Hotel «ELE ACUEDUCTO»

Great place to stay within easy walking distance of local places of interest. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Only one minor quibble, the window to our room, although double glazed wasn't sound proof so we could hear lots of street noise.

Location is really good and allows you to start the visit to Segovia with an amazing view of the Acueducto.

Clean and nice rooms in a hotel located just outside the aqueduct (100m). The hotel also has a parking that is significantly cheaper than the underground parking facing it.

Amazing service and perfect location! The Eurostars Plaza Acueducto is in the best possible location, right next to the Aqueduct. The service at the front desk was very friendly, especially the blondish lady who was at the desk when we arrived. The breakfast was small, but it had the basic foods and some gluten-free things. The room was okay, there was some black stuff on the ceiling and the soap holders were broken. Otherwise, it was a good stay and recommended!

Good location. Excellent. Has parking that Its a big plus here. Food is very good. Breakfast recommended. Rooms are just ok. I paid for queen and gave me 2 single attached. Was a romantic trip for God's sake ..... 🙄 it is NOT cheap for spain standards but if you want to see this beautiful city it's convenient .

A brilliant location for Segovia, easy to get to by car but right on the edge of the main old town part. We saw some people trying to drive in some of the old town - not a good idea, incredibly tight roads! Note the entrance to the underground parking is on the left hand end when facing the hotel - need to buzz to get in. A view of the aqueduct right from the room and pretty easy walking distance to the cathedral and Alcazar (the castle). The staff were really helpful and spoke English. Our bedroom was a really good size even with extra bed for daughter. Bed was a really good size, bathroom was huge (including 2 basins). Choices for breakfast were pretty good (not quite a full English on the hot front but could have scambled egg, bacon & sausage)
A few minor criticisms- 17 euros a night for parking is just greedy, air conditioning was good, but it was fixed at 18 degrees, so we'd end up having to turn it off and on again to avoid being too cold at times (at least it wasn't fixed too hot though), the restaurant is only open for breakfast - although there are so many eating places in walking distance this isn't a major problem. At times there was a lack of staff, one afternoon the fire alarm went off and the lady on reception was the only one there and was struggling as supposed to stay at desk but wanted to confirm was a false alarm from the car park.
Overall though liked it and would definitely stay there again if going back to Segovia.
