What a lovely experience. Hotel has a relaxed but luxe vibe. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, we had a lovely terrace with a view of the gardens. The restaurants were spectacular. We had dinner at Les Pêcheurs as well as Baba and both were delightful. Great atmosphere (both restaurants overlook the Med) and fantastic food. The beach club is just perfect and a wonderful way to...
We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in the south of France. It’s very well appointed. It’s had lovely unpretentious service. The rooms are magnificent.
We went twice to the beach club in the same week. The place is beautiful and clean. The restaurant is amazing - all the dishes we ordered were very tasty. But the service was extremely slow. Beach service was nice. But the lifeguard kept telling me he wouldn’t watch my children by the pool because it was not his responsibility. Most of my kids know how to swim and one was wearing a vest. I checked...
A remarkable getaway! Top notch service, wonderful food, and superior room comfort. We walked in town, took advantage of the hotel’s electric bikes, and hiked the magnificent coastline. The hotel’s private beach is serene and staff are superb.
Great facilities and atmosphere. The staff is really kind and thoughtful. The location is pretty close to both Canned and Nice.
I visited this hotel for a week with my wife on our honeymoon. The hotel is GREAT, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a couples getaway. We had a truly incredible time. The three stars is due to the fact we had NO hot water for the entire duration of our trip. Each day, we (along with several other couples we spoke with), would ask the front desk when we could expect...

Overall, the property is in reasonable shape. In Antibe, Fr it was close to the train station, which made it convenient. The front desk hours are a little hard to understand and somewhat inconvenient. Just make sure to arrive during the hours they are open, otherwise you will have to wait.
Decent hotel in really good location close to old town and station. Good sized, well equipped studio. Polite and friendly reception staff. Pool and garden setting was nice. Only gripes that the studio and balcony floors needed cleaning and a couple of minor repairs needed in the bathroom.
Nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Felt safe and well accommodated. Train station is only few minutes walk away and staff were friendly, appreciated saying hi to the resident cat too
Perfect location to walk around and enjoy Antibes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and the AC didn’t work but would definitely stay there again.
Liked the jacuzzi and location We had a penthouse with terrace and jacuzzi with a view to the harbour. Lovely place to sip some pink champagne and relax. Beautiful courtyard and friendly personnel. Facilities are showing their age a bit; the safety box didn’t have a lock and elevator stopped working (twice). Great location with with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Lovely hotel and staff was excellent. Breakfast was quite satisfying and the hotel aesthetic is beautiful. Do note that there is no Lift/Elevator but only 3 floors.
Beautiful tucked away haven! We loved this hotel and wished we could’ve stayed more than just one night! The staff was great—attentive and helpful. We loved the pool! Beautiful setting and very relaxing. We didn’t fly out until later in the evening and they graciously stored our luggage for us so we could relax by the pool for the afternoon.
There was so much I loved about the property- the decor, the breakfasts, the pool, the staff. All of that was really good. However, we had two rooms, for 3 people, and both were very tight. At the end of a 5 week trip thru Europe, and probably a little over living out of a suitcase, but having to keep our cases closed to be able to walk around the room, and sit them on the bed to open and get stuff...
Wonderful! From arrival to checkout everyone was so helpful. The pool and cafe/breakfast area are very clean and relaxed. Room was beautifully light, with a lovely shower. Perfect in every way. The hotel is also ideally located in a quiet street minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. Train station approx 10mins at a slow place. 10/10.
Great hotel…but the pigeons!! This is a lovely hotel, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the pool was very nice. The food on offer is fairly limited and the only downside - and it is a big one - there are several pigeons which not only annoy everyone as they fly around the pool area, but they constantly came into the dining/bar area. On several occasions...

Environment: Very suitable for business trip
The location is OK, but the faucet in the bathroom is broken, and no one came to fix it when I called for it.
A small hotel, in 20-30 minutes you can walk to the old city. The room lacked a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the terrace on the top was closed. There are several supermarkets nearby.
Nice hotel, well located, clean. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
Facilities: The hotel is very new, there is a small balcony, and the bathroom has a towel rack that can be heated and dried. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Good, a little distance from the old town, about ten minutes walk. Service: Check-in is fast, check-out is also fast
Excellent hotel and room, beautiful and comfortable decor, but breakfast left a lot to be desired, food full of little flies, dry cold cuts, empty juice machine. Very poor for the category of the hotel. If it weren't for that, it would have been fantastic.

Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. The hotel pays attention to detail, like fresh roses in your room every morning. Would definitely return.
Fantastic location near the sea. The rooms are really nice with a pretty terrace facing the swimming pool. Great restaurant !

