps from the beach and with 3 swimming pools. Food was great, especially fish and seafood with so many different options. Beautiful place without leaving the complex, you have facilities that are also clean, serviced with great professionalism. The spa is complete and beautiful, winter and summer. Another holiday without children. So that may not be the case. Yes, you may choose the wrong hotel, but in this case it's a hit. Location is close to the beaches and shopping street, restaurants. The hotel facilities were quite good despite some of them being old but not outdated. No fridge in the room. Room was big, comfortable, with big balcony facing the sea. (surely not there for rooms in the opposite side.) Pools were nice, and the spa pool was good for relaxing. The cleaning seemed to not involve vacuum cleaner so dusts...

Very good experience overall pools are not too crowded, none of the usually rush for sunbeds, right next to beach accomodation is a good size if a little dated, only issues are food could be better but could be a lot worse too and beds could do with being a little softer. Overall though very good.

Stayed (once more) this time from Oct. 117th to Oct 21st. It was like the twwo stays before an excelent experience. Starting with extreme helpfull and nice people who work for the Valentin Group (we had events in all three of the hotels in Paguera and also one event in Can Picafort). It was a Pleasure to be there and I will definitely return for another stay, and take my father with me, so he can relax...

Absolutely fantastic place can't believe this place is a 3 Star. Spotlessly clean. Food was freshly made omelettes pancakes even a smoothie bar all freshly made. Kids loved it especially the Water splash park. Entertainment every day loads to do. Lovely staff.Great location a short walk into beautiful Paguera. Would definitely go again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Valentin Park Club at Mallorca, were surprised about all the offered activities and entertainment! The kids had great fun in the children's pool with all its water slides!

Cleanness of the hotel very good, facilities and decoration also very good. The organisation of the buffet needs redoing, as the dessert was in the middle of the savoury food. Hotel itself is nice! Friendly personnel, clean rooms and a good location. As a vegetarian though I had a hard time finding something to eat, especially for dinner. Very meat heavy kitchen and a bad description of the food! To be fair: 2 out of 7 days offered a decent vegetarian option. Recommendation: rather skip the dinner if you follow a diet or have allergies.

This is a nice hotel close to the beach. I wish there could be more diversity in regards to guests though. Most of the people who live there are couples over 50 years old from Germany. Lovely little hotel, with amazing service and cosy atmosphere

Frankly I fail to comprehend how such an amazingly set hotel can fail to live up to its standard. The room service is mediocre at best - soap has run out the 2nd day, never refilled. Same for shampoo and shower gel. With a nice touch of a used sachette with some medicament left by a previous guest - never temived from the shower. It’s not my job to remind people of their jobs... Only stayed for two nights so far. Fellow guest's manners seem to be lost here but it could just be the area, most staff are pleasant. Problem with room a/c dripping water onto floor on second night, was given a towel to put down and told it will stop, still works great (UPDATE: Air con was fixed next day while we were out without disturbing us). The staff was so friendly and room had a very good sea view, nice swimming pool and nice breakfast. I recommend this place to have a great vacation. Just one thing was lacking. And it was the lack of not included kettle and tea.

We had a economy room so I will not complain About the view. But the service is the best!! The cook at the grill is the best!!!! Wish him only the best!!! It is a luxury hotel with beautiful views. In the rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It was a pleasure stay. The hotel is so big and spread over the hill that you feel like in a village! They got a separate area with swimming pool adults only that was just perfect! Friendly and familiar. Our Room was dirty as we arrived (hair in the shower and a slight smell of urin). After we told the reception, it got cleand. Even though it was very dilapidated. The food was ok but not what we expected. All in all was it ok for an trip in mallorca, if you dont plan to stay in your room all day long.

Amazing Price. The rooms are all renovated and look great. (2018) There is always someone at the desk downstairs and to be honest I have never had such a great breakfast menu in this price-league. I would give them more stars if that was possible , the room was really clean with a big balkon , the women on the recaption are really helpfull , the breakfast is good also , it is near to the beach and to the bus station and that was nice .

Awesome for the price. All the rooms look like brand new (2018). Super friendly staff and fairly big breakfast selection. Oh and it's right in the middle of Peguera which is great . The rooms have good insulation - you can hardly hear any noise from the street. It was an amazing stay and the price I paid was incredibly low.

Clean hotel, have to pay wifi 4euros per day or 15 euros per week. The walls are not so large so you hear all from the corridors.

We went on Friday hoping for seafood, but the fish options were limited and it was grill night. The service was quite slow, but extremely friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. We excellent starters of fried squid and ham with melon, a lovely Hugo cocktail. I had steak which, I think was the best steak I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced. Happy customer.

We had a great time staying at the Hotel Cupid'Or. It's a beautiful, colorful estate with a road-facing restaurant attached (which we only visited for breakfast). Rooms were always clean and service on point. The front desk manager was always available and eager to respond to any questions we had.

Very cozy hotel run by the same family for decades. Katia and her mom are super friendly hosts. Initially planned to spent 5 days, but loved it and extended our stay for another week. I would stay here again. Charming budget accommodation which I am sure in the summer months would be outstanding. In February most local bars, restaurants closed early.
