Spacious and clean room with decent view of cathedral, old town, and even a bit of aqueduct. Easy bus ride from Guiomar station, and easily walkable to all sights in old town. My only concern was that the walls between rooms are quite thin. If the room next door is vacant or contains quiet guests, then you'll be fine. But if you have neighbours who talk loudly and cough a lot - as ours did - then you'll think they're in the room with you!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Corregidor in June 2025.
The hotel is value for money:
- the room we had was clean and quiet
- the beds were comfortable
- the free wi-fi is fast
- the air conditioning was very effective, given the hot summer's in this part of Spain.
- The only suggestion I'd make is to include a kettle so there is coffee/tea making facilities for travellers who prefer this option.
The service is excellent:
- The staff are so helpfu and went above and beyond to help us with a lost luggage issue when we arrived in Spain.
- Yolanda at reception in particular was so kind, helping us make calls to resolve the issue.
Location is very good:
- close to the Centro bus stop allowing quick and easy access to Bus 12 to get to and from the train station
- it's only a 5-10 minute wallk to the aquaduct and many bars, cafes and restaurants.

Great location.
Food basic.
Rooms clean.
Disappointingly the cafe/ bar only opened the same hours as the restaurant so if you fancied a drink at 17.00 or after a evening out , you were out of luck!!

I liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car.
It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom.

My stay in this hotel was extremely bad. The staff in reception was lazy and unfriendly. When I required for a room change because of hygiene issue , the only response I got is always the hotel is fully booked, but there were still room available for booking online at that time. They just lied and didn't want to change it for you. there were lots of ants in the bathroom, as you can check in the picture uploaded. The facility is old and I doubt they never change the bedsheets. My suggestion to you is to avoid this awful place. Really bad service and experience!
See their reply, they are making up things, I didn’t even have any food and drinks in the room. Besides, how could be ants be in the bathroom even if I eat in the chamber. This is absolute cheating hotel. Avoid the bad service and dishonest staffs
