We had a wonderful stay at Ramirez Flats Valencia. The apartment has its own garage, which made parking very convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. A great choice for families. Highly recommended!

It's good except that it's a bit far from downtown Valencia. You can get to the city center by taking a bus right in front of the hotel, so it's not a big problem. It's an apartment-style accommodation, so the space is spacious and comfortable. Capsule coffee is provided for free, and all kinds of kitchenware are provided.

Excellent location. Incredibly clean and modern and lovely, friendly staff. The apartments have everything from a pizza cutter to a kettle and toaster. Complimentary coffee too. Parking available and English spoken. Get a back room away from the road if you’re a light sleeper, as it has a lot of traffic. Highly recommended.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Ultra clean, with all equipment and full service from reception for wathever question or need (the whole day till very late in the evening). Also ideally placed close to old Town, river-park, and on the way to the beach

We had another apt booked in Valencia that fell apart due to an abusive owner. Found these folks and booked for 3 nights. Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, too notch facility and apartment.Totally recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Clean, modern and most importantly staff that genuinely cared to have you as a guest.

We drove into València and couldn’t find the hotel. Rang reception who very kindly and with tremendous patience talked us through directions (for reference it’s just past the roundabout, on the right hand side, just past the bus stop it’s a black glass building with yellow trim). I had a different impression of the hotel.

Nicely located - a short walk from the cathedral etc. and the L3 and L5 (airport) metro. Lovely spacious room. Good to have a fridge and kettle. Handy to hire bikes on site (although rates were slightly higher than we saw most other places). Very friendly, helpful staff. Generally very quiet - except on one of our nights the ??generator/AC unit outside R103 was excessively noisy all night long.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom big and with large shower and bidet. Unfortunately the sight from the window to old roof and building was awful . Apart from that dverything ok, staff very friendly and caring, old town few minutes from the place. Breakfast also fine

Very nice place to stay away from touristy area. Clean, modern hotel with very good personnel. Has restaurant on site we used for breakfast. Big room with king bed, elevator. 15 minutes walk from the market. The biggest problem is noise from outside, kids were playing ball until late and noisy pedestrians. With everything good I said about this place, I try to find something different for my next stay...

It was a wonderful stay with very kind people and a great service. We could store our luggage at the Hotel und have reached the center and many cafés by foot. Thank you! We will definitely come back :)

Couldn't fault the place as a base for the final week of Fallas 2025, and the other great attractions of the city. The staff (especially Carmen) were welcoming and efficient, and an inside room muffled all but the loudest explosions. We didn't initially book breakfast, but once we tried it, we didn't stop coming back: quality and value, just like the rest of the hotel.

Despite being in the center, there is not much noise. It should be noted that there is no pick-up service from the Joaquín Sorolla station as you indicated, only from the airport, although there is a free bus that drops you off at the north station, very close to the accommodation.

We found this place clean and a beautiful building. Check in might have been a little complicated but the first door was already open and a caretaker was inside. On entry to the hotel on the 2nd floor, a lovely staff member helped us with the check in machine. If we arrived at night or if no human was around, then it would certainly have been more complicated. The place overall was very nice.

Beautiful room ,super comfy bed, friendly staff. Very accommodating for leaving bags and getting us upon arrival.

Great B&B for a quick stop in the city. Close distance to the historic district, good dining option available around. Clean and well maintained, check in process was also easy, although there are no clerks and one needs to use a check-in machine to get keys.

We arrived rather late and had some issues getting into the building. Tried to call multiple time but tok time before we got help. The room itself was totally fine, clean and good AC. Check-in was difficult ( self serve ). Room was great. Quiet, walkable to sights and restaurants. Busses and metro are close and reliable.

Room 102. A wallpapered feature wall and a pottery deer head with artificial flowers in doesn't make it "Boutique". Cheap furniture, bland room, badly damaged laminate flooring BUT the room was large with a super king sized bed which was soft, but very comfortable. Rural-style hotel next to Valencia beach in a fishermen's neighborhood. The house is renovated and decorated with very good taste. They serve a fabulous and very complete breakfast. This place is very nice an cozy . But my room i felt was small and the window was facing another building not much natural light . But the set up was amasing . You had everything you need , iron machine , water , towels for beach and a little basket , umbrella if is raining ....i never found in other places this set up so 5 stars for that . The breakfast 1 star not had to much choices.
