Such a delightful gem in Tossa de Mar. Excellent service, breakfast, clean rooms, and a calm relaxing pool area. My only feedback to management is to open the espresso machine in the bar during breakfast, it would be nice to have a fresh latte and not coffee from the machine. But either way- we had a beautiful stay and I’m very pleased. The staff were all wonderful and made a huge impression of how we viewed our stay. Thank you for a lovely getaway, thank you for your hospitality. Hotel Windsor gets it right.
We look forward to returning one day, in the mean time, I will be singing the praises of Hotel Windsor and Tossa de Mar to friends and family looking for a holiday in Spain!

Room a little too warm due to sunshine, so had to keep AC on most of the time, but good for the rest. Excellent service: very nice people, ready to help and solve promptly all issues and ready to make an effort to understand you in your native language. Good location in the centre of town. Paid parking space for car available. Good breakfast and bar food.

Great hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast included is very nice. Great location and lovely pool. The area can be a bit noisy but I found the room to be quiet once the patio door was closed.
The beds are a bit firm for my liking but everything was great otherwise!

Amazing staff, super friendly. Diego, the barman was funny and a real character. I personally found the mattress a little too firm but that’s me. Breakfast is probably the best I have ever seen in hotels. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed in this lovely hotel last week with my daughter.
All the staff from the reception, bar, breakfast and maids were so welcoming and friendly.

Really nicely renovated hotel in the heart of Tossa de Mar. Short walk to the beach & castle. Very good beds and excellent breakfast. We also got very good tips for our daily trips for hiking & driving. Highly recommend this hotel 😍

Small and cute boutique hotel with amazing and warm staff. It was off season so I didn't really enjoy the pool but the pool area looks very nice and well equipped. You get an extra welcome drink when booking through their web site (and the price also tends to be the best). Breakfast is very very good - great choice and fair quality. Overall exceeding the price ♥️

An oasis of calm within this fine busy town.
Spotless room, a good shower and cleaned daily.
Plentiful, varied and tasty breakfasts in the dining room and on the poolside, a real treat.
All staff were really helpful and friendly.

Great service. Great breakfast. Great location.
Interior design and functionality extremely puzzling. Tv in the top corner behind the bed frame. Side lights not useable when trying to charge your phone. Windows you can’t leave open for air, and have privacy. Dark brown room makes it feel even smaller. Pool and bar area is top notch.

Nice clean and convenient rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff.
Overall I'd say it is a good hotel to stay.
There are, however, two points worth mentioning that probably are something out of Windsor control.
Some other comments/owner replies mention quietness and tranquility as one of the points for Windsor hotel. Right next to the hotel there's a bar with outdoor seating and music open till 2 am which destroys all the tranquility if you prefer to go to bed before 2 am.
During the breakfast with a very good selection of food, you can sit outside near the pool and right next to you behind the not so high wall the trash collecting services could perform their duties. This makes the breakfast experience a bit unpleasant.
Overall I'd say it is a good hotel to stay.
