Hotel SB BCN Events 4* Sup

The rooms are extremely spacious and clean, as well as the common areas. It is quite far from the beach, so you’d have to take a bus that comes around every 20 mins. What disappointed us the most was the restaurant not being open when we reserved to go, due to “not enough staff to work the pool bar and the restaurant “ which in my opinion is a bit absurd but if you do get to enjoy the restaurant, I am sure it would be a great experience.

Not a bad hotel, considering we went self-catering and were at the F1 circuit for three days of the trip. Good location, really close to a hypermarket and a shopping centre. The pool was rather quiet except one day where a group of children were splashing, shouting and affecting other people's relaxing time. Surprising for an events hotel. Close to the airport but taxi prices are obscene, €30 ish?? Staff were lovely, but there were a few issues.

First, we were put in a room with a double bed. I was sharing with my adult brother, which was weird because I'm underage. The hotel was fully booked the first night so we had to deal with it, however we got a twin room the second night. When we asked to change rooms, reception asked for card details or €500. They took the card details for some warranty of sorts. Thankfully, the staff made this a bit less worrying with their gratitude.

Second, our group eventually noticed that the drinks at the terrace bar weren't great. Staff were slow, and we made an order but never got it because the bartender decided to shut the bar for a good 4 hours afterwards. The drinks tasted funny (not alcohol funny, like seriously weird funny), and were never consistent. Some had blueberries, some didn't. The bar inside the hotel (by reception) is a lot better. Drink prices are also crazy.

Overall, a good enough hotel for its purpose, which is events.

This hotel was lovely,the staff went above and beyond and were very polite. Taxis were booked,luggage held at checkout in a secure place.
The hotel was clean and well equipped. Cleaners daily with fresh towels and tea and coffees topped up.
We paid for breakfast to be included in our stay,very large selection cheeses,meats, pastries,cooked breakfast,cereal and fruit with plenty of coffee machines
The hotel itself is situated in an industrial area but very close to Castelldefels town centre,supermarkets and train station,trains into Barcelona takes approx 20-25 minutes and very easy to navigate.

I stayed at the hotel for 21 days and I got to know well the hotel's staff.

They are very professional, friendly and efficient.

A real pleasure to meet them.

Comfortable and well equipped hotel in Castelldefels, close to the airport. Rooms are bright, spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant has decent dining options. The pool is crystal clear. The gym is a bit lackluster and could use some improvement. Service is very good from all staff members.

Only good impressions from this hotel. The staff is friendly. In the restaurant menu, everyone will find something delicious for themselves...)))

Lovely new hotel. All at the highest level. I left only wonderful memories of myself and favorite memories of my time there.
