Very nice hotel, location is perfect. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade which had a bathroom inside but there are rooms that have private bathrooms outside. The room was very nice and spacious and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would go there again.

Stayed here for three nights March 2023. The self check-in procedure was faultless even at 5.30am! The Superior room we were allocated was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. A Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch although they do not leave additional coffee pods each day. If you need more try and catch the cleaner as she is doing her rounds! The sound proofing is lacking and we were constantly disturbed by a crying baby and chatter from the room next door, as well as noise from the road and very loud banging from the flat above. If you are a light sleeper then you will definitely need the ear plugs that are supplied! The location of the hotel is really excellent, central to all major attractions within the city and the location itself makes it worth staying here. Overall a nice enough stay but just be prepared for some noise disturbance.

This was a unique experience for me. Doing self check-in was definitely different; however, it shouldn't discourage anyone from staying in this hotel. Staff was available through WhatsApp to answer any questions. The experience was easy and straightforward. This place is also located close to attractions.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were wide and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I saw comments about the outside noise being too loud and I disagree. My room was facing the main street and the noise was totally normal--I suppose this is a personal judgement.

Upgraded our rooms to superior and they were huge with a great bathroom. Very close to parking but at €19.95\day was a bit expensive. Location is OK and in the centre.

Great location, many of the attractions and a great variety of restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff spoke great English and was very friendly as well. They also only changed your towels if you wanted them to, so they are on the environment-friendly side! The prices are more than justified. All in all we had a great stay.

Excellent location and very nice staff. The flat is very well renovated and equipped. However, the sound isolatation quality isn't the best, which limits Privacy quite a lot... The price is also alright, so for just a couple of days visiting Valencia it's a very good option.
