The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the environment is comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is large and easy to use, and the hotel breakfast is great, rich in content and tastes good

Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street

High quality hotel situated in a very good location easily within walking distance to the beaches and local restaurants and bars. Room was clean and well appointed with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and efficient

Lovely clean hotel with big rooms and fantastic bathrooms. Very close to the beach and local amenities. Did not use the restaurant as there is plenty of bars and restaurants nearby offering local food and pinchos

Dinner was also served at the hotel, a three-course French meal that tasted excellent. There are white-lined parking spaces on the roadside at the door, which are free and safe. The peninsula beach is beautiful

It is just a 1 minute walk to the beach/sea front and there are lots of restaurants & bars very close by. The walk from the bay to the city centre is amazing along the beautifully clean and scenic promenade

Yeah just go for this. Actually felt like a hotel in a great location. Avoid the hills

Very comfortable hotel situated right at the front of the promenade with a great view over the sea, as long as the mist is not there! The hotel staff were all very helpful, l only wish my Spanish was as good as their English

The room was very spacious, although the extra bed for children was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good, as was the staff's attention. The location was great.

All areas of the hotel were very clean and the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was good it was buffet style with a good selection to please most tastes

Nice hotel in a great location for the Santander coast. If you want to spend time in Santander city centre it's a 30 minute or short bus ride from the bus stop 5 minutes walk away

Nice location for the beach but a long walk from centre. Up side is that it's quieter than staying more central, down side it's a 20min walk to most places

We had a great night stay despite the weather. We swam in the pool and got down to the beach even though it was cold and raining. We had a nice walk along the beach

The reception staff, waiting and housekeeping staff are all very professional. Asking for a kettle was no problem at all. The bedrooms, location, pool and views from the rooms are fantastic

Free use of swimming pool next door. Beach and supermarkets nearby. Very easy to get into Santander on numerous buses. Paseo al Cabo Mayor affords lovely views of the Sardinero beach

Senior suite was wonderful with a huge jacuzzi tub and plenty of room. Balcony with a view and a large comfortable bed. All amenities were very nice and in good order. Very pleasant visit! Spacious and we'll appointed.

This property is at the edge of town, but if you have a car and want less hassle with parking and crowds, stay here. The staff is very nice, and they have a popular bar and cafeteria, even at the edge of town

Friendly Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good location. It would be nice if they provide kettle for tea and coffee. All the other stuff made it good value for money. Will recommend it to anyone.

Very beautiful room, - our room was in the dome on the top floor - was very spacious, clean and loved all the Ritual Products provided, a nice touch! Amazing view overlooking the beach, with a 30 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars towards the town

Scrambled eggs and fried eggs we're cold. Not worth anywhere near 18 euros. Breakfast is probably worth half that. And breakfast area not very welcoming. definitely eating out for breakfast tomorrow

I could not recommend this hotel enough for any tourists visiting Santander, if you’re here to watch a football match it’s 15 minutes walk from the stadium, it’s right across from the beach with a lot of the rooms having an incredible view such as the one I was provided with for no extra cost, and I have to give a special mention to the people working at the bar who were absolutely lovely to us throughout...

Very helpful front desk staff, we got an upgrade to ocean view room which was much appreciated. Just over the road from the beautiful beach. Clean and spacious room , comfortable bed. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

When I went to reception to get some I was told that coffee etc was only complimentary on the first night - surely even 2 star hotels supply free satchets of coffee/tea etc! In the bathroom water built up in both the sink and shower if the water was running and it was slow to drain away, there must have been some sort of partial blockage in the pipework

Service in the bar/cafe area downstairs was very slow because there was only one member of staff at front of house and she had to act as bar person, waitress, table clearer and general dogsbody! We gave up waiting to be served on a couple of occasions and went elsewhere, I felt quite sorry for her

The Hotel is quite nice and the service helps you whenever you need, It is cllse to beach and you can walk by as you are in the citi center cloese to the hotel are plenty of nice restaurants.

This was a nicer hotel than some of the 4 Stars I have stayed in Spain. Breakfast is always great at NH hotels with eggs made to order and a large selection at the buffet

Slightly disappointing compared with previous NH hotels, room rather small and overall felt tired. Outdoor car park as in a city centre but could do with a bit of a tidy up

) There is a small safe (big enough for iPads but not for a laptop). The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linen. We got a very good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again

Very helpful Reception staff, check in was swift. Was given an excellent large parking space upstairs which accomodates larger vehicles. Great location for ferry port, 5 mins drive away.

The room, 318, is a decent size and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. (My only quibble: as I get older I notice the absence of grab-rails for over-bath showers

The check-in was friendly and the staff were always happy to see us. The room was comfortable. We liked the stylish and artful decor in the corridors. We didn't have any problems.

We had a double room with an exterior view. It was very cozy, with modern decor and located just two blocks from the center. It's an uphill climb, but there are escalators that take you down to the hotel

A lovely hotel in Santander, we enjoyed our stay. It is not far from the center, but the area of the hotel is quiet and relaxing. It has to be noted that the area around the hotel is quite hilly
