We really liked this hotel. The hotel is owned and maintained by a very friendly family. The breakfast is delicious 🙂 and the staff is always ready to help. Also, the view from the room is 🤤🤤

This is a wonderful gem along the coast. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and with a spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean. There are restaurants within 10 min of driving. You can hike to the beaches or walk a section of the El Camino. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Stunning position, at the top of a hill, not far from the sea. Many of the rooms are exposed to the west, that means that you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of Santander. The breakfast is not included in the price, but you can add it for 6€ per day. It worths the price, especially for the quality of the cakes. There is no possibility to have lunch or dinner. Excellent hotel, location wat really relaxing and the owner/staff extremely nice. Breakfast was also excellent. Nearby the hotel you will find a beautiful beach within walking distance. Definitely recommended 👍

A stay at this hotel is probably the closest thing to time travel that exists in this world today. In its heyday this place might have been a 4 star hotel. It still has some kind of magic appeal, even though the interior is very outdated. Despite its flaws, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I am not sure I will return, but I am definitely glad I stayed...

I've enjoyed my stay at this old-fashioned location . Me and my friends have been at the villa for a few days while visiting some places around . I should Mention friendly and attentive staff members who took care of us for the entire period . Keep it like that , well deserved 5 stars are YOURS

My husband and I spent 1 night there on the way back to the boat back to Ireland. Its really quirky and very old fashioned but we enjoyed the night we stayed there the staff are very friendly.

I stayed here for two nights. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well-located (close to the beach, the train and bus station and to the city center). I could sometimes hear the neighbors, but it did not annoy me at all. There was also a small bar beside the hotel and the food was really good. I recommend this place

Lovely little hotel. A little out dated but extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean!!! The room was dark as the shutter seemed down but the view wasn't anything special!!! The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and nice towels and hot powerful show. Glorio is in great location and extremely good value for money. Ps the staff were so so so helpful See you again

Not posh But really clean and hard working staff. Has its own cafe where you can buy breakfast etc the reception desk will help with anything you need to know... If you can't speak Spanish get the App on your phone that translates English into Spanish and vice versa.

Breakfast is nice but very small. Rooms are quiet and clean. Hot water took a long time probably because my room was at the end of the hall.

Simple unassuming hotel, very central, 3 mins walk from railway station. lovely welcoming staff. Cafe open serves cheap Spanish breakfast, nice coffee. Stayed 4 nights in September now our go hotel in Santander.

The owners are not only great hosts but great human being. We felt welcomed and like home! They took care of everything. The rooms were so nice and clean. The surroundings just beautiful. We will return for sure!

Beautiful grounds, rural and farm-like, surrounded by cows, horses and lambs nearby. Room and pension nicely decorated and carry a lot of charm. Room doesn't have a fridge or air-con. However, hosts serve hearty breakfast at a small fee in the morning with home-made corn cakes, fresh orange juice, ham and cheese etc. Very friendly hosts who carry their smiles to their service. Very cozy accommodation, attended by a dear family. Cozy place, without great pretensions, ideal to enjoy a few days in the countryside or play golf in the nearby field.

We spent 3 nights and my family and I have found it spectacular, absolute tranquility, a good place to relax and in nature. Juan and Carmina at all times have been concerned so that we do not lack anything and very attentive, a very good place to go with children I give it a 10 and without a doubt when I return to Cantabria we will repeat

Wasn't at hotel but called in to Costa Mar cafe below. Nice well kept cafe bar man warn warm and friendly and attentive, nice coffee.

Good food and price for non-vegetarians. All parts of the menu were delicious and even the cake was super good, which I wouldn’t expect in Spain. I had vegetarian friends and the chef made an effort to cook something. You notice that they are not used to vegetarians, but their creation was apparently still decent.

Good place to take a coffee. Staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is simple, with a airy living room which is great for younger kids. The owners made efforts to ensure our stay was pleasant, changing some of the menu items to suit. Rooms are not big, but we weren't expecting them to be so.

Nice rooms, easy check in. Make sure you have received the check in code before arriving to the rooms. Kitchen includes Nespresso, refrigerator, and some supplies. Would definitely stay again.

Urban Suite is a great location when visiting Santander, the rooms are well maintained and cleaned each day, plus the staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful cozy place to stay in if you are in Santander at a really good price! We stayed at room Paris and it was fabulous! The only thing is that the bathroom has a glass sliding door just in case you do not feel comfortable with that. We felt so pampered by Urban Suite Santander! Nice little kitchenette with all that you need to cook up a fast meal, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, tea selection...

Too expensive for what it is. We stayed 3 nights and paid €220, when this “hotel” is not even worth €20 a night. Very old room (as the name of the hotel indicates), sink with broken door and super just to be able to clean yourself properly. The bed is made of soft foam and I didn't directly put my clothes in the wardrobe because it was broken and full of moisture... I preferred to have the suitcase...

Good value. A 12 min walk from downtown Santander. Clean but dated. Could use a check up ons facilities like broken shower head.

