Very good hotel, great and easy to reach location, full of bars, restaurants, takeaway and shops. Service was very professional and the breakfast had all sort of food, salty, sweet..but the best was the coffee! Finally great coffee in a hotel breakfast. Sleeping quality 10 to 10! Very silent room! Had a great stay

Excellent rapport quality price. Really kind and helpful staff...Sonny and Moustafa on reception were amazing. ;?) Great Ccentral location, rooms quiet as sound insulation and window glazing top notch. Recommend.

It was ok, the location was convenient enough. Rooms were clean, a bit run down and basic. Too few elevators for the size of the hotel and the keycards rarely fuctioned as should. Basic breaksfast.

We were informed that the table wasn't cleared after breakfast the day before yesterday. Honestly, we weren't aware that guests are expected to clean up after themselves, especially at a 100 euro per night hotel. There weren't any signs explaining the breakfast policy, and unfortunately, the staff member who spoke to us only communicated in French, making it difficult to understand the procedures.

Right next to the train station Gare Part Dieu Lyon, easy access & there's train info monitor in the hotel as well. Free flow of water, tea, & coffee + mini croissant ya. Just the room is small & can't open wide the baggage ya. We're happy stayed here.😍

Good location, convenient for getting to my office!
The rooms are nice, nothing special but totally fine. Unfortunately there is no gym or fitness center, since I was there for 5 days for work it would have been a nice addition.
The breakfast is pretty good and has lots of choice!

The hotel was a 5 stars for me till the checkout on 6 Jan 2022. I stayed for 2 nights.
Left my apartment key card in my room amongst other valuables. I noticed the housekeeper doesn’t wear a mask while cleaning the room so I left the “Do not clean up my room” sign on the door. To my surprise; the room was made up when I returned in the night and my apartment key card was missing.
I was in a hurry to check out on 6 Jan and enquire about my card at the front desk. The receptionist Oceané was kind and helpful to check for me with housekeeping. When she approached her manager for assistance, this manager gave me a convenient excuse that it was thrown in the rubbish without checking any facts. This is clearly laziness on her end. I doubt she will continue to check for us if the card is around.
I am displeased with how the hotel disrespected my preference to have the room undisturbed while I was out for the day. Secondly, the fact that my item went missing in the “rubbish” is UNACCEPTABLE. Oceané was kind to help and yet she just threw out a convenient and lazy excuse.

room was not cleaned .. check in and check out was simply terrible… the parking slot look devastated luke it was bombing the night before!

Good well run Hotel. Parking in station similar price to their offer. Tram stop very close. Location not great for restaurants though. Breakfast is usual stressfest of lack of food, lack of continual table cleaning and poor organisation.

Very good ambiance, quite and clean and easy to go to the station and shopping. Like it.

This hotel is next to train station. Very nice welcome. Some argue that rooms are small but my room was by far larger than the room I stayed in Paris. I think room size is good. Clean? Yes vry clean.
