I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Thank you Samba staff!

Rooms are bog standard but clean, the service is awful from some of the staff but some staff are lovely, a shame some are quite rude as brings the whole place down, all inclusive is not worth it at all, very restricted on what you can have at certain times, I think they should realise all inclusive is not free for those who pay for it, its an expensive holiday, we chose all inclusive for the kids but they cant even have ice cream off the menu, just lemon or strawberry pot of ice cream wouldn't return, food in the restaurant isn't the best either, kids have eaten chips for the past 4 days coz the choice is so poor. The entertainment girls and lifeguards are the best staff. Overall we spent our hard earned money to have a good all inclusive holiday and made to feel like scruffs cause were all inclusive. Poor to say the least

Hiba was truly the best animator! She always has a beautiful smile that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help. Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!

I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party. He’s fun, charismatic, and genuinely makes the whole experience unforgettable. The reception staff are absolutely amazing – super helpful, friendly, and professional. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and made everything smooth and easy. We only stayed for an hour before leaving and booking another hotel. Check in was shambolic due to the huge number of youth groups staying there. The rooms were small and dingy, the pool was overcrowded with large groups of unsupervised youths. Children were climbing over balconies and knocking on room doors in the corridor. It felt unsafe and a little intimidating. All in all not what was advertised or expected. Book with caution! It took us nearly 2 hours to find parking, which was a 20 minute walk away, and the area seemed run down and was a good 20 minute walk to the nearest beach.

Beware!!! Extremely Unsafe place to stay!!!! I recently had to stay at Hotel Samba from 25th June to 27th June 2025. I got robbed off my whole bag just at the lobby within seconds as I just checked in. It had about 5000 euros cash, all my credit cards& forex cards. I was left with not even a single penny . The reception staff simply shrugged off by saying they are not responsible & did not bother to even call the police. Instead told me to go to police station to file a complaint. It seems that hotel staff was partner in crime! I was travelling with 20 school kids as their leader and all of their money was with me. I was completely stranded and the hotel staff did not even care to offer water leave alone lunch etc. I had such devastating time with my group with no source of financial help from anywhere for at least 3 days. I urge all never to take this hotel as you are likely to get robbed and neither the staff or the hotel administrators care for the stressful time you are going through! The robbers and thief freely roam around in the hotel with no security guards or staff to help you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Brought my partner away for a few days to Lloret de mar and have to say i have stayed in hostels 20yrs ago that were better, the rooms are filthy and in need of refurbishment, bathroom filthy, no covers on the beds, there were scores of teens running around at all hours singing and shouting, This was a package deal and had half board which we availed of the first day only, the food was a disgrace, the breakfast was swimming in grease and was pre-cooked the evening "meal" was a choice of a pasta dish or spag-bol, neither edible. Situated a few minutes from the beach and central is the only thing this place has going for it,

Hostel not a hotel. The hotel staff are rude, arrogant, make up the rules as they go along and if your English you have no hope. Groups of 100s of children checking in daily, running up and down the corridor unsupervised. The food isn't great and the restaurant is ridiculously busy , we ate out more than in even with being all inclusive. Entertainment very poor Just avoid this hotel unless you literally want a bed
