The staff are amazing has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Staff all round are happy to help and carry a smile on their faces. The rooms are amazing and the entertainers keep the kids going by remembering all their names and constantly making them feel special. The hotel room so clean and the restaurant has a different night based on culture around the world

Our whole family love coming to this hotel- so much so, we have gone there on two consecutive years. All the staff have big smiles, are really helpful and professional. The welcome at reception, the cleanliness of the hotel and the wide variety of at meal times are second to none in our experience. Our children love the kids club, games room and pool- the entertainment staff go out of their way to understand the needs of the children and have lots of fun with them. Must admit that the sunbeds are very close to each other, but we didn’t find it a problem.

We stayed for five nights with two teenage kids. Postitives were the lunch and dinners each day were very good, and breakfast was good. Nice location by the beach and a short walk to Santa Ponça main beach. Staff were friendly. Negatives were there was not enough sunbeds or seats at night for all the guests. People were getting up and reserving sunbeds at 5.30am onwards and hotel did not remove towels that had been there all day when no people were on them. At night there wasn’t enough seats for everyone so people were sitting on the wall. Hotel entertainment for little kids seemed good but for older kids it was all finished by about half 10. Overall pleasant stay but I wouldn’t come back due to the fight for sunbeds and seats at night

Just back from a 5-night stay at Fergus Cala Blanca. To be honest, we tried to check out after 2 nights, but since we would have had to pay for the full stay anyway, we decided to stick it out. We booked the Presidential Suite for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, and I have to say, the room itself was fantastic. Loads of space, and the balcony was amazing. Not outdated as I had read about rooms in other reviews. But please, take the feedback about the pool area seriously. In all my years of travel, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was waking up at 7am each morning and looking out from our balcony, only to see nearly every sunbed already “reserved” with towels. Maybe one or two beds were left, if that. There are very few umbrellas, so unless you're lucky, there’s almost no shade. And even if you did manage to get a bed, they are crammed in so tightly that all the beds are touching and you're basically lying right next other guests. Some beds are tucked awkwardly down the side of walls just to squeeze more in. The entire pool area is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Honestly, it was such a letdown. We couldn’t spend any time at the pool because of 1) the lack of available beds and 2) how overcrowded and uncomfortable it felt. It was the opposite of relaxing. The food was fine, something for everyone, and the staff were lovely...especially the lady who cleaned our room each day. It’s a real shame, because the hotel has potential. But unfortunately, I couldn’t recommend it, purely because of how poor the pool setup is.

Great holiday, with family and friends, kids age 7,8, 12 Room clean and spacious, cleaned every day and towels replaced Restaurant and bar staff friendly and welcoming. Food fine for us, always something for us all to have, we did eat out couple of nights but that was choice not because had issues with hotel food. Bar and restaurant area clean and maintained. Pool on smaller side but this didn’t affect enjoyment. Had to get up early for sunbeds- but same every all inclusive we have been to. Pool bar- fine for us, quick service, slushie machine not working at times for kids. Didn’t queue for any longer than 5 mins. Evening entertainment average for us. Animation team- this team made our holiday, best animation team we have ever visited. Worked so hard to make sure all the kids enjoyed holiday, plenty of activities for kids, lots of interaction with them, very inclusive, would absolutely recommend this hotel for the animation team. Our kids didn’t officially do kids club however joined in most activities and spent lots of time at kids club area and loved it. Games room available and was never too busy for kids not to get turns etc Overall this was a brilliant hotel for us and would highly recommend for a family holiday..

Stayed here with my husband 2 kids and my cousin her man and her 3 kids for 10 nights. We absolutely loved this hotel and staff nothing negative to say about our stay had the best time here. We really wanted to book for next year again but can’t as my kids will be 17 and 15 and for some reason it won’t let me make this booking unless I book 2 rooms so would miss out on free child place and would cost £8080 for 10 nights, but was fine to book it this year when they were 16 and 14 so really disappointed but that. My cousin had her 21 year old 13 year old and 8 year old all the same room this year so really don’t understand this and very disappointed as really wanted to go again but wouldn’t pay £8080.

We returned today from this lovely hotel a family of six four adults two children age 11 &8. I have to start with the staff who are amazing friendly welcoming and ensure your stay is special. The hotel is spotless and well setout Rooms are very large with a separate lounge, bedroom and dressing room a lovely extra, kettles should be supplied just need to ask at reception for anything you require and delivered withing an hour. Restaurant, A great choice of food at every sitting if you can't find something to suit your taste there must be something wrong with you Everyone was catered for. We are two veterans and a gluten intolerant they had no problem selecting meals , apart from gluten-free dessert which there wasn't a big choice. The entertainment team were fantastic with the kids and adults, they remembered you name after one meeting and always upbeat and friendly. Location was great lovely walks along the seafront shops, bars and restaurants in a easy walk. The pool isn't heated so be warned, indoor pool is more undercover than indoors and not very large. The adult only rooftop solarium is well worth the 20€ per room very chilled and relaxing with fabulous views. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as family holiday Go and enjoy.

The first mention has to be the staff! They were all amazing and very friendly! They went above and beyond in each area and made the experience very special! Thank you! Secondly the location is fantastic with great views of the sunset and a beach bar with lovely drinks is definitely something I’d recommend! And thirdly the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were also spot on!

The biggest let down for this hotel is two things which stop it getting a 5 star for me and the first is the quality of the food, it wasn’t the best and the options are very limited, we had a half board package and ended up eating out most nights and sometimes you are waiting a while for them to refresh the more popular dishes which brings me on to my next points….
This hotel is far too over subscribed for the size! The pool area is very narrow with limited space and if you aren’t quick you will not get a sunbed for yourself let alone a family. I have seen online videos of people literally fighting here to get a sunbed and we have visited early April so I dread to think what it’s like in peak summer. The evening entertainment is also very good but again because of the size of the hotel and the amount of people here if you aren’t quick you will not get a seat or a table before the entertainment starts! Luckily we were in a room that overlooked the entertainment area so it wasn’t a problem only that the access to the bar wasn’t as swift and again the line was going out of the door for a drink from the all inclusive crowd that you’d be waiting a while anyway! I know the staff can’t sort the overcrowdednss but it should be looked at because even in early April the place was rammed which would stop me coming back but all in all we had a lovely holiday and the staff were the main reason for it thank you.

After reading the mixed reviews on line we were a little unsure of what to expect but what can I say but wow. Both me and my wife were very impressed with the whole hotel experience and how everything was so perfect. Obviously everyone is entitled to there own opinion and you will get some people who don’t enjoy there experience but I can honestly say hand on heart we did and will definitely be coming back next year.

My daughter and I had a five night stay over the Easter holidays.
The room was disappointing. Broken or dated fixtures and fittings, but the noise at night from neighbouring rooms was awful. You can hear everything from above, below and to the side well into the early hours.
The location is okay; walkable to the next beaches up and down the coast. Bus service to Palma is good and reliable, and €9 for two singles.
The staff are lovely though and food generally really good.
Overall, it was okay but I would not stay here again.
