We had an outstanding experience dining at the JW Marriott in Cannes. Not only is the setting exquisite, we had terrific service from Mustapha. He made sure our entire experience was fantastic and communicated with us in 4 different languages. Although it was stolen in Cannes, this hotel is really good. The hotel is very big, and the decoration is OK. It is only 131 nights. The room is not small, and the hotel staff are very good However, if it is a city view room, because the noise of cars and motorcycles outside is loud, there will be a little noise when the window is closed, but it is to a level that I can accept. The hotel is in really nice place, but the interiors should be refreshed. They confirm to have 4* but being doesn’t State it. The most disturbing was the breakfast with groups. Hotel didn’t provide the space for other guests when the Group has arrived. So my colleague had to eat breakfast at her room, as there was not enough space. The rooms are even tinier than they look in the pictures. The bathroom doors dont even have locks, you have to ask for a hairdryer, no fridge or any commodities. It does have ac though. I know its “budget friendly” but for this price? I expected better, because it is not cheap.

Can’t get better than this location for the price you’re paying. Staff are wonderful with big smiles and very friendly attitude. We had the superior room which was well sized but the toilets were very small, rooms could do with some updating but generally very clean and would stay there again.
