Perfect location, friendly open and clean place. Not dated. The 2 pools are awesome one is open 24 hours. Breakfast was so good it was our favourite since our 10th day in France. The only boy thing negative was nothing!

However, "AC" hotel is an ironic name for the hotel in summer since they shut the AC off in the main lobby and common areas - which are beautiful but unusable when it's that hot. Very satisfied with the room upgrade with sea view. Light breeze and soothing waves made over 5 nights a super experience. The hotel had some wear and tear but overall in good condition.

Very nice hotel very clean right on the beach, views on the ocean side are spectacular, do yourself the favor and get oceanfront. A spot on the beach cost between €20 and €35 a day a person. Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Friendly staff and quick check in. Stayed during off peak season and it wasn’t crowded so was able to have the Hamman steam room to myself every night. Breakfast was fairly good. Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.

I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The treatment room is so lovely and also it was nice to have a private shower in the same room. if you ever need a massage in Antibes feel free to come by here!

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. We are a family of four who really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fabulite. The room was large enough for the family and the location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and the hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the small restaurant was excellent.

All the rooms are organized around the very pretty interior garden, like a patio, with swimming pool. Intimate and quiet, 2 steps from the beach.

Thank you for this wonderful moment of relaxation in this central location, but with the feeling that you are far away from it all. Charming old building, but tastefully renovated with character. Nice private garden for drinks. Straightforward simple breakfast was served, with fresh bread and nice juice. We have stayed here for 8 nights, and everything is perfect for family or friends. The owner speaks in English as perfect as in French. Everyone treats you so nice and calm. Here is nicer than in any other hotel. Before entering the building, they have a brush for cleaning your legs and feet from sand, so there is no sand inside. We stayed in hotel Miramar for one week and today we were leaving. A little bit sad because it was such a pleasant stay here. Everything was perfect. You get what you would expect from a cheap hotel....small and basic rooms, however they are clean and tidy and there is Air conditioning and WiFi

Not bad for a two-stars hotel. Of course you do not expect it to be modern and with new furniture. Rooms are small but functional. The position is great for reaching the seaside in less than 10mins on feet. If you are lucky, free parking is available in the neighborhood, otherwise you need to pay. On Saturdays and Sundays parking is free.

A charming hotel with chilled-out atmosphere, positioned a short walk from the beach. We had a very comfortable room. The owners are so nice and very helpful. Having breakfast here is a must, so delicious and plentiful, the home-made granola and vitamin-shot smoothies were definite highlights.

Very comfortable beds, great location for transportation, shopping and the beach. There is a great kebab place just down the street, and a bakery right next door. The owner was very helpful. Only thing lacking was a coffee pot in our room. Great value, definitely recommended!
