While at a great price in the city of Madrid, the comfortable room just missed being perfect.
The beds could use additional pillows and the view is just of a normal street.

Receptionist did not speak a word of English
We had yellow stains on the bed sheet and pillow case.
And it was expensive. Overall i wouldn't recommend staying there. Unless there's no other option.
On the other hand its north.. Close to the stadium and the airport.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Affordable, clean. Front desk will make you a coffee anytime. Nice for exploring an area of the city away from the tourist center. Close to metro.

+ I like this hotel even it’s 1 star there bed comfortable and clean no noise. Air condition it was perfect. Breakfast it’s really great for only 5 euro.

Nice staff, not a great hotel. Very basic. Room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke. Very basic breakfast option.

A very well kept hotel with nice staff helpful and obliging. My single complaint was re the partially blocked sink in no 215 but it'll remain so until it gets reported. There you go staff and sorry this needs translation

Besides that rooms are fairly small, what really disturbed me was the fact that I could not sleep due to how noisy the rooms are. I could hear the person next room caughing all night long as if she was in the bed next to me -yes, I can say it was a she-
You'll be able to absolutely understand the entire conversation from people in the rooms sorrounding yours, their shower and how the brush their teeth.
Super noisy drains and pipes coming from toilets and showers in rooms above me. I was on the first floor. A pure sensation of being in a room made made of paper.
I could deal with anything else like the compact bathroom and reduced spaces compared to other places, but not with paying for a room where you can't at least reconcile sleep.
It might still be a good option if you sleep like a bear and nothing in this planet can wake you up.
