Hotel Boutique dONNA 4* Superior

On photo, this looked like the perfect hotel for me and my family. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the rooms were really, REALLY filthy.
When we asked them to clean again they were still disgusting. The walls were covered in dead insects and filth. Everywhere dust and hair.
They even left our door open after “cleaning” so everyone could enter our room.
In the yard were dead animals which they did not remove when asking.
They never cleaned our rooms when staying there, they only put back out towels and bed.
The rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything and everyone.
There is a lot of glass with handprints that weren’t ours.
The pictures are pictures AFTER we asked them to clean again.
I do NOT recommend staying there.

Dear guests, be careful in this hotel. The staff steals things from the rooms, the hotel does not respond to complaints. I sent 2 complaintsletter and didnt get any answers!

definetly not a 4 star superior hotel. first look is good but if you look closer everything is dirty, damaged or old. for me max 3 star hotel.

Disappointing experience. Strong chemical smell in rooms, took days to wear off with windows open at all times. Mold in bathroom, peeling wall paint all over, dirty room overall (used Qtip in trash, dust bunnies on rattan chair), very expensive breakfast (20 euros/day) buffet style - standard fare, best part fresh OJ you can make on the spot. Free parking included if booked direct, but was constantly asked to verify whether I actually have paid for parking as card intermittently not working.
Blue lights/ very dark corridors do not match outside vibe, and have club/ casino feel, not relaxed. Outside area and pool gorgeous. Location perfect, and walkable. Staff mostly nice and helpful. I would not re-book or recommend.
