Reception Very nice reception interaction - they helped me to order a train ticket on my phone. Breakfast Nice scrambled egges which is rarity at hotels breakfasts .Fruit plate. Pastry was okey - could be better quality. Coffee is unfortunately from a maskin. You can ask for an actual good coffee from a coffee maskin but it's not included in your breakfast. You can sit outside and look at the sea....

Perfect location, huge rooms. It is less a hotel and more a residence. The sea view rooms have huger terrace. it is worth the extra price. Breakfast is very weak and chaotic so better not to order it. The beach they have is the best in the area. They have a garage which is very useful.

Decent, could be a little cleaner, but otherwise a positive experience. The cost of the private beach should be included in the price of the stay, guests would pay a lot of money for drinks anyway and paying $20 or whatever per person per day after paying several thousand for the hotel seems ridiculous to me. Rooms are lovely and staff is nice. Breakfast has not variety, the spa is small and the gym is just a bunch of cardio machines and NO equipment whatsoever. A bit disappointed but overall it's okay!

Staying 2 nights at the Royal suite we had a great time. It was during low season and the hotel is in a very calm area.

The room was comfortable, but there were some details that let it down - a chip in the sink, some dirt on the floor, shower door didn't fully close, things that had previously been broken having a quick fix. Best service! A great place to stay ?

Beautifully decorated, very helpful staff. Slight issue with our room, but we were moved instantly. Good breakfast. Worth spending the price of the underground car park to store your car/bike as the outside car park is very uneven and on a slope.

Modest Ibis in the outskirts of Antibes, quite close to Carrefour. Has a parking garage for a modest cost of 5€, which felt secure and safe. Also has free parking outside, but it's in quite a bad shape so I would recommend to pay for parking. Breakfast, although not that great (but similar to other breakfasts at hotels in France), was included in the room. Dogs are allowed.

Vraiment un super petit hotel. Staff vraiment dedié et petit dejeuné super bon. As a Canadian I can say that regardless of the size of this hotel the stay was great and all staff knows how to treat their clients.

Cheap and cheerful but toilet roll was from a prison supplier I reckon- rooms a bit glib, no lighting in car park- don’t get too drunk and walk up chemin st Claude or you could die.

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. Travelling for business in the area, I didn't use all of the facilities but appreciated the spacious and clean bedroom, as well as the good breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, hanging space for clothes, balcony etc. Annoyingly when you turn the lights off at night, you can't charge any devices next to the bed as it turns all power off to those sockets...

Very satisfied with the room upgrade with sea view. Light breeze and soothing waves made over 5 nights a super experience. The hotel had some wear and tear but overall in good condition.

Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.

I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The treatment room is so lovely and also it was nice to have a private shower in the same room. if you ever need a massage in Antibes feel free to come by here!

Had a fantastic time here. Friendly receptionists,clean rooms and actually working AC! The outside traffic during the evening was annoying , but that is not the problem of the hotel.

Nowhere near the beaches and a good 15-minute schlepp to Antibes train station. Clean, tidy but seems to be under-staffed - the receptionist we dealt with was very harassed. Very few bars and restaurants nearby so be prepared to be “locked in”.

Reminded me of a Travel Lodge but with so much more class and friendliness. Staff are amazing and welcoming. Rooms cleaned every day. Spotless

The three of us went for a drink after waterskiing at the Belles Rives pontoon and enjoyed the views from this historic venue. Staff were accommodating and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace, though these are pricey.

We didn’t stay the night but the service at the cocktail lounge on the terrace was abysmal. We would have ordered another 4 drinks should the waitress be attentive and remember anything. We watched the couple next to us have the same issue. Other than that. Snacks and negroni were great. It’s a shame that service can ruin an experience that badly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We had a sea view, and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the service was impeccable. We are a family of four who really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fabulite. The room was large enough for the family and the location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and the hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the small restaurant was excellent.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful, the rooms and decor is gorgeous and creative. So well kept and looked after. Nice little hotel with little pool in a small backyard, we booked it not really paying attention where exactly it was. This is the busiest street in Antibes I think. Lots of restaurants and DJ live mysic. They had earplugs in the bathroom and I realized it was there for a reason. But the music doesn’t bother us. Stayed at Mademoiselle while on a work trip. It was super easy walk to the convention center so having the room close was nice and handy in case I forgot something. Lots of restaurant options on the same street and just within a few minutes of walking around the nearby area. The beach was awesome. Took a swim in the sea on warm day was perfect way to cool off. Had a nice stay but the apartment wasn't very clean. It's close to the port city center and beach so that was great. Didn't give extra toilet paper when asked.

This hotel is a friendly little place the staff are very nice and know the area, its very close to the beach, centre of the town and lots of local parking but payment weekends are free . We had a great time staying for 3 nights in Hotel des Mimosas. The hotel is 7 mins walk to the beach and the swiming pool was a real charm. The staff spoke good English and was extremely helpful in helping with events/dinner recommendations. Would love to visit again soon!
