This hotel is a friendly little place the staff are very nice and know the area, its very close to the beach, centre of the town and lots of local parking but payment weekends are free . Last of all lovely little garden with a plunge pool only bad point is no coffee in the rooms when you wake up but lots of local coffee shops

The whole experience was superb - the room was clean / air conditioned / decorated very well, the host (Valerie) was extremely attentive, including with our 4 year old … nothing, including finding a barber who spoke English, was too much for her! The most charming little hotel, loveliest owners, great rooms, breakfasts, cute decor, so comfortable, and just all around a sweet experience. I'm sure I'll be back and will be recommending this place to anyone I know heading to Antibes!

A charming hotel with chilled-out atmosphere, positioned a short walk from the beach. We had a very comfortable room. The owners are so nice and very helpful. Having breakfast here is a must, so delicious and plentiful, the home-made granola and vitamin-shot smoothies were definite highlights.

Wow. This really is a hidden gem! We stayed in the garden room. It was perfect, the room was nicely furnished. We had breakfast both mornings which were fantastic and very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble! The location is perfect, close to the old town, a few hundred feet from the best beach in the area. Thank you again!

This hotel is a real hidden gem in a great location close to the beach and the old town. My partner and I stayed at many hotels in France on our 3 week trip from Australia most of which were 4 or 5 star but this was as good if not better than some others that were much more expensive. Very comfortable beds, great location for transportation, shopping and the beach. There is a great kebab place just down the street, and a bakery right next door. The owner was very helpful. Only thing lacking was a coffee pot in our room. Great value, definitely recommended!

A charming and cozy family-run hotel, a minute's walk from the beach! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, sharing with us information and their recommendations for nearby cities and towns. The hotel is well-kept, with a nice courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee and a nice lounge/library with a nice selection of books and magazines to browse through.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and adequate. Right next to the beach. The couple who run the hotel, in addition to being friendly, are welcoming and warm. I will stay there again on my next vacation to Juan!

I highly recommend this place. In terms of price-quality is very fair, the staff is friendly (I wish they spoke more English) but overall we had a good experience. Location cannot be better. 2 minutes from the station and 2 minutes from the city center. I recommend visiting Cannes' Beach and the Millionaires Beach in Antibes.

This is a vintage two-star hotel, renovated by adding internal bathrooms to the rooms. This makes for rooms that are comfortable, but very small. The service is very minimal and the price is average, given also that the breakfast (€12 per person) and the parking (€12 per day) are not included in the room price. I stayed at this apartment hotel for a week when I went for work in Antibes. One of the cheapest apartment hotels in the surrounding with a very good price value. The apartments are very secure with multiple gates with security codes and inside the room was quite clean, basic but quite nice. The pools are rather small and were not usable in early May, but the sea is like 10 min walk on either directions...

We had a very spacious comfortable apartment. Only there for two nights but I thoroughly recommend those apartments.

A small but very nice hotel in Juan les Pins. Just few steps away from the bus station, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The free coffee and tea is all day / night is one of a kind.

The hotel was nice and clean, within less than a minute from the beach. Equally close to the train station and to downtown too. Staff was very friendly. If you have a choice, don’t book rooms with windows facing the street, there’s a noisy bar outside and they stay open past 2-3AM. keeping the windows closed helps.

A down to earth small hotel which has all that is needed. Not luxurious, but hot water, clean sheets and above all fantastic service from the lady managing the hotel. Service friendly, room was decent. Just was noisy in the morning. Location, including a beach, was disappointing as I could not swim because there were jelly fish that bite.

Fine hotel close to the beach. Staff is kind and cooperative. Breakfast large and good. The main point however is that this hotel does NOT have a private reserved beach and they want you to believe. The beach in front is completely separate and independent from the hotel.

Located in the heart of Antibes old town, this hotel is ideally located and has spacious rooms. It’s located 10min from the train station. We are very grateful for Lolita’s hospitality and wish for every hotel to have someone like her!

Very friendly welcome from Lolita. Explained everything clearly about room, key, entry etc. Room was ideal for our two night stay. Comfortable bed. All very clean. Good shower and bathroom. Lolita was relaxed about our check out time and it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out. Thank you.

Excellent service and great location in the middle of Antibes old town

This is our favorite hotel and we always return here whenever we visit Antibes. Hotel staff are wonderful, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, and there is a shared outdoor patio space that is for hotel guests. Perfect location for a relaxing stay in the old village part of Antibes right on the central square.

Currently staying in this superb hotel with young owners who are really warm and available, rarely seen such a friendly welcome! Host very friendly and welcomed dogs. Some sockets in room did not work and towels and bedding need updating, breakfast over priced for eating in your room? For me the feel was more of staying in someone’s spare bedroom not a hotel feel which I prefer. On the whole cheap acceptable Stay.

A building of the 20s, with a lot of charm. The room is furnished in the style of the house, clean, comfortable bedding. Not air-conditioned but in the shade so very pleasant. The owner is welcoming and caring. Very quiet and close to everything. I highly recommend it to you pascal

High ceiling bright rooms with large windows, kitchenette, spacious and exceptional hospitality. Small rooms, the location of the hotel is far from the city, far from the bus station (10 mins walking is the nearest bus station) The hotel has a good swimming pool, a small gym and sauna. The restaurant is not good, the breakfast options are very few and the service is not good

the room was very smelly as soon as I entered. The gym needs some maintenance and renovation. Overall the structure is a bit old or not well maintained. The breakfast is not worth it, there wasn’t even water!

Very nice boutique property...felt very French. The decor was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable. Only a very short walk from the main area of the Old Town and 10 minutes to the beach. The train station was only a short walk away. All members of staff were absolutly lovely. Antibes is a very walkable town and full of life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Place. Unfortunately, we only had one night before we had to fly back home. We wish we had planned more time. The room was comfortable. We had wine and cheese on our balcony in the evening. The bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

A quaint little hotel in a good location. It's in close proximity to the bus/train station and old town. Our room was a decent size, shower was good. My only comment regarding the room is that they need to maybe air it out, as it had a bit of a  musty smell...so we slept with the window open. Also, walking up stairs (no lift) to the 3rd floor was a struggle, especially if you have large luggage.....

Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket...

Love the location 5 mins walk to train station 15 mins walk to town. Loved the roof pool amazing views of the harbour always got a sunbed. Unfortunately building site next door so if u dont have a sea view room you will be facing a building site which theystarted work at 7am. Definitely cannot use your balcony as its to noisy and dusty.

Cleanliness was good, hotel room is currently adjacent to a large building site so there was a bit of noise from there but not so bad. Staff were helpful. They don’t provide any dish washing tablets for the dishwasher or soap or tea towel, which was inconvenient as we where only there 3 nights and didn’t seem worth buying these items for such a short stay.
