Great location right on the beach! The beach club had the best sun beds on the strip, and the best service (though limited food menu). We were so impressed by the speed of room service! Everything we ordered showed up in less than 5 mins - not exaggerating.

Generally the hotel is good, the problem starts when you come in high season and the hotel is packed. They are understaffed and can't handle the volume. Absolutely fantastic! Great rooms, great location. The breakfast buffet is to die for, endless options (Nutella & Strawberry pancakes!). Reasonably priced parking available in garage near the Cannes casino. Everything is nearby and walkable. Private beach across the street that turns into a night club at night. The hotel is in really nice place, but the interiors should be refreshed. They confirm to have 4* but being doesn’t State it. The most disturbing was the breakfast with groups. Hotel didn’t provide the space for other guests when the Group has arrived. So my colleague had to eat breakfast at her room, as there was not enough space. I had a lovely 3-night stay at Amarante, teh team was extremely friendly and helpful, the mattress and furniture was new, I had a spotless room overlooking the patio with the swimming pool. Location is easy, I walked from the station and into the center daily. Great value for Cannes!

Good location, friendly staff, quite big room. Hotel old, the furniture should be refubrished, very ugly, dirty carpets. But generally rooms clean. For sure it is not 4star hotel quolity. But after season one may have it for very reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay at hotel belle plage. The hotel is excellent and the apartments serve the purpose of the stay for a small family. It is all new with regular service (twice daily). Old but nice service and clean rooms. Its located near the center and u can reach the sea in 10 min. The morning bufe is enough for breakfast. The internet could be faster. In generally a good experince and i will be glad to visit again it.

The only issue with this hotel is that the room we stayed in was small. Can’t get better than this location for the price you’re paying. Staff are wonderful with big smiles and very friendly attitude. We had the superior room which was well sized but the toilets were very small, rooms could do with some updating but generally very clean and would stay there again. Very good experience.. We stayed here for 5 days from 13 - 18th August 2018 and had a great time.. very friendly staffs and this hotel is located just next to the railway station (7 min walk) and can find all the shops very next to it.. The view from the terrace was great.. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a good hotel. Will soon visit here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Luxotel Cannes and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is stunning, and my room offered a beautiful view of the sea. I stayed in this Hotel while attending Trusttech trade show. It was great and I liked it. It's a bit out of the rush, in quiet place. You can enjoy a nice rest after a long busy day. The room is big, the bed is comfy, and the pillows are lovely. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the terrasse all together and the food was great. I highly recommend.

I spent a few nights there on my way from Italy. Good value for money. Close to the train station and the town centre. Stable Wi-Fi connection. Spacious and clean rooms. I didn't purchase breakfast, so I'm unable to tell anything about it. I took out two stars because the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and even wasn't flushed from the previous guest. What a shame.

Beautiful hotel, very modern rooms, very clean. It was close to the beach no more than a 10 minute walk which allowed us to go the beach everyday. A little bit of a walk from the city but on a nice sunny day it’s a nice walk on the high street full of nice summery shops. Close to the station so day trips to nearby cities were great too :)

We stayed with my sister this Saturday, it was one of the best hotels I’ve seen. The room had an amazing view to the city and sea and was big and clean. The hotel very well located. We booked a night here in Room 667 and it looked like we booked a 5 star accommodation! So clean and such perfect atmosphere. The breakfast (which we paid for) was worth it, the receptionists were lovely, and the place seemed totally brand new! It is 5 minutes away from the beach front by walking and you just pay 20 euros to get on to the private beach for the whole day and it makes things pleasant...

In all honesty I did not book a room here but Alan the night security guard helped me as I navigated a terrible airbnb situation. Having hospitality staff on hand at all hours is something that every traveler needs and I am so grateful to the help that they gave me, a place to charge my phone freshen up and WiFi to help my situation Alan is the best!

The rooms are even tinier than they look in the pictures. The bathroom doors dont even have locks, you have to ask for a hairdryer, no fridge or any commodities. It does have ac though. I know its “budget friendly” but for this price? I expected better, because it is not cheap.
