Location: in the centre of Sitges, 550 metres from the train station in Sitges, 30 km from the airport of Barcelona.

Consists of one building.

Beach: public sandy beach in 20 m from hotel (1st coastal line). The hotel provides beach towels.

The location is great for access to a range of beaches, cafes and shops. There is a cosy cafe on the ground floor of the hotel itself. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and even helped us load a heavy bag in the car when they saw us struggling on the roadside. The non sea-view room had a little balcony which was a nice touch. We would happily return.

Really bad experience especially with Sonia.
She was incompetent and had poor skill in client service. We are good customer me and my family. (We payed 4000 euros for 1 week at this hotel). During this stay we have rented beach towels. We gave back the towels and asked for our deposit but they told us that we didn't give back 1 towel (that is not true, we gave it in the morning) and Sonia didn't give us our deposit back (first she wanted to keep the 20 euros of deposit and we had to fight to get back at least 10 euros). We have tried to tell her that but she didn't want to hear us. She shout at me in front of customers because i told her they are thieves. Dont go there. There are way better hotels in Sitges.
I think it is a pity to lose good customers bringing you money just for 10 euros...

Loved my stay at this hotel. Not only is the hotel absolutely gorgeous from the outside with a perfect location literally on the beach with a pier and by the church and 2-5 mins from all major stores, but all staff working were super helpful and friendly!! Would definitely come back here again as it checked off all the boxes for a perfect getaway at sitges that is conveniently close

We had a great experience. It is a beautiful building outside and inside. And on a great location, meter from the beach, and this beach is the calm beach where you have a lot of space. I love the paintings that are spread throughout the building. Our room was on the third floor, had a view of the sea and was of great quality: clean, well maintained. The breakfast is really great too, you literally can pick from the menu, I was amazed by this. And, the staff were friendly and super helpful. From the people at the desk to the servers to the cleaning personal that we met on the stairs. Lovely place. And affordable. Would recommend 100% and we would come back when in sitges.

Perfect location, beautiful building but seriously one of my greatest disappointments when it comes to hotels. It hasn't been renovated for at least 30 years, feels neglected. Room was super small. Staff not very nice. Would NEVER stay here again.

Only stayed it as stop over but it is lovely spot beside the beach and old town. We got side beach view room thankfully. The reception is open 24/7 which is our reason to book it due to late arrival .Definitely will stay it again

I love the coffee shop downstairs .I can work from my laptop and look at the ocean meanwhile : soooo amazing.
I would add more food items to the menu : I would eat all day long ♥️😊 Waitresses are lovely and with a great vibe

Nice room without a view
Good sound isolation towards the street.
The bed is too hard in my opinion.

I haved stayed a week now and adding one star ⭐ for the lovely and caretaking staff.
