It was a good and comfortable stay. We booked this hotel because it has free parking even though there was better hotel options on booking with the same price, but unfortunately when we arrived we were told that we had to pay for the local parking since we didn’t reserved a place in advance (which we didn’t know and was not specified in the booking)

This modern hotel is located near the Alcazar of Segovia, offers good service, modern facilities and a (limited) private parking.

Hotel Don Felipe is nice, clean and located a short distance from the Alcázar de Segovia. We had a room with a view of the Alcázar de Segovia. The bathroom offers a sufficient number of towels. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide selection of salty and sweet dishes. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
I like a softer bed and the hotel has them a little harder than I personally like. It would also be great if there was a tissue box in the room.
If I am in Segovia again, this hotel will be my first choice.

This modern hotel is located near the Alcazar of Segovia, offers good service, modern facilities and a private parking.

Great hotel, service, and location. The room was very nice, but air conditioning was broken, and I couldn't even use a fan for circulation. The morning breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Highly recommend if you are going to Segovia and wish to stay in the old city....this hotel is perfectly located for walking the whole area.

A bargain and clean place for a visit to Segovia. The street in front was closed for construction and that made access complicated. If you drive, know how to get to the garage before you arrive.

First the positives. The location is perfect for accessing all of Segovia. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The patio area on the backside of the property is great for watching the sunset.
Unfortunately, the beds are a little hard and the AC units really don't work (we ended up opening our window after dark to cool the room down). While it isn't the hotel's fault, the road construction on the street to their entrance requires you to always go through the basement garage and then have to walk up 3 floors of stairs to get back to the street level for the Plaza Mayor area.

Stayed 1 night on the way to the ferry.
Excellent position in the old town, we overlooked the Alcazar from our room and all the major sites are an easy walk. Room comfy and warm. Staff were nice, very clean and modern inside.
No dinner served but local restaurants are nearby. Buffet brekkie. Safe underground parking but you need to book this ahead and it's 17 euros. Worth it as other parking is scarce and may leave you with a long walk.

Segovia is a cool old city to visit! Hotel is very old (1300's) but in pretty good condition for being so old. Our room did not have any kind a view unfortunately. But out on the communal outdoor lawn area, the view is awesome of the Alcazar castle. We had a picnic out there and that was great.
Room was average, but the Bed was hard and short and is two twins pushed together. Not very good. Air-conditioning did not work at first, we asked 3 times to fix it, finally got it working but the temperature was controlled by the front desk and never got very cool, so it was too warm in the room the whole time.
Room safe is small, can't fit a laptop in it.
It was clean.
Hotel staff at front desk were not particularly friendly. Not like all the other 4 places we stayed in Spain.

We really enjoyed our stay here - despite being right in the centre of everything it was wonderfully peaceful. The room was clean, bigger than we had expected and had lovely views of the Alcazar. The breakfast was also great. We will 100% return here if we come back to Segovia.