- very helpful and friendly staff - great value for money - excellent breakfast buffet - large rooms, very clean, sea view - train station within 10 min. walking distance
I chose this hotel in Antibes. There is a double bed in the room. My kids like it very much. You can only drive to this hotel. The subway and bus are not convenient. The facilities are relatively clean.
Nice hotel with rooms that have a sea view. Decent breakfast, but most important...it has free parking!!
Located next to the highway at the junction of urban and rural areas. Suitable for self-driving tourists. Uber taxi to the seaside boardwalk costs 16 euros per 15 minutes. In summer, it may be tiring to walk from the train station to the hotel for 15 minutes with luggage. The interior of the room is impeccable. You can see the sunrise in the morning
Friendly professional staff, clean quiet room
Does the job. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed. You need a car to visit anything. The hotel also offers some parking spots.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and the room was fairly clean. I stayed there for two nights. The room on the first night was next to the workroom and was a bit noisy. The second night we moved to a family suite which was much quieter. The hotel is only two minutes away from the beach, and there are many places to eat nearby. It's only two or three minutes away from the train station, so it...
Very nice hotel and staff. It is located in the very center of Juan Le Pin. But the windows of some rooms overlook a very noisy street, where motorcycles drive with a roar, there is a bar opposite, and at 6 am a special cleaning machine starts cleaning the street. It was difficult to sleep even with earplugs, fortunately the staff heeded my requests and for an additional fee I moved to a room with...
This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed in Europe, bar none. The transportation is very convenient and the area is very safe. The facilities and selections in the hotel are better than some five-star hotels in Paris, far exceeding the average level of best western. The best BW I've stayed in before was the one in Boulogne Billancourt in 92, but this one is much better. There is an intermarch...
The room is a bit small, but everything else is good. Convenient transportation, within 100 meters from the train station, convenient to other cities in southern France
The front desk was very welcoming and helped us upgrade to a family room on the top floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The most satisfying thing was that there was a hidden kitchen with complete tableware and kitchenware. It was a great experience! The hotel is very close to the train station and the beach, two minutes away, and convenient for travel.

Great Boutique hotel, amazing/ attentive staff. In a safe and fun area right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool Area was lovely and breakfast was good. The rooms have cool and unique touches that we appreciated. Didn’t mind the minor sounds from the other restaurants near by.
I'll start with- id stay here again! I do recommend a junior suite though rather than a standard room just for the extra space. Funky decor, very clean, very comfortable, everything worked as it should, coffee machine in the room (but no milk!), shower worked well but rain head needed a descale ( I'm a bathroom installer so I notice these things!). Charming old building, but tastefully renovated with character. Nice private garden for drinks. Straightforward simple breakfast was served, with fresh bread and nice juice. Located just by the railway but it didn’t bother us much. No trains after 22. Very close to the beach. Extremely supportive and service minded hosts. Whatever we were lacking or asking for, they aimed to please.
As an American couple traveling the French Rivera, my fiancé and I had all intentions to book accommodations in Antibes, however this is just one train stop away in Juan-les-Pins. We really enjoyed our stay at this unique place – intact since 1947, with new beds (very comfortable) and a refurbished bathroom. Cleaning was top notch and towels for the beach were available. This hotel is very pretty , set on the Cap D’Antibes in a residential area. The pool is just the right size and temperature, the rooms; all different some small and some big, some with pool views. We enjoyed a lovely week in this pretty hotel. The staff were very welcoming and willingly recommended and booked delicious restaurants nearby and in Vieux Antibes for us, as well as highlighting local coastal walks. The pool was lovely and very clear - they clean it each night and the main hotel areas are always very clean. We always found a sunbed round the pool; some areas are shadier than others...
I can't give a higher review. This is not about the owner or the hotel. This is about the people that work there. 10/10. Highest service I have ever received. Made me rethink French service altogether. My girlfriend and I have decided to come back to Antibes JUST to visit this hotel and these folks.
Friendly, helpful and competent staff. We really liked the location (leafy affluent suburbs). Free on site or road parking. Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful (15€ pp). Lovely restaurant next door to the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Hotel restaurant served very overpriced Aperol spritzers (14€ each) 😳
The best place to stay in Antibes Juan les Pins ! Nice, clean and calm facility with the most amazing and natural looking décor. The staff are lovely and make you feel like you're at home. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely return.
Nice little hotel, pleasant staff, but not overly close to anything. While bus stop is nearby, buses only pass hourly and cease at 7.00 resorted to using Uber.

Lovely hotel near the beach and restaurants at Juan les Pins. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast . I always stay at La Residence when visiting friends. It's very good value and always welcoming.
Good stay, good breakfast. Friendly staff, clean.
This is what I would call a boutique hotel. I booked it via Hotels dot com for my 2 weeks here on France for Cannes film festival. Pictures do not do justice Amazingly beautiful house with stunning views from every single room! Very comfortable, and super well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.
Fantastic escape Wonderful secluded property with stunning views and only 10 minutes to Antibes center.
Beautifully decorated, very helpful staff. Slight issue with our room, but we were moved instantly. Good breakfast. Worth spending the price of the underground car park to store your car/bike as the outside car park is very uneven and on a slope.
Modest Ibis in the outskirts of Antibes, quite close to Carrefour. Has a parking garage for a modest cost of 5€, which felt secure and safe. Also has free parking outside, but it's in quite a bad shape so I would recommend to pay for parking. Breakfast, although not that great (but similar to other breakfasts at hotels in France), was included in the room. Dogs are allowed.

We wanted a place in or near to Antibes. It's good to reach by car and very near to the beach of Juan les Pins. The hotel has a concept of being also in part a home for elderly people, which gives a peaceful and friendly atmosphere to the whole place. We liked our stay, we loved the waitress having invented her own drinks that were really good, the 24/7 reception and so on. We will come back with pleasure
The room was medium size with a modern desing and spotless clean. The bathroom was new with walk in shower. Room was cleaned daily and supplied with shower gel and soaps daily. Bed was comfortable and there was an extra blanket in the wardrobe, which I appreciated. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and up to 10 minutes walk to the beach.
