Lovely clean hotel with big rooms and fantastic bathrooms. Very close to the beach and local amenities. Did not use the restaurant as there is plenty of bars and restaurants nearby offering local food and pinchos

Rooms were clean and well equipped Breakfast was great ! But what I enjoyed the most was the kindness of every person working in that hotel! Some of the nicest people I ever met!!! Thank you!

A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would have been preferable to the (unpriced) mini bar drinks however, but that is the only negative comment I have about our stay

The Hotel was very clean and exuded a certain type of "elegance" You could say it was 4* by name and 4* by nature The bedroom was very nicely decorated with a large comfy bed

The clincher was the secure underground car park for a very small fee. We surely will use this hotel again if we return to Santander

Great location close to El Sardinero Beach. A short (cheap) bus ride/ 25 minute walk from the town centre in a lovely neighbourhood

Free use of swimming pool next door. Beach and supermarkets nearby. Very easy to get into Santander on numerous buses. Paseo al Cabo Mayor affords lovely views of the Sardinero beach

The menu del dia in the Neptune restaurant is very good. My room was very book with a balcony. The only problem, that the swimming pool isnt in the building

Senior suite was wonderful with a huge jacuzzi tub and plenty of room. Balcony with a view and a large comfortable bed. All amenities were very nice and in good order. Very pleasant visit! Spacious and we'll appointed.

Friendly Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good location. It would be nice if they provide kettle for tea and coffee. All the other stuff made it good value for money. Will recommend it to anyone.

This is a stunning Hotel and the team were amazing. Rooms was enormous and very well appointed and the receptionist Sophia was very welcoming will definitely stay again when in the area.

Marvelous place close to El Sardinero. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The staff gives a wonderful service.

Very comfortable hotel situated right at the front of the promenade with a great view over the sea, as long as the mist is not there! The hotel staff were all very helpful, l only wish my Spanish was as good as their English

I was attending a social event. Food and drinks were delicious and service was always serving and taking note about everyone's needs. It is a very beautiful place to hold any kind of event, social or professional ones.

Good service and location in Santander. Very convenient for the ferry (Brittany ferry). Staff spoke good English. Very clean. Large bathrooms. One of our rooms had a bath others a double shower.

Helpful staff and easy parking via a car lift to the level assigned on arrival. Excellent restaurant if you want a meal and a cafeteria for out of hours snacks and drinks

All areas of the hotel were very clean and the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was good it was buffet style with a good selection to please most tastes

A super hotel in every respect. Large comfortable room with a view of the city. Good breakfast, very convenient for the city centre and the ferry port

Service in the bar/cafe area downstairs was very slow because there was only one member of staff at front of house and she had to act as bar person, waitress, table clearer and general dogsbody! We gave up waiting to be served on a couple of occasions and went elsewhere, I felt quite sorry for her

Hotel has a fantastic location on the front and there was an amazing sea view from our room. However, on returning to the room on the 2nd day we had no cups or satchets of coffee/milk for the morning

When you are in a long vacation going from hotel to hotel you valued small things like big new towels. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was also ok

We parked our rental car right in front for free. Few KM's away from the center. Best part is the towels and the water pressure ( 😆)

Location is very good, beach and lots of restaurants at walking distance. The room was big and the bathroom and the towels were great

A lovely hotel in Santander, we enjoyed our stay. It is not far from the center, but the area of the hotel is quiet and relaxing. It has to be noted that the area around the hotel is quite hilly

The room itself doesn't get very cool so we were a bit warm sometimes and the wifi was spotty. Hotel is in a residential area so be prepared to walk or drive to the beach/center areas

Peaceful and relax hotel. They accept pets. Nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately the restaurant ws closed on Sunday but they recommendend an excellent restaurant in a 10 minutes walking distance or 2 min by car.

This hotel is out of the centre of Santander. About 8€ in a taxi to Santander. Some really nice bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is above a gym so I would recommend asking for a room on top floor

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. And the bed extremely comfortable. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city centre or to the beautiful beaches

Top hotel we had a suite which was unbelievable also had a street view heard no noise and had a 2 night break would come again never sleep so long had to rush so we didn't miss breakfast which was lovely plenty to choose from

The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh and ample with something to suit all tastes and the evening meals are very varied with excellent service, although we only chose to eat here once due to the many other options to try in Santander/Sardinero! This is our second stay at this hotel and I’ve no doubt it won’t be our last!

Had a very short stay trying to get some sleep after some disrupted travel, but can say room was spotless, nicely decorated and with a very comfy bed

It was a full hotel (we were told), due to the Triathlon taking place on the Sunday morning. Breakfast was absolutely fine. A pretty generic continental standard breakfast with some hot items (sausages, chorizo and eggs)

Beautiful views overlooking the bay and marina. Though it was on main road, the room was quiet and we couldn't hear any traffic noise. Well located for an easy walk to local bars, restaurants, etc

I audibly squealed when I got to my room! This hotel will make you ooh and ahh on it's own, but the views it offers, too, just wow!! The service was fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the terrace has a cafe that serves small meals if you don't want a full dinner

Elevator - a single elevator for a 5-story building with 120+ rooms? Really? Room - OLD, with furniture from 70s or 80s. Bathroom - neither functional nor ergonomic, with lots of marble. Towels and bathrobes - terrible

Only (very) minor beef is that occupying such a dominating position over the city makes it a bit hilly when returning. Lovely breakfast room opening out onto a nice terrace. Excellent breakfast with a huge selection

Beautiful spacious room overlooking the bay, bathrobes, slippers, very lush. The building dates from 1917 and has retained most of its features

This hotel is one of our favourite places to visit. We’ve been twice and can’t wait to stay there again. Our room opened to the sea, absolutely beautiful view! Breakfast was included, so diverse and so delicious