Charming, neat and clean hotel in La Cavada. Near Santander, the beach of Somo and Loredo. Spectacular natural environment of valleys. Is beautiful. The price that includes room and breakfast is very good. Full breakfast, attended by two very attentive, kind and gentle women. Recommendable!! Very quiet place next to the river. The familiar treatment, the service and its peculiar decoration, are what achieve such a welcoming atmosphere in this hotel. Simple but clean rooms and the bathroom has a hairdryer. They care about your stay at all times.

Quality relationship - perfect price. Few hotels give you cleanliness, close and familiar treatment and a good breakfast for just 75 euros / 4 people. And they also manage the purchase of park tickets with a discount. The bathroom, tiny, is true. But, to give an example, of the best WiFi that I used in a hotel (and only with one star). Worth it.

Good people, very attentive and nice. They inform you and reserve tickets. Very clean rooms without frills but they do what is necessary. The breakfast is good served by lovely light. Well located near Cabárceno and Santander, if I go back there I will return to that hotel the price is good

A spectacular site, in every way. The house is beautiful, the environment is ideal to disconnect. Breakfasts are great, great variety. Manuela and Rodrigo behaved great and make you feel very comfortable. The children loved the site. We will come back for sure.

The tranquility of the Posada, the attention of Gonzalo, the breakfast that was spectacular, the size of the room and the hydromassage bathtub that was for two people and the fireplace and heating.

Beautiful hotel in Santander centre. Short trip to Santander, lovely hotel, mixing the old heritage of the building with modern style. Comfy bed, lovely breakfast and perfectly placed to walk round the city. Highly recommended- right next to plaza de Pombo.

As I wrote on another website: We had a wonderful check-in with the young female on reception particularly when she found out that we had just completed the Portuguese Camino, we were talking to a fellow pilgrim, and whenever she saw in the hotel. What a delightful surprise I got when we entered our spacious and elegant corner room on the second floor with an enclosed balcony and plenty of fresh air...

Great hotel right in the centre of Santander , beautiful building with very friendly staff. The room was on the forth floor which was small but spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom, each room has a kettle and nespresso coffee maker , also water left in the room every day. Would definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Santander.

A beautiful hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a really sumptuous bed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and although we don't speak Spanish, there were no issues being understood.

This is long overdue. We stayed here for three nights last summer and enjoyed every minute of it. The setting let alone remodeled historic structure are enough to draw us back to this wonderful hotel. We had dinner every night and the food was some of the best we had in all of our two weeks of travel across Spain. Fabulous Authentic Small Luxury Hotel. Loved staying here this spring. Good food, lovely indoor pool, super comfy beds and gorgeous interiors. Surrounded by quiet farmland and pretty gardens. Staff were kind and helpful. Would love to return in the future.

We stayed for two very enjoyable nights. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The grounds are beautiful very calm & relaxing. The rooms are a tranquil oasis. We ate at the restaurant both nights all meals excellent & showed local ingredients. We loved our stay here, it was so nice.

I booked this property as s gift for a couple and their feedback was that the entire Helguera Team was absolutely outstanding . They took very good care of every small detail requested by Me , therefore making their stay even more special. Thank you all for making my friend’s stay so memorable.

This was a beautiful old house with a gorgeous large garden, the rooms were large and very clean a bit dated and rustic but it had a certain charm. Our ferry was 2 hours late due to technical issues so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 11pm when reception would be closed but they stayed open just for us which was a nice touch as we advised the delay in advance . We did have some trouble finding...

Booked 3 years ago but had to cancel ,covid booked again cancelled covid each time could not have been more helpful. Finally made it and it has got to be the best place to stay in Santander, modern very clean excellent breakfast and owner and wife so helpful. If you stay in Santander this has got to be the place and the price is right.

This wonderful little hotel in Santander is the best place to stay in Santander, because it is perfectly located in close proximity to the broad and sandy Primera playa del Sardinero! The interior is of modern style and the hotel is very clean! The host helped us with recommendations for so many interesting places to see! The rooms was lovely and the breakfast very delicious! I chose this place because it is away from the main drag in Santander, but still with easy access. We walked most places otherwise you could hop on one of the many buses or grab a cab. We were on the ground floor. The room was small but delightfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Difficult review this as I'd place it higher than a three but not a four for me. Handy for the fine beach and near the football stadium which was my reason for visiting. Easy to get to by several bus services which you pick up from near where the airport bus drops off. A few bars and some good restaurants nearby and a handy little shop for newspapers and quality bread if needed! Hotel very clean...

Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming and intimate hotel located in the heart of the historic center of Oaxaca, Mexico. The hotel's rooms are beautifully decorated with traditional Mexican art and textiles, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Communication from staff was excellent. When we arrived we were advised that our room was out of action due to a leak. However, we were provided with accommodation at their alternative site (2 minutes away). The room was clean and spacious and had everything we could want from our stay. We loved the look of the hotel but the apartments were lovely too.

We did not use the breakfast facilities. The member of staff on reception was excellent at both check in and out. Very helpful and informative.

A lovely cosy hotel and great view of the beach from the shower! Very nice to arrive and have a beer in the seating area outside. A quirky hotel in all the right ways and a lovely change from the usual bland rooms.
